Reproducible startup crash
">Hello, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor consistently crashes on startup through Steam and the EA app. PC specifications: Intel Core Ultra 9 285K NVIDIA RTX 5080 64 GB RAM Windows 11 Crash information: Exception: 0xC0000005 Faulting address: 0x0000000000000008 Crash location: JediSurvivor.exe+1DBC723 Faulting instruction: mov eax, dword ptr [rdi+8] Register rdi = 0 I captured crash dumps using ProcDump and analyzed them with WinDbg. I have already tried reinstalling the game, verifying files, repairing the EA app, disabling UE4SS mods, and troubleshooting graphics and overlays. The crash remains identical. Could this issue please be escalated to the development or engineering team? I can provide crash dumps and WinDbg logs upon request. Thank you.
Another SW:Survivor "Can't Launch Game"
Long story short. Game is on Steam I've reinstalled Jedi Survivor, restarted PC, doesn't launch Cleared EA Cache and restarted, won't launch Removed game and EA app, won't launch Added -ngxdisable to Launch opt in Steam, won't Launch Tried starting with Admin after above attempts, won't launch Unchecked and checked DLC options on Steam, won't launch Done all steps above at the same time, won't launch Since I have been playing Cyberpunk, BF6, CoD, Witcher 3 Remake and other games requiring some assets, I doubt it's a issue on my end. Can you PLEASE fix your launcher? Since all other games work why shouldn't SW:Survivor work? If 60% of the playerbase has had this issue since like 2023, shouldn't y'all have been able to fix it ages ago? Quite disappointingForce slam does not work fix your game
I have 60 hours in this game and im doing the mission where you save zee but after the cutscene where cal gets force slam nothing happens when I hold r1 and x I just jump in place I've tried everything im about to delete this game cuz im legit hardlocked and it's missing me off dude I dont want to restart the game this is so stupidForce slam bug??
So, I’m on the mission where you’re supposed to rescue Zee and I’m at the door with 2 turrets guarding it. I have been unable to get the force slam ability to work and it’s really frustrating. I’m on PS5 and I’ve tried almost everything— quitting my game, closing then reopening the app, restarting my system, letting Cal die to the turrets, and remapping the controls. Nothing I do seems to fix it. My controller is fully functioning, the R1 button works on literally everything else except for the force slam. I’ve spent nearly 20 hours on this save and I really don’t want to restart! Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this? I know I’m not the only one who has had this issue, though nobody seems to have a fix from what I’ve seen. It’s really frustrating that this game is 3, almost 4 years old and is STILL sooo buggy. I’m so sick of watching my Cal jump around like a clown instead of doing Jedi things. I appreciate any and all input!the game won't launch on PC
I bought the game on sale on the epic games store. I installed it but did not have time to play it so i deleted it. i reinstalled the game yesterday but it wont start, when i click on the launcher it says preparing game for a few seconds and then just dissapears. I have already tried the repair button and battlefielf v will start up just fine. Does anyone have any idea what i should do to fix this?Jedi Survivor Crashing on Startup
Started playing the game this morning for the first time on PC. Played for around ~90 minutes or so, then took a short lunch. On relaunching the game, it now crashes as soon as the title logo appears. I've tried repairing files, the app, reinstalling the whole game, verifying file integrity, launching at a lower resolution, turning off any and all overlays/overclocking applications, etc. Nothing has worked. The crash is typically (but not always) in the form of an Unreal engine error. Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me with an issue that has occurred recently, I've recently attempted to replay Star Wars Jedi: Survivor again. What’s up y’all fellow fans! I love Star Wars and I just hope the 3rd one to be more like the movies. Which raises one question with me: how many arena style boss fights do we remember in the movies? Now think: how many arena style boss fights are in both games? Wouldn’t it be cool to have a fight like Obi and Ani’s dual? I’m a big fan of the Star Wars Jedi games, and I’ve really enjoyed playing Jedi: Fallen Order through GeForce NOW. I was excited to play Survivor after starting the Jedi series, but I was disappointed to find that it isn’t available on GeForce NOW. I’d really appreciate it if EA could work with NVIDIA to make Jedi: Survivor available on the service. Fallen Order is already supported, and Survivor seems like a natural addition for players who want to continue the story without needing a high-end gaming PC. I’m sure I’m not the only player who would love to see this happen! May the Force be with you!Splurge achievement
Hello, i have a problem with last achievement in game, i completed game on 100% twice, but i can not find a last priorite shard, which i need for last purchase from Dooma's shop... Can you help me with it? I have all collections on every planet, but last shard is still missing... It is very frustrating 😂Scrap bot bugged and won't drop last pyretic shard
I have completed the game, played through new game plus, deleted my saved info and restarted the game from scratch and the red scrap bot in the basalt forest on koboh still will not drop a pyretic shard. I have my game saved at the meditation point in basalt forest and I can kill the bot and meditate and he comes back and still won't drop. This is the last thing I need for the game 100% completion. Please fix this bug.Jedi Survivor achievements stuck at 6/53 on EA App and Steam
Hello. I’m having a persistent achievement issue in STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor on PC/Steam.Achievements worked normally at first, but after December 8, 2025 they completely stopped unlocking. Both Steam and the EA App are still stuck at 6 out of 53 achievements. Since then, I have completed the entire main story and reached around 91% overall game completion, so I have definitely completed the requirements for many achievements that are still locked. This is not only a Steam synchronization issue because the same achievements are also missing in the EA App. I have already tried verifying the game files, restarting Steam and EA App, signing out and back in, clearing EA App cache, disabling EA Overlay, loading the save manually, using meditation points and the Skill Tree, removing the local save and downloading it again from the cloud. The cloud save restored correctly, but the achievements still did not unlock. I also contacted EA Support under Case #254516282. One advisor said the game may have already registered the achievement requirements as completed internally without triggering the actual achievements. Another advisor confirmed that a report had been sent to the gaming team and was under investigation. The case was later closed without a solution. Has anyone found a real fix that can retroactively unlock already completed achievements? Bonjour, Je suis bloqué dans la mission « Sauvez Zed du Lucrehulk » sur PS5. Je suis à la séquence où Cal apprend la capacité Écrasement / Soulèvement de Force. Le jeu me demande d’utiliser R1 + X sur les tourelles au plafond. Les tourelles deviennent bien bleues lorsque je les vise, mais R1 ne déclenche absolument rien, même en le maintenant. J’ai redémarré le jeu, essayé différents timings avec R1 + X et plusieurs respawns, mais le problème persiste. Je suis donc complètement bloqué dans la progression de l’histoire. Pouvez-vous m’aider à débloquer cette sauvegarde ou corriger ce problème ? J’ai essayé toutes les solutions qu’il y avait sur le forum mais rien ne marche. merci
