Can’t retrieve data
Hi I’ve been playing Sims free play for the last months with my daughter on my tablet (Lenovo) but today I couldn’t access the game as I normally just open directly from the app. Now I had to login but I’m not sure which account is conncected to the game and no matter what account I try logging info I can’t retrieve data. Can anyone please help ?Back to the wall quest
Hey y’all, I’m wondering if anyone is also struggling with “have tantrum” & “kick trash can” action during this quest? It shows that my sim can’t reach it showing the footprints. But there is nothing in the way? Hi EA, I really enjoy Sims FreePlay. I hope you can add more Jobs like Military and maybe Mafia😉.I would also like to suggest changing the way the sim walks because for me, the way it walks now is a bit strange. If possible, increase the number of children the sim can have so that it has more children.Thank you :)
New Update crashing my game
Hi the new update has been crashing my game and by crashing I mean I open it and as soon as I get the influencer Island or simschase pop up and hit start it closes out the game entirely. I have been looking forward to this event since I saw we were getting pajamas which is rare to even get another pajama event but I can't even play the other events in this update or see them because I barely get past the home screen. I have tried restarting my phone, deleting the game and redownloading it and was just able to reach out to the team through the game but now I can't get back to that chat because the pop up showed up again and I can't get around it. I was wondering if there was anything else I could do I was really looking forward to playing these events.
Thoughts on adding to the game
Thinking of the different ages simsfreeplay has and haven't noticed since I playing a couple of years ago that child age sim between toddler and preteen haven't been added. Also I enjoy the different quests and events like the pregnancy one that gives the baby bonus, the nanny one that brings the baby hobby and the toddler ones. I hope the pregnancy store gets new stuff and more quests and events get added for babies, toddlers and hopefully child age sims.
Bug after the update
Hi I’m sending this message because even though I’ve updated my game I didn’t got the first two sets on female clothing on email even though I was longing in the game before the time limit. But I got the last two can you do something so I can got them back?( I have them on my backup account but I haven’t made an online purchase) I will be really glad to hear your answerSleepwear Bug
Hello, I would like to report a pesky bug in the Sims FreePlay app. When I created my sim, she had grey hair and the game had just incorporated the sleepwear option. I dressed her but now I’m finding that her hair cannot change. Now that I’ve changed her hair to black, her hair remains grey when going to sleep or woohooing her man! 🧍🏻♀️ please create a fix for this. I also have another bug in one of my households, there’s a pee cleaner that does not allow me to move or delete. It’s so annoying because the house it’s stuck in is so cute.. 🥺 The pug in my sim’s apartment also has some glitches to him, he doesn’t walk around and when I tell him to eat his food he stays facing his bowl all day without moving. I don’t even want to interact with him because of it, it would be awesome if these things could get fixed! I love the game and it has so much more potential.Sell All in Inventory
Hi there, it would be great in the inventory to have a "sell all" feature for a specific item. When renovating homes and I sell a room, I sometimes end up with 100 windows for example and then have to individually place them somewhere before I can sell. Would be great to press and hold then sell the whole collection.Technical Issues
I am having technical issues, in which my game keeps knocking me out and the action I my Sims doing are now being forced to redo them. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, I have tried to clear the cache and even deleted other games that wasn't playing anymore to make more space just in case that could have been the issue but my game is do the same. I need help on what to do.The app keeps crashing after the new update
After the new update, when I open the game, after playing few minutes, the games lags and quits. Then I try to reopen, for the first time and second time, the game can't even enter but lag and quits during "The sims FreePlay" loading page. For the third time, I can finally open the game but all my progress stops... I just update the game for two days and I have already face this problem for more than 4 times. How can I complete my mission right now? Please fix it. My iOS version is 26.1Lots and Sims Disappeared
In the middle of the last hobby event, I logged into the lot where my Sims were woodworking and they had stopped progress and I could no longer access the basement of the lot where the woodworking stations were and the walls of the lot were gone. Also, the two ocean view lots next to this lot completely disappeared. When you access these lots now, they appear as the last lot that was visited. The sims that lived in these lots were deleted. I was not/am not above my Sim limit. I am wondering what I can do to restore my lots and sims.
New update crashes game
Hi. I been playing this game for years at first the baby sims were ugly but recently you changed the faces of the sims and I’m rather happy with it. But that’s not the problem I’m expressing it’s the crashes and sometimes it keeps kicking me out of the game I don’t know if that is supposed to happen but everytime you people have a new update it messes the game up big time and that makes me very pissed I do not have the patience for this kind of issue normally the game was working fine a few days ago before the update was done. I think it needs a other update to fix the issue I’m having because that’s the first time I’ve seen issues happen in awhile since so long so please fix that asap I liked to get back to the game as if it had no issues or the screen freezing up is one of the issues I really hate. PLEASE FIX THEE ISSUE CAUSE I WANT TO GO BACK TO MY GAME PLAYING IT AND ENJOYING IT BUT WITHOUT ANY ISSUES I HATE TO SAY IT BUT THAT IS THE GAME I PLAY DURING THE MORNING WHEN I WAKE UP I CANT EVEN STAY IN THE GAME FOR MORE THAN A FEW MINUTE BECAUSE IT GOES STRAIGHT TO CRASHING I HAVE ALREADY UPDATED MY IPAD IN CASE THE GAME NEEDS IT BUT MY NEW INTERNET CONNENTION IT ISNT THE BEST I HAVE NOW ITS A BIT SLOWER ITS WHAT MY FAMILY COULD GET I JUST WANT MY GAME BACK TO WORKING FINE. hello, I've been playing Sims FreePlay on my phone for a while now because my computer doesn't have enough storage for sims4, lol. I was always wondering why when your customizing your sims your limited. On Sims FreePlay I made a list of things you can't do. An example is every sim I make looks almost similar to the rest of them. I noticed this when I was making a new sim and I couldn't make them get chubbier, more muscular, skinner or even curvier. You have little to no ways to edit their face, body, walk, voice or personality traits (which I was really hoping I would be able to make their personalities and not to pick their "hobbies" ) and its makes Sims FreePlay pretty dull. The Reason I love Sims in the first place is because I can make them all unique and different with no limits. However in Sims FreePlay its basically giving "Same font, different color". I honestly feel like mobile players are given the bare minimum. To wrap this up I want to just clarify that the game is very enjoyable... Its just very annoying and frustrating seeing my sims have almost the same... everything lmao.
