Stuttering issues cutscenes and in gameplay
The fps goes all the way down during the cutscenes.This happens on most of it.Like the pre match stuff ,and especially replays and corner kick situations.The fps goes from 60 to 10,9 like and it's really frustrating.I can't clearly get skip it correctly because if I accidentally hit it 2 times the gameplay registers more Inputs
End of the season bug in the latest version
There is the end of the season bug again in the latest version (on PC). In player carrier mode I can't start new season at the end of the season. There is no appropriate button. I use the EA app (on PC), and I set the automatic update option. I reinstall the geme today. Please, fix the bug!
Penalty shootout win vs Arsenal not counted —lost in Career Mode despite winning
Hi everyone, I played a Career Mode match in the Quarter Emirates Cup against Arsenal. The game ended 4-4, and I won the penalty shootout 11-10. I’m certain I won because Courtois scored the decisive penalty for me. However, the game showed that I lost the penalty shootout 10-9, and I did not advance. Because of this, my Objective was marked as failed (I got an X). This bug is really frustrating because I successfully completed the shootout, and my Objective should have been recorded correctly. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any workaround or fix? Any help or advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!EA Javelin Anticheat
I started my EAFC 24 and all of a sudden i get an error saying: This software cannot be used at the same time as the game. Please make sure it's not running, or restart your pc, (84): EasyAnticheat. Also the splash screen has the error: EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart your pc:.. C\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAnticheat.gameservice.exe (7) (3). I tried several restarts, i tried uninstalling the EA app and also the anticheat. Still doesn't work. what's the solution?Continuous Scrolling Error With Controller On PC
I'm using the EvoFox ElitePlay wireless controller on Windows 11 with EA FC 24. Whenever I connect the controller, the game experiences infinite scrolling. To rule out hardware issues, I tested the controller with other games like GTA, where it worked flawlessly—so the problem appears to be specific to EA FC 24. I’ve already tried several potential fixes: Moving the cursor to the edges of the screen (a workaround some users suggested)—did not work. Adding the game to Steam (even though it was purchased through Epic Games)—but EA AntiCheat restarts the game, severing Steam’s controller support. Testing the controller with Steam’s built-in controller tester—all inputs registered correctly, so the controller itself is functioning properly. Note: The video I’ve attached is slightly outdated, but even after switching to windowed mode and trying the “cursor-in-window” fix, the issue still persists. Hello EA Sports Team, As a professional automation test specialist and a dedicated fan of your games, I recently encountered a serious gameplay bug in FC24 that I believe deserves your attention. https://www.xbox.com/play/media/3gZjP8xKAV During a match, a defender passes the ball back to the goalkeeper, and while the goalkeeper has possession and is about to start the play, the opponent makes a quick tactical change using gameplan shortcuts. This seems to cause a glitch where the right back suddenly becomes the goalkeeper (without a uniform change), and the original goalkeeper moves up the pitch as a libero. After I intercepted the ball and took a shot, the right back – now acting as a goalkeeper – used his hand to save the ball, despite still wearing an outfield kit. From that point on, he continued behaving as the keeper. I recorded this moment via gameplay capture. My theory on how it happens: If a tactical change is made while the goalkeeper is in possession and preparing to distribute the ball, the game might lose track of the assigned keeper, reassigning that role to another player (usually the right back). Meanwhile, the real goalkeeper becomes an outfield player. And I’d also like to clarify something important: I am not reporting this to blame or expose any individual player. I have no way of knowing if the behavior was intentional or not, and it’s not my place to judge. My goal is simply to help improve the game we all enjoy. I was in a match of FUT Draft and had plenty of the game to win it. I was told the game would be under review but of course, because i was losing i was given the loss. It wasn't a connectivity issue my end as i was not disconnected from EA servers. I can't upload the full video of the incident as it won't allow me to attach it however the game being froze lasted about 30 seconds before anything happened
Payment issue in south asia
HI im from Sri lanka. Yesterday I bought FC24 because it showed me Rs 1199 only. But after the payment, it shows that the currency I was charged with is (INR) Indian rupee. It's Rs 4000+ for me. Payment method misguides our region. A lot of countries use Rs as a sign for their currency. But it will help to put a payment method for each, or let it be USD there. I pay for the game on Steam, also. But never had any problem because they use USD and Steam Wallet for purchases. I suggest creating that kind of solution, please. After I chatted with EA help, he said that he would file this issue and could arrange a refund. Also told me to put it forums. If anyone has this problem, let the EA Know. Thank you.error CE-34878-0
Hi EA Support, I’m reporting a recurring crash issue in FC 24 on PS4, specifically in Career Mode. I’m currently in Season 12 of Manager Mode, and the game crashes every time I try to advance to the next day. This happens in mid-session, not when loading the save. The error code is CE-34878-0, and this issue has completely blocked my progress. I’ve tried rebooting, offline mode, reinstalling the game, and rebuilding the PS4 database — none have worked. When I play FC 24 manager career on Nintendo, I used to and still do get a bug where in the negotiation cutscene to buy or sell a player where I meet another teams manager, I get this bug where after we go to a conclusion, the game just freezes. I can still hear the background music, but I can't do anything. Then I am forced to restart the game. Now I'm getting this new bug where when I enter a game, everything is grey. Like the colors are not applying. All the player and fan models are grey. This bug just appeared yesterday. Even if I restart the game, the color bug is still there when I press play. The color bug only appears when I go into a game and is not an accessibility setting. The problem is I can't tell my players and opposite players apart and it looks ugly. Pretty sure the color bug happened after a recent update. I play on a Nintendo switch in the United States. Please help EA.Sprinting Carrer Mode Bug
EA can u PLEASE fix this bug in carrer mode where it doesn’t allow me to sprint in matches, at first i thought it was just gonna be one game but its LITERALLY every game that i cant sprint and im mad because i went on reddit to see if anyone else has had this bug and there are posts from 8 MONTHS ago 8 whole months saying they had this bug and after all this time u guys STILL haven’t fixed it what is wrong with EA like genuinely i’ve literally tried everything i started a new career mode, changed stuff in my settings, I literally deleted the whole game and redownloaded it and the bug was STILL there like its genuinely crazy😂 EA really doesn’t care about us, all they care about is money
