Incorret GTN Credit Payout
Hello, Today I sold a dye on the GTN for 5,574,074 credits, but when I clicked Claim Ionly received 857,511 credits instead of the full amount. I believe this may be a bug or an issue with the GTN payout system. Could you please investigate this and help restore the correct amount?launcher problem
i dont know if you can help me but im tired with the support team of EA since yesterday im still trying with the launcher but every time it says that the conexion service is not avaliable and find more details on Twitter but there is nothing about it. My internet is good ive tried to uninstall so many times the launcher and still the same. And also they ask me for a temporary code witch i gave it but they said that is not correct im not dumb. This request of code only happened one time because most of the time im still blocked in the username and password of the launcher. this is a mess i really love the game anybody?I would like to delete my SWTOR account
I would like it deleted so that i could make a new account with the same email because i chose a long and goofy name back in 2020 when i downloaded this game and played it and i dont feel like looking at it for hours on end because there's a chance i will seriously get into this game dumb reason i know but unironically might be the deciding factor in regards to me playing the game and getting a subscriptionPurchased armor set not showing up in collections
I just bought a new armor set and equipped the pieces i liked in my outfit, then deleted the other ones to save inventory space. I now wanted one of the pieces and went to look for the set in my collections but it wasn't there and there's no option to purchase the ability to unlock it with other characters like I've done before. What's going on, what do i do and how do i contact SWTOR support for help? Thanks.
EA account banned and overturnt, SWTOR account still banned
Hey all, My EA Account and swtor account were banned on the 3rd of july for literally no reason at all. I started a ticket through EA for my account and it was overturn't as i literally did nothing wrong. At the same time my swtor account was banned but i have actually no way to contact SWTOR. Im in australia. I cant login to my swtor account, the only options im given to contact the SWTOR team are by calling various overseas numbers, submitting a ticket in game (which i cant do), getting help from other plays on answers HQ or reporting a bug. Can anyone suggest how i can get my account unbanned? before it was banned i hadnt played in like 2 months. If the ban is connected to my EA account which has been over turnt then how do i get my SWTOR account overturnt too?EA wallet payment option on the swtor website
I got some money on my EA wallet and want to use it to buy some cartel coins. I recently found out that there was a payment method of using my EA wallet, so that's what encouraged me to purchase cartel coins using that method of payment. Once I clicked on it, it said that I needed a "card code." Do you know where I can find the "card code" to use when buying cartel coins?
Dramatic Extrovert unable to add in Collections
Hello, I purchased the Dramatic Extrovert Armor Set Cartel Market item from the Underworld Exchange Reputation vendors in the Cartel Bazaar section of the Fleet. I used it on my character named Aelfina and it did not successfully unlock in collections for my account or character. Can you please manually unlock it in my collections for my character so it is marked as collected in collections. It's been 48 hours unable to login on these trash servers. No I'm not using a vpn, yes I tried changing my DNS, yes I've restarted my device, yes I've waited 12-24 hours before trying again, and yes I'm using the right login information. Can't login on browser or launcher and I've tried both steam and dl the game direct from website. I would love to play this game... if it would let me log in

Hello, I'm returning to the game and trying to subscribe, but the only payment method available is EA Wallet. I never used an EA Wallet and dont intend to. I wanted to pay with a credit card as I always did in the past. But there is no option anywhere in the accont to change the payment method, that i could find - after an hour and a half looking in every corner of every link in my accont. So, if I dont have an EA Wallet i cant subscribe to the game anymore?
