I'm running into the exact same issue. I find that Apex whenever I connect to a game lobby causes my 10 gig ethernet card to become disabled. I'm unable to re-enable it without rebooting. I've tried reinstalling Windows 11. I've tried updating my drivers for my nic and reinstall allowing Apex a few times. So far this is the only case where I can find loading a game causing my network card to become disabled. I load other multiplayer games fine. This happened recently to me. Maybe about a month ago. I noticed I couldn't load and I just now got around to fully trying a bunch of stuff.

this one disabled the NIC
i replaced my ConnectX-3 with a intel x710 card and now it runs fine. It is strange that other games that used online components worked OK and the Internet and Youtube worked fine
