Missing Apex Coins Xbox

I have bought 2 sets of apex coins in the last 2 days and neither of them have been debited into my account. 

I have followed all recommended guidance and waited for 24 hours, i have opened a case file which has not been progressed even with proof of purchase added exactly how the instructions ask for it. I have downloaded the game onto my old gen console and had a look on there to see if my account had not synced.

I have never had an issue with this and have been playing the game since it came out in 2019. The lack of customer support from a company so large is incredibly disappointing given that amount of money that it generates and the previous EA support that was in place years ago when you could simply call.

I'm hoping for a resolution to this because when i have spent money on something, i expect to receive the item that i have paid for.

Any help with this issues being rectified would be greatly appreciated.

    I assume you're reaching out to live support via email? It might be a good idea to try to start a chat with them instead.

    When you pick your product and platform, try selecting "Orders" -> "Check order status". That usually gives me the option to start a chat. Just be sure to inform the advisor what the actual issue is.

  • I am also having the same problem as of now. I bought 30 dollars worth of apex coins and they haven’t been credited to my account. I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it , I have tried everything, this has never happened to me. I really want to know what is going on and how can I receive my apex coins.

    I already submitted 2 cases 1 with proof and none of them got answered. These are the screenshots that I’m gonna provide this time, are these sufficient:

    Unfortunately we're not able to help with missing content here on the forums. I've removed your screenshots since it's also not a good idea to broadcast your email address like that, but if you're having trouble reaching out to live support via email, it's worth doing so via a chat instead. When you follow the help link above, once you've picked your product and platform, try selecting "Orders" -> "Check order status". That consistently gives me the option to start a chat.

    (Also, to answer your question: Unfortunately they can't accept mobile screenshots, so they'll need to be made on either a computer, or via your console.)
  • This has been also happening to me. Over the last month I have lost 60 dollars from the apex coins not being transferred over into my account even though I have paid for it. I’ve tried many times to fix it through Ea help but I won’t work. Please help I’m broke!
