Can't Play Jedi Survivor
I purchased Jedi Survivor on the PS Store recently and it kept freezing within the first 10 seconds of play. Thankfully PS refunded me the money. I figured that it was a download issue, so I purchased a physical copy the other day, and it still does the same thing. I've tried every setting change that I can think of and even deleted it and re-downloading it several times. It still freezes within the first 10 seconds of play. Can anyone please help me with this?Bug at align and the arrays
When I am trying to align the arrays in the koboh array center. The koboh matter bridge is present and the locks are gone but the game still shows the locks as active and the doors are not opening to allow entry to the control room. I have tried resetting the game in a variety of ways, I have had no success.Last Datadisc
I’m trying to completely 100% Jedi survivor, and all I have left is one datadisc but I’ve completed all the planets, and with the treasure upgrade it’s still not showing up. When I click “show on Holomap” it pans the camera to a random area on Koboh, I’ve checked many places around and I still can’t find it, I’m not sure if this is a bug or if I just can’t find it. During my post game playthrough of Jedi Survivor, I tried to complete all the bounty hunting quests. When trying to complete the "Corde The Half and The Other Half" rumor on Jeddha, The Other Half Spawned but Corde did not. I defeated The Other Half and that marked the rumor as complete even though I did not kill Corde. I can not go back and kill Corde cuz Corde won't spawn and Caj won't give me anymore new bounties, thus locking me out of getting all the achievements in regards to bounty hunting. I know alot of people have said that this got fixed with a patch but it doesn't appear to be so. There's one bounty remaining for me, which is Jo The Canibal, but I can't get the rumor for it since I didn't kill Corde and Caj just makes regular conversation with me.Endless validation when launching from steam
Despite having the game installed every time I try and launch the game steam validates it for about 5 mins. The EA app pops up and says "preparing game" and then closes and after the validation finishes nothing happens when I try to launch the game again the whole prosses starts again. My game is stored on a different drive however this shouldn't be a problem it wasn't with origin. I have tried multiple ways to fix this; cleared the app caches, re-installed the game, restarted my computer, in every order I can. I have tried installing the EA games folder and the EA desktop on the same drive to no avail as the App refuses to download on a different drive other than the C: drive and that drive is full as the game has 130GB! (which is ridiculous btw). I have tried using the steam launch option fix to no avail as the ea app pops us saying that the game is not installed.PS4 Jedi Survivor Box Glitch/Bug
I'm completely hard-locked from the main quest progression on the ps4 due to a box glitch in Pilgrims sanctuary quest area along the trailhead pantheon area inside this temple with the sutaban inside where you have to move the box then get on the box and pull the rope, but my box after initially force-pushing it instead of pulling it got stuck behind the wall with the chest, then I went to a rest/save spot thinking the box will go back to its normal spot, but then it completely vanished when I went back to the location. I also restarted the game and tried going to another world and back to see if it'll get fixed. Tried killing myself to see if it'd work somehow. Nothing thus far. The game crashes
Good morning everyone. I'm having a problem with the game "Star Wars Jedi Survivor," a problem I'VE NEVER HAD BEFORE. I've had the game since it came out, I've already completed it twice, and my PC is perfectly capable of running it. When I start the game and start the game, it crashes, giving me this error: "error LoginId:3b31b599dbf5075b44c743d8cfdc5cc8" (LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 686] hr failed at D:/depot/r8branches/r8release/Engine/Source/Runtime/D3D12RHI/Private/D3D12Resources.cpp:494 with error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED with Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG). I've tried everything: restarting my PC, repairing the game, authenticating my account, disabling AVG, running the game as an administrator, and even clearing the EA app cache. I don't know what else to do. I'd like to avoid uninstalling the game because it would erase my saves, so PLEASE help me and give me solutions.
poor performance on RTX 3080
I am experiencing severe performance problems while playing star wars jedi surivor. The game stutters constantly, even on a system that meets or exceeds the recommended specifications, making it difficult to play. Additionally, enabling ray tracing consistently causes the game to crash, further impacting the experience. It appears the game suffers from poor optimization, and I am requesting guidance on how to fix these issues or an official update from the developers to address them.This is significantly affecting the playability of the game.
