Issue with "Short Locks" hairstyle from the Cartel Market
Hello, I purchased the "Short Locks" hairstyle from the Cartel Market, but it has a major visual bug: my character's scalp clips through the hair while moving, resulting in a very poor appearance (textures overlapping, visible clipping). I’ve tested multiple characters (different body types, faces, and classes), and the issue is always present. Since I paid for this with Cartel Coins, I’m requesting a refund or an appropriate solution. Hello, I've played this game for quite a while years ago and took a break for some years, with that said, I created a Zabrak with the intention of roleplaying as Darth Maul. Sith Warrior would be the more fitting Origin story to roleplay as, but here's the problem, when I created this character the only possible origin story to play as a Assassin with a dualsaber was the Sith Inquisitor and nowadays it's possible to play an Assassin Sith Warrior. So I wonder if there's any possible way of changing my origin story for that character specifically, because there's so much time, effort (and money) invested on this charcater for the outfit, professions, companions and etc. I know it sounds nit picky but one of the most positive and attractive Pro of this game is the Roleplay factor. I'd not mind having to re-do the origin story for the sith warrior, and also lose the progress for the sith inquisitor one. Back in November/December 2021, I had my entire credit balance wiped by SWTOR staff shorty after having an argument about inflation with a random individual in General Chat and I told this individual I had accumulated 90 Billion credits, He admitted to false reporting me about my Insanely High Credit Balance, Which caused the staff team of SWTOR to Accuse me of Purchasing Unauthorized Credits via 3rd Party despite them providing no proof or explanation I've been playing since 2013, putting in countless hours and over $2,000 of my own money into the game — buying over 222,150 Cartel Coins since 2013 and acquiring rare items like Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze gear, all through legitimate means like Hyper-crates and Hyper-packs (Which some I purchased from the GTN with the credits I made from Previous Hyper-crates) Hyper-crates in SWTOR are bundles of 30 Cartel Packs, bought with Cartel Coins, containing rare cosmetic items like mounts, weapons, and armor. I still have purchase history of subscriptions and cartel coins since 2013 which amass to over 222,150+ Total and Counting. During the inflation period in 2021, I capitalized on the booming economy by selling valuable items on the GTN, amassing a legitimate 90 billion credits. I had proof: screenshots, GTN sales history (Up to 30 days), and records of my Cartel Purchase transactions. After the wipe, I continued to sell items and even tracked my progression to prove I was still active and earning credits honestly and effectively which still fell on deaf ears to the SWTOR team. Despite all this, SWTOR staff refused to provide any detailed explanation or evidence of why they thought my credits were unauthorized. Every email response I received was a generic, automated message, with no opportunity for real dialogue or appeal. They also refused to refund any of my Cartel Coins or compensate me for the financial loss from items and Hyper-crates bought with real money. What made pursuing this even harder was the fear of being permanently banned or silenced, especially after I was issued a Penalty Strike and forbidden from posting on the official SWTOR forums. I felt trapped, unable to publicly defend myself or get real answers. Has anyone else faced something similar? I’m still devastated by the loss, not just of credits, but of trust in a game I loyally supported for over a decade. Wrong email used now steam linked to random account
