V2.2.1 Clubs - Service "Save Scumming" Bug
Example: Your car receives terminal damage (Part Failure or Unrecoverable) on stage 1, and you have returned to the service area before stage 2. Fixing some parts of the car, then leaving and rejoining the event allows you to fix the remaining parts of the car you ignored from the "first" service. If you incurred any time penalties for going over the allotted time in the "first" service, these penalties are not included in the "second" service, as the game has forgotten the "first" service. Example: Your car receives terminal damage (Part Failure or Unrecoverable) on stage 4, and you have returned to the service area before stage 5. Leaving the club event and rejoining reloads damage incurred from stage 3, as well as critical/terminal damage from stage 4. Examples of both can be seen in this video: https://youtu.be/0uNL4WP8SmE
Camera Inertia present in VR
Product: EA SPORTS™ WRC Platform:PC Summarize your bug: There is still inertia on the camera in VR and FLAT when disabling camera shake settings. If you accelerate or brake the camera moves forward/backward. This is particularly bad for VR. Apparently it can be fixed by locking horizon but these two features should be separate as I don't want to lock horizon because it's actually worse than the head movement. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game, disable camera shake, notice the camera still moves around when accelerating/braking. What happens when the bug occurs? Motion sickness since the camera is moving separately from the user's head. What do you expect to see? I expect no camera inertia / fov change when camera shake is disabled; or add another option to completely disable camera inertia in VR and FLAT.
Clubs championship creation new menu issue
Product: EA SPORTS™ WRC Platform:Steam-PC Summarize your bug There are no options to edit club events after they have been added to the championship while still creating the championship. Only option is to clear a event. However after clearing a event it's only possible to add new events to the end of the event list. So basically one would have to redo all the events after the event they would want to edit (if not for a workaround shared below). Pictures that show this visually are as attachments. By editing I mean the options to change the location, season, car class of the event without having to make a new event. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unless the issue is specific to my system, just create a club on racenet and create a championship in the game under the clubs menu, then start adding events to the championship and then try to edit them... You can't… What happens when the bug occurs? You can't edit the added championship events under Clubs menu. What do you expect to see? Fixed so that you can change the car class, location and season when creating chapionships under Clubs. This is a new bug that appeared when the 24 expansion was released or after that. Not sure because I didn't create any club champiosnsips until January 2025 starting just before the 24 expansion released. Anyway it used to be possible to edit the championship events under the clubs as well. I know that for sure. This bug can make the creation of club championships quite tedious. There is a workaround though. You need to save the championship, then go load it in quick play, edit it there, save it again and then load it again in your club. Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? run a rain stage in, say, Rally Chili Bio Bio What happens when the bug occurs? When the car's headlights are on, rain just shows up as white streaks. What do you expect to see? For raindrops not to be highlighted as if they're solid, reflective surfaces. I've attached two screenshots: Rain1.jpg is with the headlights on, rain2.jpg is with the headlights off. a car's headlights really shouldn't be able to suddenly make transperant droplets of water shine like that.
How can I use the Motion feature of the DualSense (PS5) with the WRC24?
How can I change the steering option in the WRC24 game so I can steer the car with the motion sensor in the DualSense controller and my PS5 instead of using the left thumb joystick? In other car games I use the DualSense controller as a "steering wheel" but I can not figure out how to get that setting in WRC24. Thank you! Mats
performance degradation when using 7950X3D-CPU after applying EA anti-cheat.
