Hello, I recently purchased a Steam subscription for 30 days, however, it has not been activated on my SWTOR account, unfortunately. Hello! I have an old SWTOR account connected to my steam that when I try to log into tells me that it is suspended. I am pretty sure that this is due to the fact that I had previously purchased a subscription but had to have it refunded as I accidentally purchased one for 180 days and not the 30 days I wanted. I want to get the account back but I can't for the love of me find an email or literally ANYTHING that isn't a darn phone number that I have to call (Which will cost alot of money). Does anyone know how I can contact them or straight up delete my account so that I can make a new one on my steam? Thanks!
Stuck on Roadblock mission
I am currently on the roadblock mission. I may have had to log out of the game while playing a couple times, and it seems I have messed up the mission. I am supposed to escort pilgrims to the first shrine to cleanse it, but there are no pilgrim followers. I reset the mission and clicked on the highlighted object at Pilgrim's Retreat, but no pilgrims appear to follow me. There is a purple icon on the map that shows the roadblock mission next step, but I have no pilgrim followers to protect along the way, and when I go to the location marked on the map and enter the area, there aren't any of the usual icons showing where I am supposed to go in the area. It just shows the icon for the roadblock mission back at the entrance. The game says that if I abandon the mission, I may not be able to obtain it again, so I have not tried abandoning the mission yet, because I don't want to cause a problem. Copilot suggested I change instances, but when I try that, it says I can't as it is depopulating. This is a class mission, so it is important, and I don't want to mess up the mission order. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.Character stuck on loading screen - Please teleport to fleet
Hello, My character "Jan-soren" on the Satele Shan server is stuck on the loading screen. It reaches about 90% and then crashes to desktop every time I try to enter the game. I believe he's in a bugged zone. Could someone from support please teleport him to the fleet? Thank you so much!
Unable to progress with Story
Hello, The other day I went in to play my game and continue with the mission I had left off on. At first everything appeared fine, but I was unable to proceed as the planet story quest was not appearing for me to grab to continue down to the planet. I returned to my ship and tried again multiple times with nothing changing. After many attempts I closed my game and reloaded and now am unable to even click on anything and get this error below. I'm at my wits end on trying to figure out what to do to be able to proceed further on this. Anyone able to assist? For reference the mission is Thanaton Strikes Back and I was having issues with the Quesh planetary mission.Security Key issue
Good morning, For some reason my account for Swotor is no longer accessible. i was playing it earlier in the week with no issues now my security key isn't working and I'm trying to turn it off. attempted to call customer service, but its unavailable PLZ HELP. all I'm trying to do is remove my security key so i can play Swotor.Need help logging into my other account
Hi so i was trying to log into one of my old accounts with credits put into the game but it's not letting me log into it and keep having to send a code and i keep putting in the code and it says it can't go through cause its not the usual account connecting through steam need help!Loading screen lag
The rest of the game runs fine, it's only the loading screens that I have a problem with. I've noticed that it's worse when I'm joining groups. In larger groups, like 24-person ones for world bosses, loading screens can take up to two minutes. Based on answers to other help threads, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, verified file integrity on Steam, defragged my drive, set my power option to high performance, installed DX9, disabled hyperthreading, added DXVK, and made sure all my drivers are up to date. For ingame settings, nameplates and flytext are off, combat logging is off, and vsync is disabled. I tried messing with other graphic settings, like turning off bloom and shadows, and it didn't help. I play fullscreen on high settings. My ping is under 30 and my hardware is well above the minimum requirements listed on the Steam page (haven't found hardware specs anywhere else) so I don't think my internet or computer have anything to do with it, especially since I run much more hardware-intensive games with better loading times. What else is there to try? I'm at a loss.Connection error
This just started yesterday. I can not log into the game. I go through the normal login procedure of entering my password, and then a security code. The launcher starts up ok and then it starts up the game itself and I get to the point where I usually see my character screen but instead goes to the server select screen. When I select my server it pops up a window saying there is a connection error and to contact support. Can you help a brother out here please?Lag issue!
the was a huge lag from 7central time i have noticed. like going into ops and long load screens. an i own a balky high grade pc system as well as internet. Noticed as well mpcs have stopped moving all over different areas. classes for players arnt acting right est. an still servers have not been rebooted or shut down sence. plz fix much apricated

Post Text: Hello everyone, Recently, I've been experiencing an issue in Star Wars: The Old Republic where the screen turns pink after loading, and graphical elements don't display properly. I'm sharing my experience here in case it helps others who encounter the same problem. System Specifications: Processor: 11th Gen Intel Core i3-1125G4 @ 2.00GHz RAM: 8 GB (7.65 GB usable) Operating System: 64-bit Windows 10 The pink screen graphics issue appeared when running the game in fullscreen mode. Despite lowering graphics settings to the minimum, the issue persisted, even after trying older drivers. Steps Taken: Edited the game's configuration file with the following changes: FullScreen=false WindowX=0 WindowY=0 Graphics Card: Intel Arc Description of the Issue: Width=1920, Height=1080 Reinstalled the game completely. Adjusted settings in the Intel Arc Control software. Result: The pink screen issue was resolved after modifying the configuration file, and the game now runs smoothly in windowed mode. I haven't attempted to restore fullscreen mode yet, but everything works fine in windowed mode. Question: Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Do you have any suggestions for fixing it in fullscreen mode?I believe i have deleted the email associated with my swotor account
i deleted an old Gmail i made when i was really young i changed the email on my EA account and i had wrongly assumed that would effect my swotor account, i cant sign in now because i need a one time password and the email i thought it was set to is not receiving the OTP. what should i do.
