Suggestion: Bring Red Alert to Mobile with Two-Finger Box-Select
The success of Rusted Warfare on mobile wouldn't have been possible without two-finger box-select. Box-selecting is simply the process of dragging from a start point to an end point. With two-finger box-select, one finger rests at the starting point, the other at the ending point — a single motion completes the selection, much like Apple's two-finger pinch-to-zoom. This takes full advantage of a phone's multi-touch capability. The failed iOS port of Red Alert years ago suffered precisely from the box-select problem. Today, the PlayStation version of Red Alert 1 and the original Red Alert 2 can both run smoothly on phones via emulators, and a community has already formed around this. But Red Alert 2 still relies on single-finger box-select, which is always one beat too slow. The UI, however, is basically fine. Red Alert OL has generated tens of millions of yuan in monthly revenue — equivalent to several million US dollars — with total gross revenue exceeding six billion yuan. This proves that the RTS IP still has a massive market on mobile. Furthermore, Rusted Warfare workshop mods have surpassed 470,000 monthly downloads, with peak concurrent players reaching 38,000. This proves that RTS as a genre itself still has a massive market on mobile. My suggestion: take the original versions of Command & Conquer 1, Red Alert 1, Command & Conquer 2, and Red Alert 2, package them directly into a single mobile title, implement two-finger box-select touch controls, and release it for sale.

Уважаемые разработчики, пожалуйста выпустите данную игру на PS 5. На Андроиде у вас данная игра есть. Выпустите не на PS 5.Играл в данную игру с 1995 года. Пользуюсь вашей консолью, а данной игры у вас нет на этой платформе. Неужели так сложно ее сделать, я понимаю, что кто то ушел, что кого то выкупила другая компания, или компания стала дочкой и тому подобное. Выпустите игру на PS5. Я ЗНАЮ Вы можете это сделать, игра окупится 1000%. Сейчас современные технологии, и вас большие возможности. Вы выпускаете отличные игровые продукты. Выпустите на PS 5 старую добрую обработанную ремастер игру. У вас нет почты ,но я уверен все кто помнит и знает эту игру, все вам будут жать руку, и написали бы такие же письма, может быть даже лучше. Removed Games
While I can confirm that G&C Ultimate Edition is missing from my library, is there any way to learn all the games that have been removed from my library? Its rather irritating to say the least to spend good money for a game, a game thats still in the store in fact, only to find it missing from my library when I want to confirm something about said game for a discussion I'm having in another venue.Invalid Email or password - C&C Generals and Zero Hour
New laptop. went to EA, logged in, got the EA App. Downloaded the game. Went to play the game. Asks me to login put in same email and password to download the game: "Invalid email or password" I want to install and play, what are the next steps here, if the email and password are the same?Command and conquer titles.
Command and conquer would be awesome to get a Remaster all across the board with graphics and 64x Architecture to improve modding capabilities to drop the GB limit on mods. All the titles from Generals,Zero hour,Red alert, Tiberium wars, and kanes Wrath. Dawn of war definitive edition is a prime example of this.
C&C Generals Remake/Remaster
I've been a big fan of C&C Generals and Generals Zero Hour for over 20 years. EA, you need to do a remake/remaster of this. As prince Kassad would say: General, I can't wait for your next attack (You are victorious) can we expect it today? Keep the momentum after C&C remastered!
[Bug Report] TS /Ra2/YR - Tooltips malfunction
In the Steam version (tested TS, RA2 and YR ), the in-game Tooltips (the pop-up text that appears when hovering over units/buildings) does not function. Note: For verification, I tested a pirated 1.001 version of YR ,and the Tooltips works normally there. BTW, what happened when the voices of the three Hollywood heroes in the Allied mission were replaced with GI's voice?Can't save game...
Purchased at Epic PC. LOAD GAME always gery out then I found saved games in Mission Select. But after I restart the game, everything's gone including saved progress, bonus galley etc. Searched online, below's what I tried but never sorted it out. No "CncRemastered" folder in my user folder, created one and a "save" folder under it. Antivirus and OneDrive disabled.
Support refused for legacy C&C Generals with proof (Case #242030733)
Hi everyone, I am a long-time fan and legal owner of the physical Command & Conquer Generals Deluxe Edition and Zero Hour. Since my current PC does not have a disk drive, I wanted to have these legacy games entitled to my EA account. I have contacted live support twice today (Case #242030733). I provided high-resolution photos of my original discs, the box, and the serial keys. I even included a personalized note with my name, date, and email in the photo to prove I physically own the items right now. Shockingly, both advisors (Niranjan and Parpaj) insisted that I must contact the "retailer" for a receipt. This game was purchased nearly 23 years ago (around 2003)! It is physically impossible for any retailer (like D&R in Turkiye) to provide a receipt after two decades. I find this request very unreasonable for a legacy product. I am attaching my proof of ownership here. Can a Community Manager please look into this case and help me add these classics to my library? I just want to play the games I legally own. If I am not wrong our alliance won first in the recent GDI Rival Race in C&C Rivals but I did not remember opening the Colossal Chest. 2 days later NOD Rival Race concludes and we did get the second price chest. There are no game log that I can check to verify. Any advise appreciated. Thanks
Unable to Play Zero Hour
I am unable to load my Challenge progress in Zero Hour - whenever I try to the loading screen comes up for the General vs General but then it immediately says "Defeated". I'm playing the game through the EA App and it's the full licensed version of the game (no cracks, illegal copies etc). I've never had an issue until went to play it today (save file is from 4 month ago), when the game closes I get a prompt that some files are corrupted and the app offers a repair. 5 times I've repaired so far and still it's a problem. I've already attempted the license key "fix" of adding the dashes into the default key under HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour\ergc but that hasn't fixed it. I've also tried modifying my options.ini file as I've seen in places online but still no joy :-( EA doesn't seem to offer support for this title according to the list of games to raise issues with via their site so I'm hoping that someone can advise what is going on and how I can fix this...
C&C Red Alert 1 freezes for some seconds
Hi. I have a problem with Red Alert Command & Conquer The game freezes for a fiew seconds over and over again. And the display turns black and the game apears again. the ea app also is not responding i repaired the game but no result. i run it as admin. does it need directx 9? Help me ..
