No Shards Received - Rey Journey Guide
I have been asking for help with this on and off for years now. I finished the journey guide for Jedi Training Rey and did not receive the final shards. This locks away a significant portion of the game, and in-game support is entirely unhelpful. I thought I was getting help on the forums here but I was ghosted after being asked for my ally code. Please if there is anyone who can help me let me know as this has significantly screwed my in-game experience.
Conquest keeps freezing!
I have experienced this twice now and complained both the times through ingame help section. The replies I get through them sounds too robotic and they keep closing the tickets without any proper resolution i.e., refunding my energies. Where else do I complain about this so that I can have my energies back?EA is stealing
I purchased the Jedi Knight Cal Kestis Light Speed Bundle, which gave me Merrin at Relic 7. After the recent nerf to Merrin, she was suddenly reset to Relic 1, erasing all of the relic progress and resources I had invested. This feels unfair because I bought the bundle expecting Merrin to remain at Relic 7, but after the nerf she was downgraded to Relic 1. I kindly request that my Merrin be restored to her original Relic 7 level, or that I be compensated for the relic materials lost due to this reset.Old underage Account without a ea account connected
I recently came back to swgoh after a long break. I wanted to log in the webstore but discovered that I don’t have the ea Connect Option in the settings. After some research I discovered that the problem was that I had an underage account. The problem is that I don’t know my email adress that I used to create the account because It’s not connected to an ea account. Is there any way to fix this ?Fix Galactic Conquest
Galactic conquest is broken and will not let me pass the last level. I have run two teams of relic 5 on easy and it will only let me defeat the battle Droid. Nute Gunray, the Droideka, Super Battle Droid, and BB8 get to 15% health and then take no more damage. Even though im pummeling them with attacks that are in 30+k of damage. It times out then I automatically get defeated.Issues With a purchase

Why did my account got banned, for what reason? I spent a FORTUNE in this game, MONEY and TIME, and just woke up with this: ACCOUNT BANNED 14,5M GP acc with everything done so far, and a fortune spent!!! Ally code: 255619261 PS: For those who would easily say 'repeat offences' when EA uses an AI-generated auto-ban system. I know for a fact that I have done NOTHING wrong over all these years. Easy words from a company that couldn't care less about customer service and keeps disappointing us constantly. I was already close to quitting this game - but waking up to a ban with zero explanation, after years of time and a fortune spent, crosses every line of basic decency. There is no justification for this, and no response from their side whatsoever. If anyone from EA actually reads this: I expect a real answer, not an automated dismissal.
