Just to Prove to Myself, I Wasn't Dreaming
Something very strange just happened in my game. Very odd indeed. I was looking for Melodie when I came upon this oddity: And then things glitched out: Bab's Glory still a foal, morphed out for a bit and then came down the slide. HELP I think my game is haunted or something! P.S. No, I don't have any new mods.Word of Advice . . .
If your Sim is up for a Starlight Accolade, and you forget that when your Sims' son needed a microphone for an announcement right after he placed his Tile on the Avenue of Stars . . . it's a good idea to remove that extra microphone before you leave the lot. My Sim was sitting in chairs awaiting the start of the show, yet he and his wife were the only ones in the third-floor studio, when the notice popped up that another Sim had won an award. 😮 Say, what? Nobody's here. All I could think of was, which new mod or piece of cc is interfering, now? I decided to exit without saving, the only rational thing to do, when on my way to the ground floor, I stopped to remove the microphone the other star was standing before receiving her award. That's when it hit me. It's a little like having more than one wedding arch on the same lot. IT MALFUNCTIONS. So, just keep in mind if you play Get Famous, not to leave another microphone on a different portion of the same lot. You can have two, so long as they're both on the stage. There, I have done my good deed for the day, Carry on . . .
Skilled sims are problematic?(ones saved in gallery)
long ago (january 2023) i started to play sims 4.Before i played not sure which sims somewhere 2006. to the 2024 i had almost 10 generations and it was a mess. Then somewhere middle 2024 i screwed up my save with [Edit - CM]. then i started again amd made a mess with 8 sims gamily and started again from zero. then i deleted original sims and tried to make similar to originals( in pic) and then i made my sims pretty skilled and again didnt liked how family went lol. and since i play with sims who are skilled i keep catch weitd bugs even if game itself isnt laggy or so. any opinions on if i should make very news ones or current ones are fine?those on pic are best i made lolFan-Made Survey of Sims 4 Wishes & Dreams

Pull To Stand Milestone Tip
This milestone was a real pain for various reasons, but I finally figured out a way to get it to work consistently. Once the child has the learned to crawl milestone, make sure their motives are fully in the green because you do not want them to be tired for this. Practice learn to stand two or three times in an open space. You should get a sentiment pop up from the child while doing so. Once that happens, put the child in their crib and they should pull to stand and get the milestone pretty quickly. If you're having problems with milestones happening and only making the child glow but they don't actually get the milestone, my fix is to take a vacation in Granite Springs and rent the large cabin for a day or however long you want. Take portable crib and a tummy time mat. I was just having this problem yet again and this method works for me. Any location would probably do as I have also done in in family members house. I just find the vacation rental more convenient it is nice not having other sims there interfering. I actually renovated the big house in granite springs and added cribs, a tummy mat, pet stuff, better beds and well, all sorts of stuff. Now it is ready and waiting for whatever I want it for and I hope this works for someone else in need. Have fun and enjoy! 🖖Do your sims partners lack personality?
Okay, so I was just updating my sims legacy note book to add in my information from my gameplay but I’ve just realised most (if not all) of my sims partners are really one dimensional. I always find myself focusing on just one partners family rather than both or don’t focus on my sims partners storylines (unless it related to their relationship). don’t get me wrong, some generations I have been able to focus on both, but 90% of the time they don’t have anything going on 😂😭
“Groundhog Day glitch”
I’ve read about different post about this glitch but they were old post from years ago, when my sim went into create a sim to look for a new outfit, after exiting the days went back, it was originally Monday and went back to Saturday? This issue has never happened before and I’m not sure if it’s from the new update or an old reoccurring problem.
New Small Challenge Freestyle Idea!
new sims4 challenge ideas: free style in a way single sim traits: ambitious, loner, self- assured (traits recommended) Infant Trait: sensitive(my choice this is for a small challenge for myself, you can make your own) single sim, one infant, homeless, only 1500$ simeloans to the household, starts with a tent of course u have to have infant bed you may build a SMALL room --JUST-- for the infant !! and the story is: your a single parent, not much education, not very many skills if any at all, parents put you out, they cant believe you didn't obey the #1 house rule------ 1) no "woohoo until marriage" well...... you start with 1500$ and an infant, and buy your tent and outdoor "camping" items for living "outside" start with --off the grid-- you have no where to go you just found a small property and thats as much as you can do so far you don't know exactly where to start but you have to start somewhere, you have an infant to care for ! you have no skills but you pick up a few entrepreneur skills along the way your choice" handiness for crafting, flower arrangement for flowers, paint easel for painting, maybe a computer for writing ( of course get the mailbox) or gardening sell the fruits/veggies , and gem cutter(crystal jeweler pack) just a few maybe to name for an idea, candle maker, photograph, fabricator, knitting, something u can gain a skill and $$$$ on, (portable chef table "the sims home chef hustle pack) or maybe a streamer however u cant exceed the 1500$ to start with !! on the items you need for skill making 2) no cheat codes, EXCEPT to make household funds to 1500 AFTER you have purchased your LAND, tent, infant bed grill ,fireplace no house if there is a house bull doze and set funds ---- 3) you can continue to be single , or get married but you cant get married until your infant sims is teen (im assuming by this time you may have a small house) if not you may move in a house at this time but still NO CHEATS ON MONEY OR ANYTHING, get what you can afford ( no you can't marry Mortimer Goth lol ) 4)the goal is to start off as a single parent of an infant, little skills, and a quick mind to get out of this hellish hole you have an infant to raise , homeless, and 1500$ to your household, you want to raise a successful child a+ honor roll, and eventually own a business of your choice with the above skills listed above if you buy a small shop or buy the sell table and sell at home up to you , but the whole game please no cheats you want to earn this money to start from "nothing to something" , 5)when you pass away it would be up to the child to decide if they want to continue the household legacy of the parents small business owner or she/ he can completely turn it around !! their choice after that !! and you create your own story weather they grew up "disliking" their parent and wants to be villainy OR a Fabolous wealthy household with successful kids!! this was just a thought of something a little diff starting off.
