Unable to connect to EA servers for Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 on PC
I have been having problems with being able to play PVZ. Every time I load up the game, it tells me "Uh Oh, Your unable to play online due to not being connected to EA servers." I have tried to ask EA support but everything they told me didn't work. I looked on the Forums to see if anyone had the same problem. A lot of people do, and all the things that helped these people didn't work for me. "Reset the time" I did, didn't work. "Check if its a child account" Its not, I just created an account a few days ago. I had bought the game on a steam sale. The servers are not down. What do I do? I will end up refunding the game if i cant get anything that works. Why EA still is selling a game that doesn't even work? Who knows? I'm frustrated and want it fixed. Thanks.
problem with accepting invites
I recently got PvZ GW2 on steam to play with my friends. 2 of us bought it from steam, while 1 uses the ea app to launch his. Whenever I try to join any of my friend's games, i get this error message saying... Oh No! There was a problem accepting the invite to the game session. i've tried many different solutions: Clean Restart, Restarting the ea app, running it in administrator, changing firewall settings and nothing ive done has seemed to work

As we continue to work to create a safe and fair experience for all players, we will be rolling out an update for PvZ Battle for Neighborville on April 18, 2024 at 10AM PT / 5PM UTC to transition PvZ Battle for Neighborville for PC over to EA Anticheat. We expect up to four (4) hours of downtime for this update to rollout to all players, and during this maintenance window, online access will be unavailable. EA_ShepardI know it’s been a while since you have touched on the topic I and everyone else wants to know how it’s going getting a green light for an upcoming update for the game. PS I would like to see what you guys can do with to torch wood and hover goat variants. kind regards Josh
Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfer 2 Server update?
Hello, I wantes to ask if it was possible to fix the PVZGW2 servers for PlayStation, because it can be very annoying, when you need to wait 15 min to get into the game because your PSN account can t connect to the ea servers. Would be very nice if you guys could get that fixed. PS: I hope GW2 gets a updates again. Thanksgame wont open-says not connected to internet after asking for product key
I own Plants vs Zombies. I recently got a new computer and downloaded the EA app and then Plants vs Zombies game. The first night I did this it worked great! The next day and every day since it work open the game--it asks for a product key. When i click on that button then it says I'm not connected to the internet---BUT I AM! I've uninstalled the EA app and Plants vs Zombies game more than once hoping this would fix the issue but it hasn't. ☹️ I need help. Whenever i start the game on steam, it loads onto the loading screen and'll crash when its done loading, after that it just opened ea app without any errors. I've tried : Reinstalling the game Installing Visual C++ 2013 and updating directx Ran it as administrator Updated my gpu driver to its latest version Verified my game files through steam Ran an antivirus What else can i do that can fix this issue?
PvZ Garden Warfare 1 account wiped
I logged into PvZ Garden Warfare on my PC today using the same Xbox account user I did back when I used to play. I quickly noticed that my rank had been reset all the way to 0 and I had no character skins. I do not know how to fix this problem, and I've searched the web with no help.
PWZ GW2 missing 50 rainbow stars from twilight chomper pack
i purchased the twilight chomper bundle and it said 50 rainbow stars were meant to be in it but i didnt get them, my friend got them even though they went over the normal limit on held rainbow stars and i also got the 200 stars going over the normal star limit. i had 50 rainbow stars already from doing a few matches today and yesterday & a few months ago so those are the only ones there, none of the opened packs had the 50 stars. i tried contacting someone through ea's support chat and they said to make a post asking for help here
gw2 crashes after splash screen
Lots of other people have posted about this issue, but none of those have helped me so I'm hoping to fix my issue so i can play gw2 again. Attached is footage of my issue and here are my hastebins of my dxdiag and perfmon https://hastebin.com/share/yaxipamica.yaml - perfmon https://hastebin.com/share/agubokopij.yaml - dxdiag i have repaired files, reinstalled ea and the game. tried steam and ea (different accounts, one which owns on ea and one which owns on steam, both didn't work) closed nearly every background app except for ea. uninstalled and reinstalled c++ redistributionals from game files.
