Game failed to load error code And Can't find game card

I reseted the whole sims4 games 

Save and mods and trays and put them into a brand new sims4 folder as it kept saying error code and I found some steps on YouTube and ea website I did them and it still doesn't work and really wanting to play sims4 but nothing is working and still keeps getting stuck on  loading screen and I have removed alot of mods and still not working
