MADDEN ULTIMATE TEAM “LINEUP” glitch
So I have seen a few forums on this bug, I have spoken to representatives and no fix in site as of now, I was told to post this on forums and help up-vote similar posts here to bring more attention to it. For me it’s been 3-4 days and for others a few weeks. The issue is we can not access our lineup within our ultimate teams without an error occurring and kicking us out of ultimate team. No matter what avenue we take whether through the my team tab under “lineup” or even if we start a game and chose “lineup” and try to edit it that way. Anyway we attempt to change our lineup the same error occurs and we are booted out. It seems it’s on the side of EA and that a solution would be for them to reset our lineup on their end due to gaps in our own lineup chasing the bug. Zero Chill -> Zero Chill Stats -> Record Rushing Yards with 4 ZC Players 0/2000 doesn't seem to be tracking correctly. I played three games in one of the required game flavors (MUT -> The League -> Regular Season) and got several of the ZC stats to update correctly (Score Points, Team Tackles, Kickoff Returns) but the rushing yards is screwed up. I averaged 200+ yards rushing in the three games I played (and got some ZC stats in challenges elsewhere, as well) and I'm standing at 226/2000 rushing yards after those three games, a total that should have risen to abut 600+ yards at the pace I was rushing. So, get the liquid plumber and plunger and un-jam this clogged objective, please. I've been scrounging for snow flakes to afford some of the stuff in the snow flakes store.STILL MISSING RANKED REWARD!!!!
I’m posting this to bring attention to an issue that EA seems determined to ignore. There is a significant number of players still missing their Madden Ranked Reward cards, and EA has shown little to no effort in resolving it. I’ve personally opened multiple support cases, and was eventually assigned a case manager named Neel. Initially, I believed this meant EA was taking my issue seriously. Unfortunately, it’s become clear that this was just a tactic to stop me from opening new cases — not to actually help. Despite being promised compensation by another EA rep (Manjeet), I’ve received no updates, no resolution, and no transparency. Neel acknowledged the issue but later contradicted the original promise, saying there’s no compensation plan. Since then, I’ve been completely ignored. It’s obvious EA wants affected players to simply give up and accept that we won’t receive the rewards we earned — or any compensation for the inconvenience. This is unacceptable. I’m disgusted by the lack of communication, transparency, and accountability from the EA Madden team. We deserve better. If you’re also missing your ranked rewards, speak up. Let’s make sure this issue doesn’t get swept under the rug. EA, do better.
MUT SQUADS DOES NOT WORK WHEN PLAYING WITH FRIENDS
THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ITS ACTUALLY UNREAL HOW MANY BUGS AND GLITCHES ARE IN THIS MADDEN THIS YEAR THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIS GAME JUST HOW MUCH THEY CAN SQUEEZE PEOPLE FOR MONEY THE ONLY REASON I PLAY ULTIMATE TEAM IS SO ME AND MY FRIENDS CAN PLAY SQUADS ITS ONE OF MY FAVORITE THINGS TO PLAY ON MADDEN AND IT DOES NOT WORK EVERYTIME WE SEARCH FOR A GAME YOU GET AN ERROR SAYING THE SERVERS CAN NOT PROCESS THE REQUEST AT THIS TIME BUT WHEN YOU SEARCH WITHOUT YOUR FRIEND TO FIND A RANDOM TEAMMATE IT WORKS AND THEN ALSO WHEN YOU FINALLY SOMEHOW GET INTO A GAME WITH YOUR FRIENDS YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR CAMERA ANGLE IN GAME EA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT US AT ALLCan't login to Mut
I haven't been able to login in since Friday morning. I think it's related to having the Rams jerseys upgraded with team chems. This isn't our fault as it was a bug that EA missed. Why punish us. We now have missed 3 days of exp and the HHM challenges. This is effecting our gaming experience. I think this is some bs that it takes 3+ days to fix this problem. When it's a glitch that benefits us they fix it ASAP. I hope this gets fixed ASAP and we get some kind of make right for missing season exp and daily challenges.
Twitch Drops Haven't worked since Madrid MCS
I haven't received any Twitch drops since the Madrid MCS last month. I'm missing multiple packs, the Ingram upgrade, and the Waller MCS card. Already filed two support tickets, and all they've told me is that the devs are "looking into it", but without any kind of timeline on what's gone wrong or when it will be fixed. I've been getting drops from the streams for the past 8 seasons without any issues before now. No idea why it started now but it's extremely frustrating and I'd sure like some indication that EA actually cares about how it's impacting their customers.MUT lineup screen?
So I'm trying to add players and xfactors to my MUT lineup. Only problem is every time I try to load my lineup screen, I'm told that your servers can't process my request at this time and to try again later. I've been trying again for 3 days. I'm thankful that I can at least play games for now unlike the end of last season. But jeez, at this point it's like what's the 2 week but in Season 3 going to be... Can we fix this expeditiously please.Sets are kicking me out!
I can't go in the set tab without getting kicked out. Also can't add a card manually from my binder without getting kicked out. Started when the new collectors series cards came out today. This happens last year too. Wtf is wrong with y'all at EA to have this many mistakes? What's being done about this issue? It's not just me.
