1 player in Queue

My account got hacked, but when i recovered it, it was banned. I got the ban overturned but now whenever i try to queue up to get into a match it keeps saying 1 player in queue for hours till i get disconnected from the game for being idle. I havent been able to get into a game for the past 5 days now. When i switch to another account i used a long time ago it works fine or even my brother's account. Is there a way i can get a fix? Ive seen a lot of people with this issue but with no solutions.
