Game won't start
Hello, I purchased and downloaded Star Wars Jedi Survivor in the EA app. When I start the game, I just about get past the publisher screens, but the game crashes on the STAR WARS: Jedi Survivor screen. Before that, I get a sound bug on the RESPAWN screen. I have already restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, repaired the game, and reinstalled the EA app. None of this has helped. The attached file shows the error message in the EA App. It says: Game could not be started Due to an error on our part, the start failed. Please try again later.Regional pricing here
Hi there! I'm a Steam user from Argentina and wanted to bring something to your attention. Last year, Steam introduced a new LATAM region which includes many countries in Latin America such as mine, and also added suggested prices to make games more affordable while boosting sales. Currently, STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor™ doesn't have regional pricing here. Would you consider setting a price for our region when you get a chance? Just recently bought this game and played for about an hour. Currently stuck at this level (koboh) where I cannot get past the mud area (with the falling pipe and a floating platform). Apparently there should be a couple of enemies spawning right before that obstacle and I can only hear the voicelines, yet they’re not spawning. Unable to hit enemies that were encountered previously too. What should I do?Jedi: Survivor HELP
Hi, i bought 'Jedi: Survivor' and from begging i have problem 'cause this game is not working. Since the begging when i enter the game its all flashing and it freezes. I've tried everything i minimalized graphics settings and deleted everything from my computer to see if it helps, but it didnt. Also when i dowloaded it on other computer it was all the same. Did anyone else had such a problem and can help me?
game did not sync with xbox
xbox support told me that i had to contact ea support for this cause apparently something did not sync since on xbox it says i played the game for about 50 min and 0 achievements while on ea it says i had 24 hours or something (using had because just when i resetted the xbox app it resetted my play time too apparently) and 18 achievements. i'm still playing the game and did not finish it but i wanna solve this thing that is annoying me.Jedi Survivor will not launch
I purchased Jedi Survivor in steam a while back and am excited to replay it, but I ran into a problem with it launching. After clicking play, it starts and then stops. It then opens EA and asks for permissions. After I click ok, it continues until giving me an error message saying it was an error on your end. I have tried the following with no help: Verifying the integrity of the game files, reinstalling the game, putting "-dx12" or dx11" in the launch options, clearing cache on the EA app, updating drivers, and looking for possible virus detectors blocking the game. None of these things have worked. I would love to play your game again. Please help.
Jedi 3 Wishlist
As a huge fan of Fallen Order and Survivor, I’ve spent countless hours exploring these games, and I’m incredibly excited for the upcoming conclusion with Jedi 3. Below are a few options/features I’d love to see in the final game: Broken Pommel Lightsaber Option It would be amazing to have the option to use Cal’s old, broken pommel from Fallen Order as a lightsaber design. This could be an unlockable feature after completing the game, allowing you to equip it in a new play-through. If selected as your primary saber, you’d need to use a secondary one for dual-wielding as they wouldn't be able to separate (perhaps it just hangs from his belt when not in use), and you’d be unable to use the double-bladed style due to the damaged pommel. Customization ‘Character Default’ In addition to still having full customization options, I’d love a feature that lets players choose from ‘Character Default’ options when customizing Cal’s attire, weapons, and BD-1. By selecting one of these, the characters would switch to their appearance to how it appeared at the start of previous titles or a specific point in a previous game. For example, choosing “Fallen Order” would restore Cal’s hair, clothing, and lightsaber to match his look at the beginning of Fallen Order. Could add an "Inquisitor" option to default Cal to match his Inquisitor look from the Fallen Order vision he had. Or "Imperial/ISB Outfit" from when he went to Nova Garon to find Bode in Survivor. Force Block/Hold (Expanded Combat) A final idea would be the ability to use the Force to block blaster bolts in mid-air or stop an enemy lightsaber swing by halting its momentum (similar to what we've seen in live-action with Ahsoka, Kenobi, and the Sequel trilogy). This could drain a significant amount of your Force energy, making it a move to use sparingly or as a last resort to turn the tide of battle. Anyway, these are just some ideas that came to mind and something I wanted to put out into the universe as I am doing another play-through of Survivor and thinking of what I'd like in the next game. I’m eagerly anticipating how the story and gameplay will evolve in Jedi 3. Anyone have any wishlist items they've been thinking of?
JEDI Survivor Splurgle Achievement
I collected all pyrite shards, a total of 63 hours on one playthrough and all of a sudden it errors once I enter domas shop to purchase all you stuff and now my 100% progress and playthrough is corrupted and the save is gone. Please fix this. I only need that one achievement to platinum the game.Doma’s Achievement
I collected all pyrite shards and was walking into domas shop to collect my last achievement for the platinum when the game errored and corrupted my game and made me lose all my progress. I now have to restart from zero for one achievement that I can’t collect till after I finish the story. Please help mebug in central command Jedi Survivor Nova G
Went into central command. Defeated the tried to enter the room, triggered the bad guys. Defeated both waves of baddies. Explored the 4 areas BD scan on one side, triggering the enemies on one platform, priorite/datadisk don't remember which one, on one platform and pull the grate to access the electro dart shot and the attached grapple area next to it on the last. Big talking commander hologram in the middle. This is my way through. I can't access BD-1 to shoot the dart top open the area to grapple. Screen grab shows BD-1 greyed out. I tried restarting the program and running form the last save point again and it's still not letting me through. Windows 10 Pro Ryzen 5800x 64 gb ddr4 rtx 2060
The game won't start
Hi there, this game just won't start. All I get is a black screen and this thing that pops up (attached down below). I've tried literally every solution I managed to google. All the drivers are up to date—not only have I checked them manually, but also consulted a dedicated driver updated offered by my antibug. I also tried disabling one graphics card so my gaming laptop uses only the other one, but to no effect, let alone uninstalling and reinstalling the whole game several times in different locations, which I've also tried. Hope there is a way to fix this issue because I really feel like playing this game. After I switch off NVIDIA and use Intel only, the game starts and I can hear the intro music but don't see anything except a black screen. I get a different kind of error: LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 258] Direct3DDevice->CreateShaderResourceView failed at D:/depot/r8branches/r8release/Engine/Source/Runtime/Windows/D3D11RHI/Private/D3D11UAV.cpp:249 with error E_INVALIDARG Another difference is that now the game switches off by itself. Back with the previous error, it stayed on and wouldn't close if I didn't use TaskManager.
Massive audio glitches to the extent that game is unplayable
Hello, I've been having big audio issues with Jedi Survivor. Nearing the end of the game and after completing the game, the audio constantly cuts in and out making for a horrible, distorted audio to the extent that it is basically unplayable. It gets to the point that the game may as well be muted with audio only every now and then, and even affects it visually, freezing every now and then. I am on an Xbox Series X and have already tried common solutions like removing external devices, playing around with all audio settings, clearing the cache, and so on. This is a serious bug that needs to be fixed and I have found many people with the same problem, but there is not actual email or place to report it other than this which i don't think is sufficient. If someone could direct me to a place to report it or an email or somewhere that would take it seriously, that would be greatly appreciated. I do just wish to say that this is an amazing game, but it is a shame that these glitches make it unplayable after completing the main story Thanks.Stuck at Sepulcher Pass Portals
When starting the game back up, I was on the ridge where the machine is about to attack and kill me. When I tried to jump into the portals that continue moving me through the game, I fall right through to my death every time. I’ve restarted the game, started a new game and everything else I can think of. Nothing works and the portals don’t work. I’m playing on XBox. Anyone know how to fix this? I don’t have a previous save to go back to and there is no meditation point I can get to to fast travel back. I’ve attached photos to better illustrate where I’m at.
