Missing Rewards after Earned
After completing the eight task to get the 10 diamonds. When I go to claim the diamonds, the flower pops up as it’s loading, but then disappears and it still shows I have the 10 diamonds to claim. And no diamonds are given to my account. This is the second time within the last two weeks this has happened. What’s the point of completing the task if you’re not going to be credited for it.Can no longer purchase seeds after renting a plant
First off, thank you for fixing the bugs you did!! I'm happy to be able to play pinata parties again, and to earn gems, coins, and gauntlets through watching videos. My only complaint with the latest update is that it no longer offers the option to buy seed packets after I've used a rented plant. I've been playing for Years and still have Many plants left to unlock. I love that about this game, there are plenty of activities and the thrill of finally unlocking certain plants long after I've completed all the normal levels. It keeps me engaged! Please bring back the offer to buy seeds after using a rented plant though!
Perfume-shroom Slight Change / Raptors behavior
I love the new change that a Raptor can now spawn on the line where you use Perfume-shroom, but I wish said Raptor could spawn through a Jurassic Marsh portal so it would feel more organic. Because of this, Raptors should work well in other worlds now, like in BWB where they should sink on water.Help creating a help case
Hello all you helpful forum posters! I am trying to create an EA help case for my wife’s EA account to recover her PvZ2 progress on a new iPhone. While logged into her EA account, I submitted a missing data form submission on this page: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ But afterwards, her account still says no help cases have been submitted. Does anyone have any suggestions for what is going on, or how to actually create a help case? Thank you for your time! Joe

Slingshot Games ruining Plants vs Zombies 2 since 2017, taking away its good quality, removing Ultimate Battle and Demonstration Minigame themes of each world, Cabbage-Pult is eliminated from ancient Egypt and moved to tutorial, not bringing new worlds, and nothing. Slingshot Games is a great crap I would like Pompadour Zombie and Beach Flag Zombie to have new voice clips, like Mummy Zombie and Future Zombie. I would also like the Zombot Sharktronic Sub intro to be in the game that never came out by you fault EA and PopCap. Another thing. I would like Greaser Imp to be in the game and on Big Wave Beach, please.First ever and only bug!
Hello! First, I love the game. The original was a work of art, but the second game is a masterpiece. It's so dynamic, constantly engaging, the plants and challenges are fun and so well designed. This is my favorite game! Something seems to have glitched with this most recent event, though. I have not been able to participate in the current Big Top event at all. The screen freezes when I try to open it, and the levels screen states that I'm waiting for energy I never used, to refill. It's been saying the same thing since before the event actually began. I have never had an issue like this, and I've been playing for years! I love seeing the creativity and fun you guys put into each event and I get super excited to test my skills! Please advise! I am sorry to say that I have lost around like 10,000 sprouts that I have worked hard for many years. Today. I am down to like 2 or 3 sprouts when I logged back in today. Is there a way to restore em? I really wish I couldn't grind em again like I usually do. However, I have a screenshot to prove it.
