My APEX account was banned due to a conflict with legitimate backend software.

Dear EA: My Apex Legends account was banned on [July 9, 2025]. I was shocked and confused upon receiving the ban notification, as I have never used any cheat software. After careful consideration, I strongly suspect that the ban was due to a conflict between legitimate background software running on my computer and the anti-cheat system. I am a law-abiding player with over 4000 hours of playtime. My recent game data (consistent with normal player behavior, without the use of any cheats or damage boosting software) is available for review! I am deeply sorry that my Apex Legends account was banned for using the "Tomb Raider" cheat software. I have uploaded evidence of the "Tomb Raider" cheat software for your review! Therefore, I request that you conduct a comprehensive technical review of my account ban record, especially checking the logs for any false alarms triggered by the aforementioned legitimate software. I demand a fair response.

1. I submitted more than ten appeals, but all were rejected. EA also revoked my appeal rights, and my EA account can no longer submit appeals. In addition, I uploaded photos to prove why EA deprived me of my right to appeal.

2. Since creating my EA account on April 1, 2019, I have been addicted to this game, practicing my shooting skills day and night, and have never used any cheat software. I have invested over $10,000 and earned three "Hunter" badges with my friends. I never imagined I would be banned for this; I never believed in wrongful bans in games before, but Apex Legends has made me believe in their existence. Because I have to believe that this really happened to me.

3. I can no longer appeal, nor can I appeal through the EA Help Center. There is no record of bans in my ban history, but the game is still banned. I don't want to give up this game. I really don't understand what I did wrong. EA banned my account for no reason. My match history and kill/death ratio are normal.

I have no choice but to post here for help, hoping someone can help me. I am truly desperate.

    Hey, brother, I'm sorry. This should be EA's problem, but it requires us to pay a price, which will make many players feel unfair!

    I don't think it's our players' problem. It's your EA's problem. Legitimate and legitimate software conflicts with your anti cheating measures, resulting in players being banned.

    i feel sad about u  aaap1q​ , have same issue i appealed 2 times already and now third one if third one wont work and still they say the only one script that is my fault that i got hacked and my acc was stolen than 8 000 $ dissapeard forever

    aaap1q​ EA only allows players to appeal their ban up to 3 times.

    If a player isn't unbanned by their 3rd appeal, that does unfortunately mean that their ban will be upheld, (and any future appeals would be automatically denied).

    Furthermore, bans cannot be handled here on the forums, (or through any social media platform such as Discord, Twitter/X, etc.), as bans can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

    Since you had already appealed 3+ times, there is nothing else that can be done about your ban.

    As for this, I would suggest only playing games by official means, (such as through Steam, Xbox, etc.), rather than playing those games through an emulator.
