the user with PSN [Removed - EA_Barry] has done this to me multiple times and other users now. He joins one of the daily ps5 tournaments for points. Once the game starts, he quits out and makes the other user lose due to a DC. He's won multiple tournaments doing this. He needs to get banned from CUT and banned from online play. When taking ULM out of the Sunbelt conference, no matter what they always play Arkansas State week 10 or 11. I encounted this last year and was hoping it would be fixed but it hasn't. I tested this with multiple settings. 9 conference games, Divisions or no divisions, protected opponents. Still locks Louisiana Monroe on Arkansas State's Schedule. I paid the 50,000 coin entry fee for the gauntlet. I started playing my first game, and about half way through my opponent quit the game. When it sent me back to the hub it didn’t credit me for a win or a loss, and it’s saying that I have to pay the entry fee again. This only happens when I am in the CUT National Championship or Madden Bowl, but I am always winnings towards the end of the game and magically "lag out" while receiving a message that states my opponent is having connection issues. It would not let me add the video of what happened, but I added a few screenshots. If I could add the video, you would be able to see that there was no lag at all during the 3 minutes of gameplay. In this case, I was up 21-14 in the 3rd quarter of the CUT H2H Natty before the opponent almost threw a pick, putting himself in 3rd and long. Before another play is called I receive the message and get sent back to the main menu shortly after. I played 15 games prior and did not have a single connection issue leading up to this. I do not know if the opponent is lag switching, or what was going on, but this is extremely discouraging as someone who continues to spend money on these games every single year. Is there anywhere that I can look at another players game logs to see if he is accruing a lot of "lag out" victories, or a team I could reach out to so they can look into this? Very frustrating to have to make in game purchases, including a battle pass, in order to compete and end up losing like this. Not to mention, players are FORCED to take a post game survey about in-game connection following every few games. My opponent was [Removed - EA_Barry] on Playstation. Losing my mind over this. Regardless of what you set in your Dynasty Auto Subs settings, when you go to the Coach Adjustments in game, to the Auto Subs tab, the settings will all default to Keep Fresh. It's unclear whether the game uses this Keep Fresh setting or the one set in your out-of-game Auto Subs, but regardless, one of these settings is incorrect. However, it does not seem to have the preorder bonus content inside. I can't find any code to redeem or anything like that. In particular, I can't find the bonus coach points for Dynasty Mode. I just completed the new challenges for the “standouts”. I got all 50 stars and did not receive my 80+ bnd reward pack. It has completely disappeared. When I for got it I tried to open it wouldn’t let me I backed out and it was completely gone. I received all my other reward packs and coins. The error began after quickselling some cards in My Items, but now I cannot start a head to head game because it says my lineup is not set, but when I try to edit the lineup, or start a challenge I get the error message saying the servers cannot process the request, and it crashes out of ultimate team. Have restarted the game a few times and the error has persisted.
