Accidental LST purchase
Took me until today, from the start of coliseum to earn the 5k era currency to get the LST i wanted, for Tarfull. I was nearing the end of a 12hr nightshift and struggling to stay awake. The next round of coliseum began and I thought, "this will wake me up!" I collected my rewards, taking me over 5k, had been waiting for this for so long... went to the era store, checked the first LST, looked for Tarfull, nope - he wasn't there, went to exit and tapped "buy" *facepalm Please please please! I haven't spent the token! Friday (5 december) i bought the BB-8 lightspeed bundle and i got crystals instead. I instantly contacted EA help which was already very difficult to talk to a real person and not a bot. Only yesterday i received help, they asked me to provide prove of the purchase so i did that. They replied that i got my crystals even tho i was very clear that i did not want the crystals. In 4 years i have never spent money on this game except for this month and to be treated like that is just not acceptable. I want to ask again if anyone can help me to give me the contents of the BB-8 lightspeed bundle. My ally-code is 234-645-695. Quest: Defeat 50 Pirates with any Version of Ezra Bridger Present As a F2P reward of Lightspeed Tokens, this quest has to be completed in order to recieve the subsequent rewards which currently prevents players from earning the LSBs in the future for Inquisitors, Mandalorian teams, Kelleran Beq, ect. There are currently no places on the holotables to accomplish this feat besides if pirate teams are in the same squad arena shard. Zero pirates to defeat for this Journey Quest in Mod battles, Mod Challenges, Fleet Challenges, Regular Challenges, Light Side and Dark Side Battles hard nodes included, Cantina, Fleet Battles, Fleet Arena, Raids, and Conquest. Good afternoon! I request that you unban the account with the ally code 126-112-286. The account was banned on November 21, 2025, due to alleged repeated violations by me personally. I should note that not only I played on it, but also my younger brother. It's quite possible he used some mods to speed up his progress.After this incident, it will definitely not happen again. Bought it through IOS and when i went to purches it gave me some error then I was charged the £4.99 but when I restarted my game and went back I hadn't recieved it and the bundle was still able to be purchased after I had already been charged for it, I am a frequent LSB purchaser and have never had an issue like this before. I bought 2 Nightsister LST on Oct 16 a few minutes apart, 1 normal - 1 webstore special, only got 1 token, and I got 2070 crystals... Reached out to EA Help, "VishalMedisetty" wanted to close my complaint with a confirmation, that I got the crystals, deal complete. So I said that's not how it works, this is fraud or false advertisement and I will take steps if they dont respond. Then they closed my complaint and pointed me to a closed thread. They supposedly forwarded my case to the devs. I opened a new ticket a week after via EA HELP but it was closed as "Makam" kindly referred to the order that was actually completed. I'm not sure if this is related to very recent updates, but: I can no longer complete the tier IV mission for unlocking Galactic Legend Ahsoka Tano (and I only need to do it once more for the final set of shards!). Sometimes the mission crashes out during the opening cut-scene (towards the end), but more often it at least begins the first battle. Sometimes I can get through the entirety of the first battle, but the second battle has never started. Also: there's no sound beyond the opening cut-scene. At each point when it fails, it's usually in the form of freezing - whether it's mid-attack, or transitioning between the battles. Very rarely, I've found the game just fully crashes (closes down). If I let my phone's screen go to sleep, whenever I wake it back up I find the game has been closed (even though it was the active app). This is on iOS 18.7, iPhone 15. I've tried restarting my phone, force-closing all other apps, reinstalling the game. No luck. I did not have this problem prior to today's update (with the B-Wing announcement) - I've successfully completed this mission twice, and I've been able to finish tiers 2, 3 and 5 today as well (post-update). Hello, this morning I was able to log in fine left home went to the office and ever since I keep getting the dreaded "Connection Error" message. Android - Galaxy s23 Ultra Ive restarted multiple times (after each attempted fix), uninstalled swgoh and reinstalled, cleared cache and data in play services, Google play and swgoh. I've turned wifi on and off. Basically ive done all of the steps that have worked in the past. Anything I've missed that I should try?
