Stuttering issues cutscenes and in gameplay
The fps goes all the way down during the cutscenes.This happens on most of it.Like the pre match stuff ,and especially replays and corner kick situations.The fps goes from 60 to 10,9 like and it's really frustrating.I can't clearly get skip it correctly because if I accidentally hit it 2 times the gameplay registers more Inputs
Nothing shows on the screen
Okay, so when I open the app, the game, it opens up normally, but during the loading page, where there is EA FC 24, no sounds, no movement, nothing happens, not even the lines moving, everything is just frozen in place. Then after maybe a few minutes, it then shows the page which allows me to click which profile I want to continue with, and I click, and it then takes me to a homepage. But in that homepage, it shows nothing, it's all blank. The music is still there in the background. I press a random button, and it clicks, words pop up for a few seconds, and then it goes blank again, music still on though.
End of the season bug in the latest version
There is the end of the season bug again in the latest version (on PC). In player carrier mode I can't start new season at the end of the season. There is no appropriate button. I use the EA app (on PC), and I set the automatic update option. I reinstall the geme today. Please, fix the bug!Penalty shootout win vs Arsenal not counted —lost in Career Mode despite winning
Hi everyone, I played a Career Mode match in the Quarter Emirates Cup against Arsenal. The game ended 4-4, and I won the penalty shootout 11-10. I’m certain I won because Courtois scored the decisive penalty for me. However, the game showed that I lost the penalty shootout 10-9, and I did not advance. Because of this, my Objective was marked as failed (I got an X). This bug is really frustrating because I successfully completed the shootout, and my Objective should have been recorded correctly. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any workaround or fix? Any help or advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!EA Javelin Anticheat
I started my EAFC 24 and all of a sudden i get an error saying: This software cannot be used at the same time as the game. Please make sure it's not running, or restart your pc, (84): EasyAnticheat. Also the splash screen has the error: EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart your pc:.. C\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAnticheat.gameservice.exe (7) (3). I have been playing the game for exactly 40 hours. When I last played, I got angry and pulled Alt+F4, shutting down the PC directly. When I wanted to turn it on again after 5 minutes, it indicated that the game couldn't start because EasyAntiCheat was open. I checked, but it wasn't open; in fact, I even deleted it, yet my problem continues.During the game startup, the game closes
I play on pc by using steam launcher. The game closes without any error message on the screen "Welcome to fc 24" happens is a connection to the servers EA and the game closes. I tried to file integrity check, reinstalling, reinstalling EAanticheat, tried offline mode, tried to app recovery . P. s. As the title states, I cannot play any online modes due to this technical bug. I now can’t play any of my champs games, squad battles, etc in FUT and cannot play pro clubs. I am not losing out on so many rewards and cannot get my pro clubs team to the elite division for playoffs. (We are currently in first division promo matches). I am told by support they have no fix for this. This is shameful EA and seriously detrimental to my fc 25 enjoyment. Please compensate my FUT account for my missed rewards and promote my club, Eclipse CF to the elite division before playoffs. Thank you.Bug -Ping-Cheater
Dear EA Support, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the current state of online gameplay in FC 24, particularly in the Seasons mode on PlayStation 5. Despite having a very stable and fast internet connection (12ms ping, wired LAN connection, high-speed plan), I consistently experience massive ping spikes every 10 to 15 minutes during online matches. These sudden spikes render the game unplayable for several seconds and have directly caused me to lose countless matches. I have done everything on my end: Switched to wired connection Used multiple DNS configurations (Cloudflare, Google DNS) Forwarded all necessary ports Disabled all background apps and auto-updates on PS5 Even tested different times of the day to see if the issue persisted Nothing has helped. This leads me to the obvious conclusion: the issue is on EA’s servers. Adding to this, the number of cheaters in online matches has become unbearable. Players are clearly using unfair tools or connection manipulation, and yet there seems to be little to no enforcement or action taken by EA. Reporting them in-game is ineffective, as nothing ever changes and the same types of exploits continue to ruin the experience. What is even the point of playing competitively if fairness is not enforced and network quality is ignored? We, the players, deserve a stable online experience — especially when we’ve paid full price for the game and invest countless hours in it. Right now, the online gameplay in FC 24 is in an unacceptable state, and I urge EA to take immediate action to: Investigate and resolve server-side issues causing regular ping spikes. Actively moderate and ban cheaters who are ruining the competitive experience. Communicate transparently with the player base regarding these problems. I look forward to a response, but more importantly — I hope to see actual results, not just automated replies. I have just purchased FC24 on the PS5, and since downloading it I do not have the voice chat option in audio settings - I have spoken to 3 advisors who all advised different - one advised to uninstall and reinstall the game which I am doing now but I am concerned this still won’t fix? After a long time today I downloaded the game to play fifa24 and I regret downloading it. It has been more than 10 hours since I downloaded it but I cannot enter the game. I get the errors I mentioned in the attachments and we cannot find a solution in any way. Although I have tried every way to fix it, I cannot enter the game. Since I am not at home, my internet is not unlimited, so I do not have the chance to delete and install the game.Continuous Scrolling Error With Controller On PC
I'm using the EvoFox ElitePlay wireless controller on Windows 11 with EA FC 24. Whenever I connect the controller, the game experiences infinite scrolling. To rule out hardware issues, I tested the controller with other games like GTA, where it worked flawlessly—so the problem appears to be specific to EA FC 24. I’ve already tried several potential fixes: Moving the cursor to the edges of the screen (a workaround some users suggested)—did not work. Adding the game to Steam (even though it was purchased through Epic Games)—but EA AntiCheat restarts the game, severing Steam’s controller support. Testing the controller with Steam’s built-in controller tester—all inputs registered correctly, so the controller itself is functioning properly. Note: The video I’ve attached is slightly outdated, but even after switching to windowed mode and trying the “cursor-in-window” fix, the issue still persists. I’d really appreciate a proper fix as soon as possible.
