EA support is the biggest joke I've ever seen.72+ hours, 14 support tickets, and only thing I get is chat window +99 and emails that I've been unresponsive.Not even funny anymore.

That makes it even worse. PS5 players, PC players… anyone who loses access to their EA account is basically locked out unless EA decides to help (which they usually don’t).To everyone reading this:If you're affected too please help push this post.Upvote, comment, share it wherever you can. I've been trying to find solutions just to hit dead ends for more than 5 years. Checking to see if there's a fix sometime later in the years. The customer support number is a joke, the EA help videos don't dive into deeper issues like this. I've texted to some of the EA mods and helpers just for an automated script they copy and paste from and say the issue is "solved" when I'm still here trying to fix my account linking issues. Going around and finding the EA Help YouTube videos don't help I'm starting to think if I want to fix the issue with my account I'm going to have to take a flight to California just to talk to a human instead of a robot over the phone or text.Its sad to see that EA doesn't really care about who uses their services or products. If it doesn't make them money they don't care. It clearly shows ever the years in my case because no one is here helping not only me but the tons of other people who also have the same issues.

To say this is a frustrating issue is putting it *very* mildly. I've been dealing with this since I started playing DA:I on my Series S and couldn't access my EA account because my XBox is linked to a disabled account. Chat support is a joke; I have been connected for most of the past three days and gotten nowhere. If the chat pops up, I never see it, so the agent closes the chat and the case. This leaves me waiting ANOTHER 4+ hours to try again, lather, rinse, repeat. It's ridiculous that they can see the account linked to the console is a disabled placeholder name, yet all they do is shrug and say 'Nah. Can't do anything'.
