Problem with 9.0 error
Hi, I’ve been playing SWGOH for years. Some time ago, I took a break and switched my phone from Android to an iPhone 13. After this change, I can’t connect my account to the new device. I found my ally code and ID, and when I try to link them in the game, I get error 9.0 and then game want to restart. After the restart, nothing changes. I’ve contacted EA Support, but so far, there’s been no resolution. Hey all so I've been playing on and off for awhile I just got through medical master kenobit galactic legend and was gonna start on Palpatine but noticed every campaign mission I do I dont get any dark side currency so I tried light side and have the same issues it's stuck at 3 light and 4 dark the only way I can get them is through shard store but problem is spending enough shards to get the 100 currency if anyone knows how to fix please let me know.12Views0likes2CommentsURGENT - Unable to view any paid content
I've gotten no help or response so far so repost sorry Since I ported to PC I've been unable to view any ingame content at all that includes real monetary purchases. This includes the episode pass, conquest plus and paid offers in the in game store, which also includes and blocks any FREE calendars and offers I would usually be able to see The crystals page in the shop shows up with the error message "unable to proceed with request as it is not in line with EA requirements" as seen in the pic below (I have also gone to the link it has not helped). Free offers like bonus calendars also do not show up and the tiered packs with free and paid tiers DO show up in store but they only lead to an endless loading screen if I click on them. I thought it might be because my account was still underage, so I updated it but to no avail, I also think account age isn't a factor here as I've always been able to view paid offers in my many years playing the game with a previously underage account. I bought both the malicos lsb and trench lsb and I received the malicos lsb in the game but did not receive the trench lsb. Connection error 106.0. occurs during certain in-game actions, such as when the calendar appears, during cantina battles, deliveries, era events, and others. I battled Organa in TW 5 mins ago. I used JMK/Cat. The battle was going south, so I killed Chewie and ate their protection down as much as I could. My last hit was on R2. I hit submit when I lost. I go back to the zone map, battle count is 2 and nobody is gone or hurt. I've appealed my ban which is said to have been for "repeat offenses" despite not being told what the offense or offenses were, and gotten no progress or response. My account is multiple years old and I really don't want to not be able to play the game because my ban isn't being given enough attention. I imagine the staff are crazy overworked right now because the holidays, but it's been like a week, and I don't want this to become permanent because the appeal system is so one sided, and potentially run by robots. Hi, my PC client has frozen in the exact same way each of the last two GAC rounds. I can enter the grand arena, but the game hangs the moment I try to select a zone. This happens no matter which zone I select in both my own and my opponents zone. I have not noticed any other issue with gaming via the PC client (now or ever). I was able to access the game mode via mobile, but then what is the point of this app? Great job removing 26 lvl 6 and higher datacrons from my account. TERRIBLE JOB in not providing and of the replacement datacrons or compensation. So much for Any players who invested in this Datacron will have theirs set to level 5 and receive the Datacron currencies used to upgrade in their inbox YOU FAILED to execute on this part of your forum post. I have NEVER cheated in this game and yet my multiple year account has been banned. When I try to use the appeal system through the "contact us" button when I try to load up the game, I go through the process and provide as much information as I have, but get no response or unban. How can I be banned for "repeat offenses" when I don't cheat, and haven't even to my knowledge received any message prior to this point about a warning of breached behavior? I'm hoping this is a system error with robots/ai or whatever, and that a real human can resolve this. I saw reports of other people being banned incorrectly recently on the forums, so this might not be an isolated incident.
