Hmm, I see. That is definitely strange. Are you running Apex Legends through Origin, or do you play through Steam?

Got it, thanks! When you have the chance would you mind verifying the integrity of the game files in Steam to see if that helps? For more information on how to verify the files check out the Steam Support website.
Once you've had the chance to give it a try please let me know if you're still having any trouble with the settings not saving. Thanks!

Thank you for giving that a try as well. What happens if you set up a new Admin User in Windows and use that account to launch Apex Legends? I'm curious if that would make any difference with the game settings not saving.
For more information on how to create a new Admin user in Windows check out the Microsoft Support website. Please let me know how it goes once you've been able to give this a try. Thanks!

It works !! Thx but will it still worked if i change back to the original user ?

If it's working on a different Admin account it might be an issue with the User Access Controls for that particular user account in Windows. One way to test that is to try temporarily lowering the UAC settings on your main admin account to see if the same issue persists. If that is something you can try be sure to re-enable UAC after testing for security reasons.
For more details on how you can adjust the UAC settings check out the EA Help website. Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to test it out. Thanks again!

But it doesn't seems to have any change after i changed the UAC settings
when i change back to main user, the settings doesn't saved again.

I see; thanks for checking that!
It's possible that the admin permissions for that particular Windows user account may have been corrupted. If Windows isn't recognizing its admin permissions that could be why it's preventing Apex Legends from writing data to the files where it saves these settings changes.
It might be best to try reaching out to Microsoft Support directly to see if they can offer any suggestions on how to fix that without having to do something like reinstalling Windows. You can find more information on how to contact them at the Microsoft Support website.

Will it repair if I reset my computer?

Do you mean reinstalling Windows entirely? That may help if it's something you're willing to try. If you do reinstall Windows please let me know how it goes.

Sorry i decided to use a admin account to play the game.
