I'm not saying the problem is definitely on your end. We just can't be sure without going through troubleshooting. If you change your mind about this and want to keep working on it, let me know. Otherwise, you'll just have to wait and see if we find any issues here.

nothing wrong with my connection...everything is in working order.

I have also looked up the error codes, in which code:net is a server side issue and not a client side one...yet I get penalized for this? okay cool. Again with error code..invalid token..this seems like its also an error on behalf of your servers considering nothing on my side is restricted.

as for the heart beat...I'm guess this error is very new...obviously.. and its only happened once for me so far. but again obviously not my issue....how can an error involving seers ability be my issue???? and yet I got reduction of points for it.....thank you for asking me if I have connection problems regarding this error.

I don't have any details on the Seer issue, unfortunately. Without actually going through troubleshooting, we can't be sure there's nothing going on with your connection. Again, just let me know if you change your mind. Without that, I can't report this as an issue on our end.

If you happen to have access to a PC, please run the test there. It generates more in depth results. Regardless, those hops with *** in them mean there's a connection problem with that server. You also have some very high ping times, but that could be due to your location. This test server is in the US. If you're closer to Europe, it would be good to run the test again, but use the IP listed in the instructions for Europe instead.

look, being disconnected from games can happen....happens on all games on all servers....my problem is that why are players who are clearly playing the game and not quitting on purpose being penalized for it.....its not like I or they are quitting for the sake of *not losing points* like with the old return to main screen glitch. Why am I or other players for that matter getting straight up minus points even though they are positive with kills/assists and placement. that is just ridiculous....

If you'd like to run the test again with the European server, there may be some different results. According to that test though, the node in your neighborhood is an issue. The Pathping is also not able to complete and is disconnecting at the same location as the Traceroute. This is all pointing to a problem your ISP needs to diagnose. You could try opening the ports for Apex. They are listed here. That may help.

This doesn't answer my question of why I should I lose points when I'm in positive.....and ohh great a new one just now...code error: shoe....ddn't even get to select my character and ohh another -72 points...plus 10mins ban. why do you even have the 10mins ban? this is because you know people aren't quitting on purpose so you don't want to increase the time each time like it used to be cause then people would be in a uproar about it. if I was having the same error code each time I would consider it to be my problem but I've had 6 different error codes..this is a joke. why am I playing ranked games to lose points.....??? literally lose about 600 points+ from being kicked out of games.

If you disconnect, it's looking like you're abandoning the match so you'll also be hit with the penalty when that happens.

@EA_Aljo  I"m going to side with this guy on this one.  Why should a player who is suffering disconnects be accountable for game point losses that cannot be accounted for either way.  It's clear over the frustration that straight up game abandonment is NOT the issue.  No one is going to take time to come to a forum to gripe about something they intentionally caused.  So how about some feedback and process about why players are panelized for disconnects when it is out of their control?  Instead of avoiding the OP's main topic point.

We don't know the intent when you disconnect. It could also be someone pulling the plug on their connection. 

It actually does reconnect to the game sometimes......sometimes being not often at all...has happened 2 or three times during my whole time playing including before I quit....but by then I've died to the storm or a team and I'm just looking at my team mates...at-least I don't receive abandoning points. 

However....this guy is saying "we don't know whether it's a disconnect or someone pulling the plug".....erm so someone who is positive points would rather have 0 points or minus 72 points....yes!!! because that makes complete sense. why would anyone with positive points want to pull the plug???? please answer this question....your abandons game BS removes all kills and assists??? why is that even implemented.

Been suffering from this crap all weekend with ranked Arenas it's real PITA been busted all the way down from Silver " I think" to the point that I am afraid to even play Arenas and my connection has consistency issues but I don't think this is totally my fault. it is really annoying......

Yesterday, I had no disconnects, was amazing! but hey o literally just got on today for my first game....Bam... code: cloud...new one to add to the list of errors I've had so far. Again why do you even have the 10minute ban...it's pointless. just remove it. 

I also want to mention I've been seeing more and more people disconnect from the game now. I play on the Tokyo servers and I'm guessing the Tokyo servers are not in a good state, loads of games where I'm by myself of with 1 other...which I guess isn't to bad as I get loss forgiveness if I die without getting positive. however saying that, I know the person who probably didn't get in got a big - 72 points and 10 mins ban which is just amazing to receive.

You have yet to reply about a solution to this problem and have only given advice for sorting out our connection on our end???? and basically saying for anyone dealing with connection problems on your end will be dealt with "cheating" procedures and receive abandoned penalty. If it's your server problems, why are we being punished? This is seriously a joke. I don't understand how you guys can't tell the difference between the errors and just bunch them all together to be equal and by equal, that means anyone who receive an error is essentially "cheating" in your eyes. Really clever, isn't it.

These can also be caused by issues outside of our network. If you want to go through some troubleshooting, let me know so that we can rule out any issues on your end.

That's the nature of the internet. No service guarantees 100% uptime. I'm not talking about disconnecting only from our games, but from the internet in general. If there's a constant problem, going through troubleshooting may show us what's going on.

@EA_AljoIt's the useless, worth less than nothing reconnecting system fault, not people internet condition. Is EA blind or what? There are thousand of people complaining about this issue, but no - we are too selfish to look at people who doesn't live in big towns.

@EA_AljoI don't understand why you still haven't answered the question why you receive no points for when you are positive. Stop talking abut connection problems...really annoying you haven't addressed this problem.
Again I will say....Why would anyone rage quit/pull the plug etc if they have positive points. answer.....they wouldn't. Yet for some reason your system in place decides to not only hit the player with an extra abandoned fee (equaling the entry cost) but also removing all current kills/assists and placement. This is absurd...and extremely annoying for players who disconnect from games.....caused by your servers.

Now I've switched to playing on London servers and behold I've had a lot less problems then playing on Tokyo servers...and when I do have code:net disconnects...amazingly I actually get back into the game...( I do have video evidence of this) however code: shoe and code:cloud I do not...which are server issues....but lets not talk about connection problems...WHY ARE PLAYERS HAVING POINTS REMOVED WHEN THEY ARE POSITIVE.....seriously....at-least hit them with the abandoned game penalty but not remove the positive points...seriously annoying...how am I plus 100 points and then dc...to have -72...at-least just take away the 36 so I still have +64.

Again numerous games now where I've been put into the game by myself with just another team member...3 games in a row one time...and you want to say its the players connection problems??? joke...seriously just a joke....no other games have server problems like yours and now players are being penalized for it unfairly...joke.....I dont come onto forums to complain ever but this has really annoyed me to the point that I feel the need to.

PS: why am I so salty?? because I'm currently sitting at PLAT 1 after losing 2000+ RP points from penalties not including losing my positive points in which we're probably talking 3000+ I've literally gotten from plat-diamond twice and then some already....just a joke!
