driver issues
i just built my pc 6 month ago with a ryzen 5 7600x and a 9070xt and have the drivers fully updated but on battlefront 2 it says that my drivers are out of date and wont let me launch it. i have tried reloding the drivers and even reseting the pcs bios but nothing has worked. any help would be aprecated.Persistent Empty Lobby Loop and Error 1071 PC
Hello, I have had a matchmaking issue in SW Battlefront II PC for 2 days. I am stuck in empty lobbies (17-19 players needed) in Supremacy Clone Wars, while my friend finds full matches easily. Joining a friend's party results in a kick or Error Code 1071. I have already tried these steps with no success: - Changed Ping Sites (Germany/Virginia) and used Offline/Online trick. - Reset user profile by deleting the Documents folder. - Disabled IPv6 and EA App Overlay. - Synchronized Windows Time and Date. - Cleared EA App Cache (App Recovery). - Checked Firewall/Antivirus and ISP Safe Internet filters. Despite this, I am still isolated in empty servers. It seems my account is stuck in a bad matchmaking instance or there is a handshake failure. Can you please check my account status or perform a manual synchronization on your end?"You need a new application to open the link com.epicgames.launcher"
I'm having trouble with Star Wars Battlefront 2. When I try to launch the game, I get the message "You need a new application to open the link com.epicgames.launcher." I've already tried clearing the EA app cache, reinstalling the EA app, reinstalling the game, and even installing it on another computer, but I keep getting the same message. I played it a few times on the Origin launcher and it worked fine. The problems started after they implemented the EA app. Does anyone know of a solution or can anyone help me?Unable to claim rewards- Not receiving crates (Xbox)
So, I recently had my accounts cleaned up as I had an old Xbox account improperly linked to my EA account. Once I properly linked my gamertag, I ended up losing all of my progress. Once I came to terms with that, I decided to replay the game and unlock everything again. Now, I am currently unable to receive any more rewards as they stopped unlocking, and specifically, when I complete a milestone reward it says that it's completed under career, but I never receive the reward. My crates are empty, I don't get crates, and none of the rewards are unlocked anywhere in the menus! Please help me! My Xbox gamertag is "Dansq" I have tried everything that I read online, including a hard reset of my console, and reinstalling the game entirely. I am very good with technology and I can usually figure out things like this on my own.
Launching on Linux
everyone says Battlefront 2 2017 runs great on Linux, it even has gold rating on protonDB but despite trying everything ive found it wont seem to run it just opens the EA app and wont launch the game ive tried running proton GE on Steam, i tried launching with Luntris, i tried using wine and even a virtual machine nothing works it used to run smoothly on windows but now wont load even after deleting it on steam and reinstalling or launching a windows 11 pro virtual machine it does the same, press play on steam or EA and it says launching game then opens another instance of EA app and says the game is running but nothing is actually launching any help is appreciated PC specs Mint 22.2 Cinnamon Intel i5-14500 a Nvidia 2060 super 32 gigs of ramHow much ram to run battle front 2?
I have a Aus rog laptop with 16 gb of ram it usually goes to like 80% memory in task manager when i play Battle front. But its a horrible experience it tears every second. I tried a window reinstall and that didn't do anything. I was curious how much ram it takes for others to run the game. I know the consoles it runs on only have around 8 but that's not as optimized. I just feel like my new computer should run better then a console from 2020.