First of all, this text is written using translation software I came back to EAWRC after playing other games for a while and am enjoying the game again. However, with the introduction of EA Anti-Cheat, WRC.EXE no longer allows the user to “change” which CPU core is used when the PC has more than 8(16 on SMT) CPU cores, such as a 16(32 on SMT)-core CPU. My configuration is 7950X3D+4090 running the game. Previously, after EAWRC was launched by an external application, the game was automatically assigned to “CCD0” where the “X3D” cache resides. The performance was about 200-230 fps in UWQHD with the settings turned down. With the advent of EA Anti-Cheat, it is no longer possible to change the CPU cores used, and EAWRC uses only CCD1. This means that the game starts to run on the CPU: 16-32 core part. My performance is now only around 80-120fps frames. If I stop CCD1 = CCD with no cache on the CPU, and start the game in 7800X3D state, I can get the previous performance, of course, It makes no sense, the EA anti-cheat should allow the user to decide which CPU core to use. Or patch it to start with CCD0:1-16 cores with cache on the 7950X3D, etc. These EA anti-cheat specs are really annoying. I checked the logs and even though you mentioned that the EA anti-cheat does not degrade performance. Please patch ASAP or modify some of the EA anti-cheat specifications to allow users to specify which CPU cores they can use.
Unable to reset after rolling the car onto roof

Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Roll a car onto its roof What happens when the bug occurs? This has happened so much recently, the car is on its roof and I can’t reset to track? Just got to sit there until I get disqualified for a stationary vehicle?? What do you expect to see? Change the speed allowed for when you can reset, under 2mph? Or the game to recognise you are on your roof and allow you to reset. Disqualified for stationary vehicle after rolling
Update maybe causing system to crash
Just the last several times I have tried to play WRC 23 it will shut off my entire game console don't know why I have to restart the ps5 completely and repaired the ssd files what update could of caused this to start happening it is o ly when I try to pla WRC and no other games when I try to get into a game my console will just beep and shut off.
3 Points too important to imporove the game in overall
Hello I'm playing in PC, all in ultra settings in 1080p, the game feels a total regression in the details compared to previous WRC games launched (Below detailed) The stages has problem with the cars when is rainning... 1) BUG: The rains drops into the windscreen but wipers don't clean correctly while is rainning, it's like the effect "of cleaning" the windscreen is non-existent 2) In general the graphics are looking blurry and without definition specially the trees and vegetation, lods and illumination can improve it 3) Cars in chase camera (3th person) don't get dirty in some surfaces such as mud, snow, etc. like in other rally games predecesors (Dirt Rally 2.0 or WRC Generations), making it an unrealistic feeling of the experience. This 3 points are specially important to improve the game, physics has too grip in all surfaces I think btw. I hope this feedback can go to the developers for better the game please.
Terrible Graphics Artefacts When Using In Car View at some Locations
Product: EA SPORTS™ WRC Platform:Steam-PC Summarize your bug Graphics Artefacts appear when In Car on some Locations. the artefacts are constantly shimmering/moving. Please refer to screenshots for examples. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load time trial on sweden or portugal with the dash/cockpit view selected. I have tried this in the puma and hyundai. Other locatiions may have the problem but i have not tried all yet. What happens when the bug occurs? The graphics in the intro screens render correctly but when you switch to in car for the stage start there is an artefacting / stability problem with the graphics. This continues while driving. What do you expect to see? I expect to not have this artefacting on all stages please refer to example screenshots 5800x3d 32GB RAM Asus Pro Art 4800 SuperFanatec MSport podium button not working also sequential shifter not working
Product: EA SPORTS™ WRC Platform:PlayStation 5 Summarize your bug Fanatec M-Sport button module does not work with EA WRC my friend also has the same Msport buttin modual one with a pc and has the same problem. Once the game goes to first loading screen no buttons work. However when in advanced settings in game, It recognises that a button is being pushed. I remapped buttons but the new update has rendered this useless. This set up works with gt asseto and other games . Please plase fix it as moving to pc to use vr intwo weeks . Have a Logictech G920 Steering Wheel and Pedals attached to a racing frame. Setup seems to work fine with F1 23/24 with no issues. When playing WRC the steering wheel is virtually undriveable, the slightest turn will send the car off the road and the game is unplayable. Anyone else experienced issues with this setup? Are there any settings to adjust the sensitivity or anything that might help?Light snow now as same visibility as heavy snow

Was originally only heavy snow with this effect, now light and heavy snow have essentially identical visibility. (Checked multiple locations) How often does the bug occur? Higher visibility with light snow weather selected Can be bypassed by disabling fog, although heavy snow is then irrelevant
