why does it flash right from the start you go into game play and then it just cuts out as I'm not rich and put money into this would at least be able to play it so please if you could please fix the bugs I would at least like to get my money's worth I'm also not happy you have a great sale on and the game will not play also I refuse to buy more for game play till i can play it like I was able before the last few upgrade also where are the play benefits gone.
beela247 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.
If this doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the camera (Insert Media) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
tried both ways neither of them work am now so frustrated with this still flashing and goes back to ea site goes away then comes back didn't o anything