Where can I find this werewolf?
At the launch of the sims werewolves, the sims gurus created a few examples to showcase the paint mode. I never gotten around to using them but now I want to add one of them but I can't find this werewolf on the gallery. Can anyone help me find him/her? I built a castle, that took a good three-four days to get right. I made one version of it a restaurant and then made a few tweaks to it and turned it into a private residence. This was quite some time ago, back when I was still playing a previous, now defunct save. Long before H & B came out. (We were still on the old forums, to give you a clue as to how long ago.) So, you can imagine my surprise, when I dusted it off and took it out of my gallery to download it into my current save, to find it was designated a Small Business. 🤔 I need help in removing this designation. I plan on using it as a Vacation Rental, for my Rock Star and his family, while he's on a World Tour. He's not the original owner and I am at a loss as to how to remove the small business trait. I've been careful to add whatever I think this family may need while they stay here, knowing full well that once they rent this vacation rental, there is no access to Build/Buy mode. Without that access, there is no way for me to make a change in lot Traits. If anyone knows how I might remove the small business icon, I would appreciate a step-by-step. Please and thank you, in advance. And please don't suggest I rebuild it. I'm uncertain I have the heart for it.
Sims4 Outdoor Challenge
(The Outdoor Retreat game pack is required for this challenge) Goals: Set money to zero (required as always) Hold Ctrl+Shift+C on PC to open the cheat bar. On console press the four triggers. Type money 0 in the cheat bar. Making money: The only way you are aloud to make money is to fish, dig, or garden. This is an outdoor challenge so you can only do the following above. Having a home: Of course, you are not aloud to have a home. You can carry a tent around. You are not aloud to visit other houses. And you also are not aloud to sleep on park benches. The whole point is to survive in the wilderness. Completing the challenge: To complete the challenge you need to make 1 million simoleons to win. You also must have max skill in fishing and gardening. Rules: The only cheats you are aloud to do are money 0, cas.fulleditmode, and bb.moveobjects on. You are aloud to have more than one sim. No doing anything other than digging, fishing, or gardening.
B&H small business lot limits
The intention of the post is to inform other users that have had the same questions as me such as: "Can I build several small business in one lot owned by different people?" "Can I rent a flat on top of my small business for other people to use?" "Can I live in top of a small business of a random sim?" The short answer is no. Long answer: with mods it´s possible. But you don´t need this ep for using said mods. Here is what you can do: Build your sims flat on top of your small business. Buy a small business lot outside of your house(overlaping with get to work) and that´s it. Just letting you know, in case you were looking to have this building freedom. Because cross-compatibility is not possible. Now you can make a more informed opinion as far as if to buy the pack. If you finally buy it, Enjoy! (Any comment of such type: "you are asking too much" or "it´s on you for buying it expecting this" will be reported. Because as far as it concerns me, are genuine questions none in Ea or Sims 4 team has answered before the release of the pack.)
My Home Business
So you think the Pancakes have it rough, my sim faces a lot of family drama too. Her hubby only gets flirty when she's in costume and he's going through a mid life crisis, her kid is going through a mean phase, her beautician cancelled her waxing appointment and she had to face hairy legs for a few days, and customers were not coming to her new business until she realized the front porch wasn't set to public. When the lightbulb clicked on the business did well (it's a do seances, dance to spooky music, drink tea and coffee and munch on popcorn place) and she offers to read tarot cards to some people visiting. At the end of her first opening day her clients rated the place high in ambience. Hooray!
The Sims 4 Business and Hobbies Tattoos
Does anybody know where I can find this skeleton hand tattoo that’s was shown in the trailer?! For goodness sake. I've maxed my tattoo skill (not by cheating) constantly using the digital tablet and can't find it anywhere in CAS (custom/stamps) any help would be much appreciated!Do you replace the empty gravestones/urns
Yeah, I don't play much with ghosts but now I have changed my mind and embraced my Sims deaths (sort of, I still will release some of them) but as I do have a 2 or 4 gravestones/urns in my makeshift graveyard whose occupants have already been released and I want to put some of them into the new graveyard in Ravenloft (yes I know I can change it into a graveyard lot and I plan on) and I wondering if any of the gravestones in that graveyard has any ghosts attached to them? Because I don't see any names when I move the pointers over them but...I just want to make sure I don't delete any bodies gravestone. I am also curious about the Crypt of Eternity and its ability to hold urns and gravestones but I just like to know if the inventory will hold? And is the inventory exclusively to one crypt or do all the crypts share the inventory like f.i. bookcases? Btw, I really love the new expansion and although I won't be playing many ghosts I will definably keep some of them around.