Dlss is not working ( Jedi Survivor )
DLSS is not working, I can turn it on in the game, but it doesn't produce any results. The FPS and load on the video card and processor are the same. I've already tried deleting the GameUserSettings file, and it only fixed the frame generate. I've tried everything, including turning on and off the rays, changing the graphics settings, changing the resolution, and running the game in full screen/windowed mode. + Everything works in other games, so the problem is specifically with Jedi Survivor (I've seen on the forum and in Steam that this problem is not unique to me) My specifications rtx 5070 i5 12400f 16gb ram Windows 11Ps4 save import ps5 edition but no trophies
Hi, i had the ps4 version from jedi survivor. Trade it up for the ps5 edition but now after the save import my trophies are not coming up. I tried download save game to console import and load go to a meditation spot Import save data and continu the game and go to meditation spot Sync date before and after both steps above. If this even possible to do so the trophies wil unlock ?Forward Control Tower lift not appearing after bounty job
Looks like this has been an ongoing problem, basically since the game came out and they still haven't fixed the issue. After Completing the Bounty Hunt for Jo the Cannibal, the lift that you can grab onto no longer appears and it will not allow you to fast travel to the Forward control tower meditation point. This is by far the furthest i've been able to make it in the game until a glitch made it impossible to continue. Most were game locking glitches around Dagen Gara. Now I'm just trying to finish all the collectables and cant because, surprise surprise yet another glitch. EA this will likely be the last of your games i buy, i'm tired of having to restart games simply because your staff is either to lazy or to incompetent to debug a game before releasing it.@EA Release the Kenobi cosmetic pack!
It’s been long enough, its really infuriating to not be able to access the best cosmetic pack for the game just because I couldn’t afford to upgrade consoles before this game came out. Either add it in an update like you did with Fallen order or release it as separate DLC, every single person who plays this game wants that pack and not all of us had the opportunity to pre-order.My game is completely breaking it is not playable
It started off with gardening, I had just gotten all of the seeds. I was planting them to exhaust the character’s dialogue on the roof; I don’t know their name. Anyway, I removed a plant, and although the plant disappeared, the spot it occupied became permanently frozen as if it were still there. I’ve restarted the game more than five times and even restarted my PC. After that, the game began crashing continuously, and it’s now basically unplayable. I’m very displeased, as I was enjoying the game with about 90% completed. Please release a hotfix . It should be an easy fix to get rid of this bug.Frozen EA User Agreement
Just purchased Jedi: Survivor and I'm unable to sign the EA User Agreement. I'd describe it as "frozen" because all inputs from the controller inside the game cease to work. However, it's simple to get out of the game and close it with the controller. I've tried essentially everything. Multiple downloads, restored licenses, booting in safe mode, syncing and resyncing EA profile with Sony profile, contacted the live support. Completely broken.
PLEASE HELP ME
I keep getting this error code every time I launch the game. I do as it tells me but it never works. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled about 10 times now and still It shows the same thing every time. And plus this also doesn't make sense cause this is a brand new computer so I don't know how it would have any problems. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME. I'm on the verge of tears cause this might mean I just spent $50 dollars on a game I can't even play. Not to mention I can't get a refund cause it was a key I got off of InstantGaming, and since I already used the code there's no possibility of getting a refund:(“This game doesn’t allow live streaming”
Hello. This is my first post and I am making it at the recommendation of the EA support person I spoke with. When I try to stream Jedi: Survivor to Discord from my Xbox One X, I get a “This game doesn’t allow live streaming” error. I saw that they tried to fix this error before, and for some people it worked, but it is still broken for me. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Hello, After completing the main story mission on Nova Garon, I reached the Command Center. When I attempt to activate the lift, the game displays the message “Lift doesn’t work from here” and progression is blocked. According to online discussions, this is a known softlock bug. The recommended workaround is to load an older save file. However, the game only provides autosave functionality, and I do not have any older manual saves available. This effectively prevents me from finishing the game. Please confirm whether there is a fix or patch planned for this issue, as it currently makes the main story unplayable beyond this point.
