Stuttering Issue
starting yesterday I've started to have horrenouse stutters/freezes almost as soon as I catch a pass and midway through my run plays, i have a 5060ti and i5 14600kf and have ran the game at 120 at 1440 for the longest time no issues. Now i cant even play the game, and nothing changes even after i put everything on low and moved it down to 1080p
Teambuilder Helmet Bumper / Chinstrap
Every time I create a teambuilder team, the helmet bumpers, chinstraps, and chin guards always end up black / chrome. It seems this has been an issue for many users for months with no response from the EA team. People spend a lot of time creating teams and then they don't show up properly in game. This should be an easy fix. What an absolute joke. Has anyone found a workaround for this?Madden 26 Teambuilder issue
small issue but it's infuriating considering we paid money for the game and some of us only play Franchise and use Teambuilder as a way to have a custom franchise. The helmet banners and chinstraps are appearing chrome/black in game instead of white (or any other color you choose) that it shows in Teambuilder. It even shows correctly in the preview in Download Center in game, but when you download the team and start a franchise, then play a game or view players in Adjust Lineup, the chinstraps and banners are chrome/black. It takes away from what our team is supposed to be. In Madden 25, the chinstraps and banners would automatically default to the color of your helmet. Initially in M26, it was working fine and no issues, but just in the past week this glitch has surfaced, PLEASE FIX OR I WILL NEVER PURCHASE MADDEN AGAIN UNTIL EA Loses the rights. It's ridiculous, .I'm so tired of being patient with this nonsense. Get TEAMbuilder right or remove it altogether. It's not fair to your customers and we're tired of the constant glitches. You also need to add more features like shoulder stripes (think NE Patriots, LSU tigers, etc.), sock stripes (Think Browns, etc.), and fix the sock issue (I make the undersocks blue and base white, ONLY one color shows up). What's the point of having the sock option in customization with no sock, low, med, high when it ALWAYS defaults to one style for the WHOLE TEAM. It's ridiculous. GET IT RIGHT EA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GET A REFUND BUT ITS TOO LATE. PLEASE FIX AND MAKE THESE IMPROVEMENTS.Error 264
Trying to play superstar but keep getting error code 264 I believe. I’ve tried everything I could find on google recommended to fix it. Went through support too and tried everything they said to fix it and kept getting the same error message. They recommended I post on the forum to get something done about it which makes no sense. Really frustrating with how much money we spend to play these games and there’s always issues.Madden 26 jump ball challenge
I am a 99 overall WR in Superstar mode in Madden NFL 26. I have completed most of my career but the Jump Ball challenge has never appeared once in Weekly Activities or Side Activities. I have advanced multiple seasons and checked every week. I believe the drill is bugged or missing from my save file.Madden 26 and 25 will not recognize controller inputs
I am trying to play madden 26, or 25 and neither one will recognize my controller. I can scroll through the menu but when I try to select any options it simply will not proceed, no button inputs seem to work at all. The controller works on other games.Madden 26 Team Builder is the worst team builder I have ever used.
I don't even know where to get started. I have spent hours building custom teams for college football 25/26, and have plenty of experience with the interface for their system, which is easily ten times better than that of Madden's. Hell, I would even take the in-game team builder in NHL26 over this. Firstly, the website looks identical to the one for all the other football custom team menus, except it is missing the Adobe Express photo editor, so it is remarkably difficult to make the background of an image transparent. Rather than just clicking on the edit with Adobe Express, then clicking remove background, now you need to go scouring through the internet for either an image that already has a transparent background that actually looks good, or a website that doesn't require you to give up the naming rights to your firstborn just to edit an image for free. I don't understand why Adobe Express (which they have access to) is such a tall order for a multi-billion-dollar company, especially when it is already up and running in the college football section of THE SAME WEBSITE. On top of that, while making a team on Madden, I found that the maximum allowable file size for a logo in Madden team builder is less than that of the one in NCAA 26. I found this out while trying to figure out a workaround for the Adobe Express issue previously mentioned. After removing the background of an image in the NCAA team builder, I copied the same image over to the Madden team builder, and the image could not be uploaded because the file size was too big. Not sure why they do this, there are no issues with file uploading or displaying the images in-game with NCAA26. Sure, these aren't super game-breaking problems, but it makes building a custom team in Madden (something that took maybe 20 minutes in NCAA), into a remarkably long and annoying process, which causes issues that were never a problem before. It blows my mind that a company with a value of over 50 billion can be so lazy as to not add features that are literally on the same website, or even worse, that they literally forgot. This is a stupid **bleep** problem to have. I must have encountered a rare bug….. and it’s drastically unfortunate that I had to come here and have to type this. But I lost my Myles garret 96 ovr for no reason. Payed 145k credits for it and everything. I was clicking on him to see if I could apply a team captain upgrade and outta curiosity clicked on sets to see where I could put him… I clicked cancel. And now he is gone…. I haven’t been able to sleep because of it… please help.Madden event rewards
I grinded the visa draft event and none of my progress seemed to saved as it’s all gone after scheduled maintenance. I put hours into this. I was at 37/40 tokens for the ed to tall jones so i played the event all the way through one last time to get 3 more ring of honor tokens. As i finished my 13th game i got kicked because of the maintenance. After it was done I got on the game to see that I have no access to my rewards. If I didn’t put so much time into this to complete I wouldn’t be so upset. I did everything I needed and I am not able to get the rewards I earned. Please help.Madden 26
Hi, I just wanted to share my recent experience with this game. I really enjoy to play. I was grinding the visa draft event for days. I put hours and hours into it so i can get the ring of honor tokens as rewards. I wanted the ed to tall jones. I was at 37/40 tokens last night so I had to play another 13 games and finish the event again in order to have enough tokens for the set. As i’m finishing my very last game I get kicked because there’s scheduled maintenance. So, I expected later that i’d be able to finish out the event and get my tokens. However, there’s no trace of the event whatsoever. Usually, when events end and you have progress you need to manually press finish event before it goes away. However, that’s not there. I put hours into this and I’m not getting the rewards I’m entitled to. Someone please help me. Thank you.
Unable to connect to Online Services
Having an issue with Madden 26 on PS5 when loading into game it would display "MISCSERVICEGATEWAY_ERR_SYSTEM" then after about 5-10 seconds in menu would see "CONNECTION LOST". After signing back in and loading MUT, would see "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" before going back to "CONNECTION LOST". Issue has been happening since around December/January which could usually get around by loading into Madden using a hotspot but now this also has the same issue. Issue also occurring on different PlayStation/EA accounts Have tried the following to resolve: - Restart PS5 - Restart Modem/Router - Change DNS settings on PS5 - Clear system cache - Rebuild Database - Unlink PlayStation Network Account from EA account, and re-linked - Uninstall & Reinstall game - Restored License Have noticed a few others have also posted in this forum with the same issue. Is this a known issue with a workaround? Based in New Zealand
