I subscribed to EA Play Pro last month, but since I didn't cancel my subscription this month, last month's subscription was withdrawn this month, but I didn't play any games or use the application this month. I bought EA play not knowing that I don't have access to all the games. So I installed EA fc 26 just to have it there. When the application finished installing, it automatically put me in the game. So I left the game to give a refund for Ea play. at the refund I spoke with a lady who told me that I had already entered the game and that she could not do anything. I tried explaining her that it put me in automaticlly and i could not do anything she did not believe me. When I said I was going to make a complaint, she closed the chat and didn't say anything to me.EA Play Pro Payment Deducted but Subscription Failed

Afterwards, when i wrote my last name in lower case letters, the payment was confirmed. When i looked at my bank transactions today, payment made twice. I am currently a victim of this situation. I see that they are banning countless players for everything in EA. by their name on Steam because they have linked their account to EA to play games without giving them the option to use their EA account name. This makes me wonder if they can ban you from EA because of your steam photo or your steam profile in general, ignoring the name since I already know the answer. Hello everyone I've recently been having trouble accessing the EA Play game list, even with an active and recently purchased subscription. When accessing the "Library" tab, only games purchased from a past subscription, specifically from 2023, appear. And when accessing EA Play, I'm asked to extend my subscription, even though it's active and valid until January 10, 2026. When I try to check my subscription status on the website, I always get a technical problem error.

Hello EA Team, I’m from Tajikistan, and I want to subscribe to EA Play / EA Play Pro, but my account is automatically set to Russia, and I cannot pay with my Visa card issued in Tajikistan. Tajikistan users are currently not able to buy games or subscriptions officially, because we are not listed as a supported country in the EA billing system. Please, consider adding Tajikistan as a supported region or allow payments with international cards (Visa/MasterCard) issued in Tajikistan. Unlike Russia, which is affected by sanctions, cards from Tajikistan work worldwide and can be used for international payments. There are many players in Tajikistan who want to support EA officially and play games like Battlefield, FIFA, Apex, etc., but currently cannot pay legally. Payment failed, but money was charged. Support is more than unhelpful.
I paid for the EA Play Pro subscription but did not receive any access to it. The support team told me that I was “not charged,” yet my subscription appears as active on their end — which makes no sense. When I check my profile, nothing is enabled and I still cannot play any games.When I requested an invoice for the payment, support refused to provide one. So at this point, I’ve paid for nothing — I was charged and received no service in return.This feels like a scammy business practice, and I strongly advise others not to purchase EA Play Pro until EA addresses this issue.I have already contacted the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) regarding this matter, and I encourage anyone in a similar situation to do the same.I expect a formal apology from EA Support and the entire EA staff for this unacceptable experience.