How to report Cheater's and issues in Game (Battlefornt II)
Hello! As a lot of people, I got too into a lot of lobby's with hacker's. It's a well known issue that EA isn't doing a thing with them and in game there is no reall tool to report this problem. Since we don't have cheater's nick's, I suggest reporting this problem in 6 steps (like in the photos). Perhaps if EA will get enough reports, they will do something : ) Step 1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/pl/ or https://help.ea.com/eng/ (Depend on your country) and click on: help by the games (idk, if translation is good), Step 2. next choose Battlefront II. Step 3. Go to the lowest part of the site and choose "Contact with us" Step 4. Choose a good category (IF YOU DON'T CHOOSE RIGHT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SEND TICKET TO A REAL LIFE PERSON), for me it was something like "Report bug in game or app". Step 5. (Optional) I think it would be good to add a example of an issue if it is possible. Step 6. Choose "Chat with us" You should get a normal answer in like 48H on e-mail. On your mail, can be send an automatic message from EA. It can say something like: "Make a post on Kategoria: EA Forums Polski | EA Forums that way we are fixing faster/more efficient issues" If you get an answer like that and nothing more after 48h, just send your answer for that on a mail from which they have send you the message (for me it was [edit: email address removed] )Reedem code problem
Hello, i once brought the game Battlefront .Back then i didnt have a good enough computer to play it. Now i wanted to download it, but it tells me that i have already used the code, even though i dont know where. The game is not activated on my account. I still have the invoice and the cd key.Please help meFailed to launch game
I bought Star Wars Battlefront 2. I downloaded the game and when i press the Start button it appears the following screen "Failed to launch game. An error on our account caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." Note that i bought the game from my favourite list Please help me to fix the problem in order to have access to the game i paid for. Thank you
All of my character levels have reset
I logged on today on my Xbox to play for the first time in awhile and all of my characters, heroes and troopers, say that they are at the level that they were, but the star cards are all showing locked. I thought it was a glitch but loaded in as a heavy class and it leveled up and reset and now in the menu it shows it’s only level 3. Same happened with Maul and Palpatine. I’m big sad I’ve grinded so much. Any help would be appreciated.Celebration Edition: offline skins
It's ridiculous you can't use skins offline. I don't want to lose all my skins when the servers get shut down. Do you think they will give us a way to buy skins when they do shut them down? Also: I heard there is a workaround to buy skins with credits despite the celebration edition. How does that work? And does it work on the Ps5?Release an anti-cheat for Battlefront that only allows retexture mods Online
Give Battlefront an anti-cheat of this caliber please, the hacking situation is beyond ridiculous at this point, so update Battlefront and give it an anti-cheat like Battlefield has, with how much attention you pay to Battlefield compared to Battlefront, I think I'd actually buy Call Of Duty before Battlefield for this reason, before there was another hacker swarm, Battlefront was still attracting 100,000 players a day, it will forever remain a popular game and you could've followed in Rockstar's steps and made so much money off of it, like they did with GTA V.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE alter Genosis Map Weight
Every map is GENOSIS. I recently started playing again and EVERY MAP its GENOSIS or NABOO sadly i played them so much that its getting on my nerves. At least let it be fun map like kaskkyyak or Tokodanana corvette challenge. To default to the hardest map that nobody wants to play. Please change the random map weight again.

I have been playing battlefront 2 since launch i am a literal veteran or grand master(in star wars terms) and i never in the years i played have seen such toxicity in a heroes vs villains,Hero showdown,supremacy and other multiplayer modes. starfighter assault is the only mode where you can enjoy the game without getting an entire enemy team on you. i am so tired and so is everyone of these people bein toxic in this game. its been a problem for years you guys need to do something because this is a form of harassment and unsporting behavior which i thought is against the EA code of conduct suspending them wont do a thing you guys need to ban these players. atleast have someone monitor every lobby and ban players that are toxic this game literally has been the most toxic star wars game recently. PC is unplayable the console version is unplayable at times due to people duplicating,4 vs1ng everyone in HVV and on top of that harassing players even after the game is over we need better support we need a team that actually bans these players on site because i cant see how a game that was supposed to be the best star wars game of all time turned into a toxic playground for people who are mad at life. EA i kno battlefield 6 is your main thing now but please we all beg you guys have 1 team assigned to ban toxic players on console we need them removed from the game entirely turn off their connection to the server so they cant play online something. im not the only one if you go on you tube and search of toxic players in battlefront 2 their are hundreds thousands of videos showing evidence of people doin what i said. we all beg you do something!!!
