I posted my computer specs
I have tried everything to get EA SPORTS FC 26 working and it continues to crash immediately after launch. My setup: brand-new Alienware Aurora R15, AMD Ryzen 9 7900X, NVIDIA RTX 4080, 32GB RAM, Windows 11 25H2, SSD, Secure Boot ON, UEFI BIOS, no overclock, RAM at base 4700 MHz. I performed a completely clean Windows install, removed any Insider/Canary channels, installed all Windows updates, firmware, NVIDIA, AMD, Realtek, Qualcomm, and Alienware drivers.
I uninstalled the EA App completely, deleted all related folders in Program Files, ProgramData, AppData (Local/Roaming), and reinstalled fresh from the EA website. FC 26 was installed from the EA App (not Steam). I tried launching offline first, then online. The game crashes instantly after the splash window, before it goes fullscreen. I tried all known fixes: clearing EA cache, deleting local game folders, registry tweaks (AdapterLuid), disabling memory integrity, reinstalling Visual C++ redistributables, digital certificate installation for EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe and FC26.exe, deleting DXCache, checking DirectX 12, and even resetting my Windows environment completely.
Madden works perfectly on the same PC. My FC 26 account works on a friend’s PC. I also tried Steam version with EA Play Pro membership, and it still crashes. EA support confirmed my entitlements are fine. I have verified Secure Boot, TPM 2.0, GPT partition, BIOS, and memory stability.
This is clearly not a hardware issue, not an Anti-Cheat issue, and not a driver issue. It appears to be account or cloud data related. Please escalate this and reset my FC 26 profile so it can launch on my PC. I’ve spent days troubleshooting and have followed all instructions from EA, Steam, and online guides.
