I cant access my team in ultimate team
Idk if I am the only person with this bug but I can play head to head I can do all of that but every time I try to access my lineup it kicks me back to the startup screen and I have tried to modify lineup in squads seasons and that does not work either. It just says error our servers cannot process your request at this time.Did not receive Stocking Stuffers Bundle
I purchased $75.00 worth of madden points (8900) yesterday evening. I intended to use all of those points on the 8900 point Stocking Stuffers Bundle. I went to purchase the bundle, confirmed bundle purchase, and got error coded to the dashboard. I went back into Madden ultimate team and saw I had no Madden points, no new packs from the bundle, and no new cards in my items. I’ve followed all trouble shooting issues according to your support page, including restoring licenses. I talked to an agent and they told me to post this in this forum. They did not help resolve my case. In short, I purchased and received my madden points and then purchased the bundle that I did not receive due to an error code (no proof since PS screen recording wouldn’t record prior to getting dashboarded). This bundle is only available for purchase once, and the evidence that I never received the bundle is that there is still only one remaining bundle left to be purchased in the store. Can any staff member reviewing please help me obtain what I purchased? ThanksZero chill token missing still /no help
On December 31, I played and went 10 and one on my event. I’ve never received my token so I can acquire Mike Evans now there’s a new hero in and I still haven’t received the make right. I reached out to EA support and they said they checked and told me I was unqualified after multiple pieces of evidence proving that I won with time stampsHurt by makerights
I had purchased Demarcus Ware for 1.2 million coins after selling off guys just to get him. EA then released a makeright pack because apparently the reason he was so expensive was because he was missing from a pack and now his value tanked by 600k. I had purchased at total of 3 tokens to play the event after Christmas. I plsyed on 26th and submitted a token and won the game. Afterward it didn’t get a win and it immediately started me at teir 1 and I didn’t get my token back. I contacted support and they told me it would be fixed and be patient. I waited a week and nothing from support or no fix. I was playing the event after Christmas t to get snow and get the player for winning 9-10 games along with the snow I would use later. After waiting I had to use my own snow currency I was saving and spend real money to compensate me waiting. After reaching support I kept hearing samething and ended up missing out on the Mike Evan card because the event reset. I then tried my second token smd once again won and didn’t count my game and started me at teir 1 and took my token. Still no fix or my token back or snow reward and nothing from ea. today bring almost 2 weeks later I tried my teir 3 token and won again and once again took my token and didn’t give me any rewards and started me at teir 1. I obviously don’t be able to get the sterling sharp and have used my snow that I was saving g and was gonna earn snow from the event. Not only that samething g happen with my gauntlet token last week after 1 game. I’ve patiently toy waited for a fox and have contacted support many times for sometging to be done since I spent real and game currency because of this problem. EA I’ve waited almost 2 weeks. I have some videos to show from my PlayStation I jus want this fixedEA has to get out of the game!
I call a 5WR vertical play, I have my TE wide open for a catch, I press R1 to throw the ball to him you can see the accuracy pass meter above his head, why did the game not throw the ball to him and throw the ball way across the field to another player and the CPU pick the ball off and game was over. This catch and drive would have put me in position to win the game this opponent had no defense what so ever. Im already playing someone on bronze tier II when I’m elite II we should play more opponents within our current tier. They will make you play a player that has a weak team, lower tier, or a player that’s been struggling to win or all three. To feel like they beat a good opponent with a good team. The morale boost EA hand out to players. I have to figure out how to upload this video so y’all can see this play. It wild. I clearly threw the ball to my open TE but the game had other plans and threw it to a WR I didn’t even select to throw the ball to. 🤯VS CPU incorrect losses
I’m winning games by 21-34 points a game but i try and start another one but get granted for a loss? I can’t progress through rewards if i just keep getting losses for wins. i’m like 2-2 when im supposed to be 4-0. I’ve tried restarting my game and xbox. I've noticed people have boxes under their cards in packs that show the current auction house prices. However, that box NEVER shows up on mine. Someone said they thought it was bc of OVR, but I have opened packs above and below my OVR and that box does not show up. I would love for it too. Feel like this is a noob question, but how can I make that box appear? I've looked everywhere. Posting a screen shot to show, what I would like, which is the grey/black box with value under it. Makes it nice to choose cards when promlted with "choose one", without having to look up values. Thanks for help! **I'm also not prompted with "Hit RT to start this player" and it show that ovr position screen either. Missing all boxes I always see online.
