Contacting EA Help
It appears that there is no way to actually contact support anymore. The BETA chat just captures information very rigidly and just redirects back to a web page with a suggestion (unhelpful) which says "Try our self-serve options or contact an EA Advisor for more help." but there is NO option to actually contact an advisor. Hi EA_Lanna- can you have someone look at my account? I saw the email regarding awarding everyone the prize track and 4000 coins. There are still a few issues. I do not have the movie director clapboard which was the final prize that I was 1 away from on the original track that was ended early. My premium prize track is back which is good because I had paid another 150 coins for the premium prize track that disappeared a few days ago. However, whenever I try to claim any of the premium prizes, it gives the following message. "Unfortunately your progress could not be saved. Do you want to try saving again" and when I click try again I get the following message "Uh oh something went wrong please try restarting the game" which I have done multiple times with the same results. While playing Merge, it glitched and now when I try to go into the game it is just a blank screen. I'm so close to finishing the 9 day challenge within the game and this is a problem. Anybody else having issues? Who’s fault is it
I just renewed my membership, for the 15th year. I almost didn’t do it, because I am so disgusted with the poor operations of so many games on the iPad. I cannot get into the new poker game at all, and Solitaire Home Story and Matching Moments are constantly crashing. I think I’ve lost over 60 gems from purchases not being delivered. And worst of all, I can’t believe EA is making us PAY for technical assistance. Background: A few weeks ago, I spent 150 gems to do the pogo premium prize track in Poker Town. Last night I had 5110 gems out of 5335 and was supposed to have a day left to complete it for the grand prize. Around 10am EST today, my prize track disappeared, and I got a pop up asking if I wanted to purchase another prize track. Since I missed the final prize, I spent another 150 gems for the new prize track. Then at 4pm EST I got the following message "The Poker Town Coin Reset will NOT happen. There will be no changes to your Coin balance between Seasons. To give the team time to remove the Coin Reset feature, we’re delaying Season 2’s Leaderboards and Prize Tracks by 4 weeks. " However my prize track is now zero and I would not have paid another 150 gems if we had 4 more weeks to complete it. I have contacted EA customer service and they said they can't fix it. Can anyone make any recommendations or help me to get this resolved?
