Alex hasn't left
I posted this as a reply to someone else, but I decided to post here, too. I have finished the Christmas Quest and got the house, it is currently under construction on my map. But Alex is still shown on my Sim tracker, and I can go to and from Plumberg in-quest house. I (and my sim) cannot interact with Alex, she just stands there. All other characters are gone. I am worried that finishing construction on my Plumberg house is going to mess something up, because the in_quest house is still there. How do I get rid of Alex and close the quest? Hello, I am stuck at level 13 in The Sims FreePlay. The progress quest “Kindliche Selbstfindung – buy a dollhouse in Kinderland” cannot be completed because the daycare building is not unlocked yet. The other progress quests are also not possible. This blocks my leveling completely. Please unlock the daycare or mark the quest as completed. Thank you.Construction bug preventing new buildings
Hello, I am a Sims FreePlay player and I am experiencing a serious construction bug that has been blocking my progress for weeks. When I try to build the Rocky Heights Bus Stop, I receive the following message: “You can’t start building Rocky Heights Bus Stop because All-hands Monument is already under construction in SimTown.” The problem is that the All-hands Monument no longer exists in my SimTown. I believe this bug occurred when the monument disappeared at the same time I pressed the construction button, causing the game to register it as permanently under construction. Because of this issue, I am unable to build any new buildings, and my city progression is completely blocked. I have already contacted support, but I have not received any response yet, and the problem has been ongoing for several weeks. I kindly ask you to reset or remove the ghost construction of the All-hands Monument from my SimTown so I can continue playing and build new structures. Thank you very much for your help.My Feedback
Hi EA, I really enjoy Sims FreePlay. I hope you can add more Jobs like Military and maybe Mafia😉.I would also like to suggest changing the way the sim walks because for me, the way it walks now is a bit strange. If possible, increase the number of children the sim can have so that it has more children.Thank you :)Christmas quest issue
Hey fellow Simmers, Has anyone else been having trouble with the Christmas quest rewards? For the past few days, after completing the daily tasks, I haven’t received any of the prizes that are supposed to unlock. I’ve tried restarting my phone, reopening the game, and even deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to fix it. I am on day 9 of Ghost of Christmas presents where I’m supposed to call a PI on a phone. I have tried every phone in my world and none of them have the option. I logged out and back in, checked for updates but I’m still having the problem. Hello, This is an issue I've been experiencing since I've restarted the game quite a few times, I just want my original version back!! EA Forums, I love The Sims Freeplay but the way we have to have tools to build buildings is not fun, and not relax free, can you please take it back to where it only costed money to build up the town, and then my second issue is, I'm only hearing ONE of my sims, (male or female) just talk to the other one but I can't hear the other Sim talking their just nodding along and speaking but I don't hear anything on their end!! I Really love playing this game and then the Christmas update is just odd, it shows that its snowing near my sims homes but when I click on the town its not, EA Forums, PLEASE just bring back the old The Sims Freeplay!!!, I don't wanna re-install this game, I love it.Missing content, Bug / Game progress issue

I play The Sims FreePlay on my Huawei Pad 11, but whenever I reach level 7 and try to go to level 8, the game always shows an error, as if the data didn’t download properly. How can I fix this? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice, but the problem is still the same. Please explain it in more detail. Thank you.

Playing The influence island (Flannel Sleepwares stage) I have all Adults right now and in the influence island rewares are Flannel sleepwares and house slippers but it’s Available for all my Adults its only for Seniors and preteens/teens purpose this is why I don’t see it in their wardrobes…..plus im not at the stage for Seniors and preteens to teens just yet, so why pushing a reware items when there not available to get em? Thats a waste of my time to play, but it’s so strange that you would see all the characters as all adults wearing the Flannel outfits n sleepers in the Influence Island game? The Sims Freeplay Engineers ppl need to fix that to make it AVAILABLE for all ADULTS TOO I feel so discriminated lol
New Update crashing my game
Hi the new update has been crashing my game and by crashing I mean I open it and as soon as I get the influencer Island or simschase pop up and hit start it closes out the game entirely. I have been looking forward to this event since I saw we were getting pajamas which is rare to even get another pajama event but I can't even play the other events in this update or see them because I barely get past the home screen. I have tried restarting my phone, deleting the game and redownloading it and was just able to reach out to the team through the game but now I can't get back to that chat because the pop up showed up again and I can't get around it. I was wondering if there was anything else I could do I was really looking forward to playing these events.having too many quests at one time...
I find it difficult to do "influence island" , " sim chase" and the collecting crafts at the same time. I always find myself picking one or the other. I end up doing the sim chase cause I can never complete influence island. whenever I'm at the last step I get discouraged cause I can't win them over and I have no idea when to use the chocolate. and has anyone ever won the final prizes on the collecting crafts??
