Ea play membership refund
Hello , Ea play membership is expired on my account long time ago maybe 2 months ago , and just now it take from my card a new subscription, even my card are not in the payment and wallet of my account, I already delete it !!! How could they take money while the card isn’t there and also I didn’t subscribe!! Please I need refund and I don’t want the subscription
EA's tools can't refund, Even when they agree with your case- EA kept my money
Please comment so this gets enough traction that those who can help sees it. I honestly can’t believe I’m having to post this, but EA support says this is my last resort option. TLDR: EA overcharged me for an annual EA Play pro subscription, when I tried to get help and request a refund my EA Play pro subscription they CANCELED my membership. They are refusing to refund my money or reactivate my subscription as the underlying structure of the support tools won't allow them to override it and give me a refund. Paid $167.99 and have no subscription for the year either. On Nov 20, I bought an EA Play membership. Price listed: $149.99 CAD. PayPal showed: $149.99 pending. Everything looked normal. Then the charge finalized… and EA took $167.99 CAD. So I did what any reasonable person would do: I contacted support immediately — same day, within hours — to report the overcharge. And EA’s response? ✅ They canceled my membership ✅ They kept all of my money ❌ No refund ❌ No EA PLAY subscription ❌ No accountability They essential stole my money as I don't have a subscription, OR my money. I have reached out through email and to the EA help advisors. Every agent I’ve spoken to says they want to help but “can’t” because I’m “outside the refund window.” Except I wasn't. I reached out by email the moment the charge went wrong, but somehow a case number was not created. So EA overcharged me… Then removed the service I paid for… Then kept every dollar… And now hides behind a scripted policy instead of fixing their own billing error. How is this acceptable? I’ve been polite. I’ve provided proof. I’ve explained the timeline over and over. And EA still refuses to refund me or restore the membership they canceled. So I’m posting this publicly because private support channels have completely failed me. I have met a few nice agents who agree with my case but because it is unique they can't help even though they want to because of the "underlying structure of the support tools". There is no way to manually override things, so I'm left paying $167.99 for nothing as I have no access to the subscription now even though it should be valid for nearly a year! Because right now, it feels like EA can take your money, cancel your service, and then shrug and say “policy.” And that should worry every EA customer. Has anyone else had EA overcharge them or cancel a membership and then refuse to fix it? How did you get it resolved? How do I get my money back, or at least get my EA Play subscription back? i was opening battlefield 1, and as of nov 17 2025, it said my xbox game pass expired, but i still have it active as of right now. can't get it to fix. i reinstalled ea app, rested the xbox app, none of them work. idk if its game pass premium acting up weirdly, or its just ea. :/ hopefully i can get a solution from yall, alr peaceHow can I see which EA account is covered
I bought an EA subscription. It appears in Microsoft's app, but it doesn't appear in the EA Play app. It directs me to buy it again. Also, the subscription I bought is expired. Even though I haven't purchased an EA Play subscription, it appears that I don't have a subscription in the EA Play app and it directs me to purchase a subscription again.Game Pass Premium&EA Play ISSUE
Hi all, I purchased a Rog Ally, and it came with 3 months of game pass premium, which includes EA play! How exciting! EXCEPT: I cannot get EA play to work for downloading games. I have tried everything. Uninstalled and reinstalling both apps, tried to install from Xbox app, unlinked and relinked my accounts, restarted my system, contacted support, the list goes on and I can’t get an EA PLAY game to download, even though it’s all linked, same email, everything! I was truly looking forward to trying out EA play to see if I’d want to continue a subscription in the future; but this has absolutely turned me away from it. Any advice?
Unable to download some games on linked Teen Play Pro account
Recently purchased a Play Pro subsciption for son so we could play together. He is unable to download/add to library some games with message "This game is unavailable - You're not eligible this play this game." Affected games - BF6, F1 25, Skate (which is free) Other games are downloading and playable without issue. FC 26 works fine. Other Battlefield, F1 and Star Wars titles work fine. So it's not some Australian age requirement setting (He's 17yrs old). His account is linked through Family Managment to my account. Even gave his account unlimited spend and he still can't download. It's not his PC because I can log into the EA App as myself and download the games without issue. He managed to get BF6 Redsec (F2P) working via his Epic account but can't access the full game or download on EA App even though he has a Play Pro account. Please assist (Was on online chat for an hour and they were as useful as a waterproof teabag...🙈🙉🙊)Game Pass Ultimate: Having trouble connectin to EA App
Please help. Today I purchased Game Pass Ultimate for the first time. First, I logged into the EA app using my Xbox account, where I purchased the Game Pass, and started downloading FC 25. When the game downloaded, I tried to launch it, but it kept getting stuck preparing to launch. Then I realized my Xbox region was set to the wrong one. I changed it in Windows settings, restarted my computer, and deleted the downloaded game. Then I went to the Xbox app and tried to install the game from there, but I encountered the error mentioned in the title of this post. How can I finally play EA games included in EA Play?
EA Play Pro Subscription accepted debit cards, but not full game purchases.
Hello, I used my debit card to purchase the EA Play Pro Subscription, and it worked perfectly. However, when I tried to use the debit card to purchase the individual game, it declined. I'm perplexed as to how this could happen when the payment site is the same for purchasing the EA Play Pro Subscription and any individual game. I mean, if the card isn't eligible for the EA Play site, it shouldn't work on the EA Play Pro subscription either, but it did. I bought the EA Play Pro membership thinking I can get battlefield on PlayStation using the membership benefits but after buying it I did more looking into it and I get no benefits at all on PlayStation I don’t own a pc or any device to use these benefits and I know refunds aren’t accepted but I honestly didn’t know playstion wasnt able to use itrefund request
Hello, I need help with a refund issue. I had an EA Play annual subscription for $39.99. I upgraded to EA Play Pro monthly and was charged $16.99, and the Pro subscription is active. The system was supposed to refund the $39.99 from my EA Play annual subscription, but the refund failed. In my order history, it shows the refund as “FAILED”. Please issue a manual refund for the $39.99, since I paid for the Pro subscription and did not receive the refund. Thank you.

Hello, I've been playing FC26 for months through my EA Play Pro membership. This month, I decided to purchase the game directly. My EA Play Pro membership automatically renewed without my knowledge. I also purchased FC26, but I want a refund for my EA Play Pro membership. I don't play the other games on it and have never installed them. I only play FC26, and I bought it anyway. So, my EA Play Pro membership is meaningless.
