How do I submit a case? (Or contact customer support?)
I go to my cases, try to submit a case, there's nothing. I'm signed in, trying to submit a case to update my email address, but there is no way to do that that I can see. New Phone Activation Code to security key
Just wanting to set up my new phone with the SWTOR security Key App. Unfortunately, I went through the iPhone prompts when I transferred all the data to my new phone reset my old phone. I now cannot log into my game/account using the app on my new phone; as the security key app requires an activation code... How do I go by finding this? Hello, My username is "superultrahallo" for SWTOR and I'm a bit new to this, but I'm having some trouble with my account recovery. I no longer had the SWTOR security key app on my phone since I stopped playing for some time. So I went to request a one time password to remove it. Now the problem is that the mail is not arriving. It's being sent to a hotmail account, I'm not sure how much of it is visible to support staff and the like, but read that there's been some trouble sending mails to that domain in the past. I've sent a mail to support (via the gmail linked to THIS account) a few days ago, with no reply as of now so I'm wondering if anyone here could help? I believe that my SWTOR account was linked to this or another EA account back when I was active. Which according to my steam sadly was at least over 36 months, said steam account is linked as well. Just not sure what to do? Can a recovery email still be sent at all, do I have to change my mail via contacting mobile customer support? I just wanted to know if there's something that could be done via text first, since I don't live in one of the four countries for which calling Customer Support is available. Cant access my SWTOR acc
Hello there So long story short, my phone died and with that i lost access to my email account. I successfully changed my email on EA account to a new one. Now i want do the same for my SWTOR acc but security key linked to dead phone and if you trying to log in without security key it sends letter to email (wich i dont have access anymore). Is there any way to get my SWTOR account back ? I couldnt find a way to have a chat with support or send them email, only contact support with a phone which is problematic for me. I tried buying a 2 month non-recurring subscription for SW:TOR earlier today, but when I tried to buy it, it gave the following error: I can still login to the website, and login to the game and play, but I can't buy a subscription (or buy anything else, for that matter). I thought maybe it was because I was using a VPN, but turning it off didn't work. I'm not in my home country right now, if that affects anything, I'm in Turkey. I haven't started any subsequent missions, and all the mandatory previous missions have been completed, and I'm already past level 51. Ticket not showing up in "My Cases"?
I just changed my email for my EA account because i have lost access to my original Email. that all worked fine but it didn't change the email tied to my SWTOR account. i can still log into the game just fine through the launcher and place but i cant subscribe unless i can log into my account. I recently decided to get back into the game after a couple of years away. However upon trying to sign in it needs the one time verification code sent to your email. Infinite loading screen on The Tenebrous
Was playing Imperial Agent and got sent to the Tenebrous. When I arrived there and clicked the airlock of my ship - I got an infinite loading screen. Now i cant even log into my character because its on the location thats not loading. No problems with other characters on the server. Heres what i already tried: -Switched servers -Rebooted PC -Reinstalled the game -Updated gpu drivers -Deleted client_settings.ini -Logged in with VPN None of the above fixed the issue. I was playing the Imperial Agent story, on Chapter 3, and I reached the point when you're sent to board the Tytun Rings. When I tried to board the ship (clicking the airlock door in my spaceship), the game got stuck in a loading screen. After a bit I closed the game and tried to log back into my Agent, with no luck. I tried again, managed to log in this time, traveled out of there with the Emergency Fleet Pass. Then I made the mistake of trying to board the Tytun Rings again, hoping it was a one-time issue, and I managed to get inside. Once inside however, the whole game "behaved" strangely, with two companions popping up then moving slowly, quest makers not updating, NPCs taking minutes to spawn and the game being very unresponsive. So, I closed the game again then tried logging back in as my Agent with no success, even after several attempts. What's worse, trying to log in with the Agent makes it that I can't log in as my other characters in my server (Darth Malgus), although that seems to fix itself after a while (15-20 minutes?). This is extremely strange for me, since I don't remember ever having any issues with this game, no crashes or anything, but it's my first time doing this story arc. Hi all, I have paused the game for over a year, and ever since I wanted to come back to the game I get this error message from the title. I have changed to mobile network, I have reset the router, I have restarted PC multiple times (this is day 2 that I battle with this problem), I have enabled it through firewall and defender, my ISP cleaned cache. Shouldve thought better lol
So i got a new laptop, its less powerful than the one i used to own so it cant run swtor on the ultra graphics preset . Guess what i did lol. Yup. I ran it on ultra. Now i cant load swtor for the life of me and dont know what to do. I just returned from a two year hiatus and I'm experiencing frequent server lag followed by disconnection. My home network and ISP have not changed since I played last. I have reset my router, restarted the PC several times. I play SWTOR through Steam and have checked the file integrity twice. While trying to play with a friend, they noted that they could still see my character moving and emoting when I issued the commands but there is no response on my end. No other online game experiences problems and I'm running out of ideas. I have been a long time player, but have been away s few years. I tried to long in but had an authenticator, which they no loner use. I cannot remove the authenticator since Yahoo deactivate my email attached to the account. I have reactivated the same email but still have/can not received the code to remove the authenticator I have always maintained a paid account, even when the game when FTP, so there should be plenty of records regarding my subscriptions.
