My account is banned, not hearing back from support
"In May 2022, I received a red ban email, which was the only one. Then, in June, my account was banned. However, I have never used any cheating tools."

If you already submitted 3 disputes and Terms of Service has declined to overturn the ban, it will need to remain in place. There is nothing else we can do to help with this.
