My account is banned, not hearing back from support

"In May 2022, I received a red ban email, which was the only one. Then, in June, my account was banned. However, I have never used any cheating tools."
"During this time, I filed appeals intermittently for my account."
"Because my English isn't very good, I spent money to have someone else help me appeal, as I wasn't confident in doing it myself. I also tried to appeal on my own, but I'm not sure if it was my persistence that led to success, because I saw that my ban status was overturned."
"But my game is still unplayable, and it keeps showing that my account is banned. Until October, my account was banned again. I don't understand how I was banned again, even though my account couldn't be played at all."
"And I've also tried many times to find out from customer service why I was banned, but I haven't received any response."

    If you already submitted 3 disputes and Terms of Service has declined to overturn the ban, it will need to remain in place. There is nothing else we can do to help with this.

    We're not able to help with account related issues, or bans, through Answers HQ. An advisor will need to investigate your account to see why you're still banned when it was overturned. To get in touch with one, please open a case here. Thank you.

  • @EA_Aljo This is the typical response I receive from your customer service. I still don't know why I was banned twice or what the reasons were. The ban was overturned, but then in October, four months later, I was banned again. During this time, I couldn't play on my account, and I wasn't informed about the reasons for the ban or the unbanning.
