Bought a subscription on Steam, but its not activated in game. Accounts linked, send an email at SWTOR support but there was no answer (Email is send from adress used with my SWTOR account). Hi, I have a problem with my subscription plan. I subscribed today at (16:48 local time / Netherlands), the payment is showing in my bank account, the subscription tab on SWTOR.com is saying "You have 59 days of subscription play time remaining" but in game I'm still Preferred Status and it's also not 'tick' at "My Account" tab. As the title says, im subscribed on the website but ingame it still says that i'm preferred player. I am trying to purchase a 60 day subscription but when I click on "buy now" it just keeps refreshing the same page https://account.swtor.com/user/subscription as if I didn't click anything. I try to manually put in the https://account.swtor.com/purchase/item-prcf link but it still goes back to https://account.swtor.com/user/subscription. I try to do the same thing from my cell phone and it also just redirects me to the same subscription link. The error rate during testing was less than half a percent; however, the team has worked on implementing fixes throughout testing to ensure that players do not run into the same issues. Please understand with a larger number of players now able to download the new launcher, it is possible some players may get into a bad state. If you are someone who encounters an error, please do the following so we can troubleshoot and assist you: Send an email to support@swtor.com and in the subject line include "New Game Launcher Issue". Send us the host.developer.log file so we can see what issue you are facing.
