Please remove Redsec from battlepass weekly challenges.
I don't play, nor do I have any interest in playing your battle royal or Redsec modes. I get so many battle pass challenges for this that it wastes all my rerolls. Please at least give us an optout of these kinds of challenges for players that only want to play BF6 main modes.
Ursus Major Bundle Missing from Store?
What happened to the ursus major bundle with the gold pickaxe from the store? It was supposed to be available for a whole month along with the other winter offensive stuff. Was there a reason for the removal and will it return? I was actually gonna buy it once I unlocked the pickaxe via the battlepass but now its missing.
I don't want to play RedSec for Battlepass
I tried it. Some people may like it some may dislike it, but I don't like battleroyals and I don't want to do these assignments/challenges to unlock Battlepass which I bought with real money. I just want to play BF6 and that's it. Just remove the assignments and use XP system. Plain and simple, gain XP and unlock rewards in the Battlepass. If I wanted to play battleroyale there are plenty of options. I Just Want To Play Battlefield 6.
Strange Player in Casual
I'm nearly Level 200 and Yesterday I was in Casual only to make revies because of this one Challenge. I wondered about many high Level Players too. I thinked, okay maybe they will also do one Stupid Challenge, but no... They was there to shred all the Beginners. I wrote in the Chat that I only will revive. But no, this Guys hunted me If I tried to revive. Ok, they maked me angry and I begin to shred them. But really, Casual is for beginners or People who don't Play every day. I think this is not the place for Higher Level Players to get real Fight. There is a Mode, calling Multiplayer, go to Multiplayer if you need to shred, but let the Beginners Play Casual. Very strange People.
Region control and ping limits
This game need some kind of region control and ping limits. When you have ping enabled - you very often see someone entering server with a high ping. Servers had ping limits in the old BF 3 and 4 - why did they stop with that ? Today we have vpn and someone from Japan can join a server in Europe using this. I usually have below 20 ms ping and when someone joins with 200-300 ms ping - I can tell instantly. As soon as server only have below 80 ms players things run smooth and perfect again. If you live in Europe you should only join Europe servers, USA only USA servers and so on. Servers have problems with this huge difference in pings - have to compensate for this. You can look that up how it works. Besides that - I don't see any cheaters anymore so big kudos to javelin anti cheat. Think all those that complains about cheaters are running into the "network cheaters" that enter your server from way to long distance and give you the delay. To you it will look like aimbot as you die instantly.This is EA's efficiency???
My case has been pending for over a month since it was submitted, and the status is still "WAITING ON STUDIO" with absolutely no progress or any response. Is this your work efficiency??? Or is there some systemic issue that has overlooked my case?? My case number: #229212819
The Portal XP Nerf and the Betrayal of "Full Progression" - Targeted Solutions
Hello everyone, I am extremely disappointed, and I know I'm not alone, with the decision to drastically reduce XP progression and unlocks on PVE Portal servers. This reversal, just days after launch, is a massive blow to the community and directly contradicts the promises made about the Portal feature. 1. The Broken Promise of "Full Progression" Portal was introduced as the ultimate sandbox, guaranteeing full progression regardless of the mode chosen. This was one of the biggest selling points for a large segment of the player base. The current implementation severely penalizes players who simply want to enjoy the PVE experience, learn new weapons, or progress at their own pace without the pressure of PVP. 2. The Nerf Solved Nothing and Punishes Honest Players The rush to "fix" XP farming has not resolved the underlying issue and has caused collateral damage: The Problem is the System, Not the Players: The initial XP farms were a predictable consequence of the tool. The fact that the server capacity issue is still prevalent shows that the XP nerf was a misguided attempt to mask a systemic infrastructure problem, not a solution to farming. Ineffective Measure: The XP farm servers are still over-capacity or have simply adapted to the new restrictions. Legitimate PVE players, however, are now left with a pointless grind. 3. This Drastic Nerf Will Kill Portal Ultimately, this broad nerf will do far more harm than good by killing the incentive to play the mode for the vast majority of users. Why would players spend time in Portal when their time spent is no longer respected by the progression system? Good community maps and genuinely fun PVE experiences will not be played under these conditions. Progression is the engine of engagement. By throttling it globally, you ensure that Portal, one of the game's key selling points, becomes a deserted ghost mode. Proposed Solutions: Restore Trust and Progression Instead of penalizing everyone, we urge the development team to adopt a multi-pronged approach that restores the promised progression for legitimate PVE play while seriously monitoring abuse. A. Restore Legitimate PVE Progression Re-enable Full XP on Official Game Modes: Progression (Full XP, Weapon Masters, Unlocks) must be fully restored for Portal experiences based on the official game types, even with AI bots filling the slots (i.e., Conquest, Rush, Breakthrough, Escalation, Team Deathmatch, FFA, and King of the Hill), in both Normal and Hardcore settings. Reinstate Solo/Co-op Mode: The dedicated Solo/Co-op vs. AI mode should be restored to Full Progression. This is the intended way for players to chill, learn the maps, and progress their unlocks without any impact on the live server environment. B. Target Abusers, Not the Community Serious Monitoring of Abusive Experiences: Implement active and immediate monitoring to identify and de-list or restrict XP only on custom servers that clearly use exploitative or non-conventional rule changes (e.g., 1-HP bots, instant respawns, AFK loop setups). Re-evaluate Unlock Requirements: Acknowledging the slow pace of unlocks, some Tier 1 requirements and attachments are currently an excessive "grind fest." Please take this opportunity to re-evaluate the requirements to make the core progression path less frustrating, reducing the incentive for players to seek out farming exploits in the first place. This community bought the game based on the promise of Portal's freedom and "full progression." We need you to deliver on that promise with targeted, effective solutions, not a blanket nerf that harms your loyal players. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Commo Rose delay
Please give us the ability to change back the Commo Rose delay to how it used to be. With this latest update, you have hold down Q twice as long as before. It really messes with the flow of things when you're trying to do it while moving/aiming. I can't be the only one who feels this way.Breakthrough broken!!
Whoever’s decision it was to remove vehicles from the defending teams has to be one of the worst decisions made since the release of battlefield 6. It has ruined the breakthrough game mode because unless you have a very heavy engineer team you just end up being steam rolled by tanks. CHANGE THIS BACK DICE!!!
BF6 Banned Gameplay enhancement
From looking at my profile data that I downloaded (recommend on another forum on here). I can see one entry that I was banned on the 25th November at around 2pm for 'gameplay enhancement' googling this it says: "Gameplay enhancement" can refer to a player's use of mods or third-party software to change a game's experience, such as adding new content or improving performance. It is also a term used for a type of account ban, notably from games like Battlefield 6, for using cheats, unfair advantages, or certain software that modifies the game and is often triggered automatically by the anti-cheat system. Well I can tell you with certainty I did NOT use any cheat/hack software in my game. I have been playing this religiously since release 180hours played over level 150. My EA account was made in 2017 I have a lot of purchases either through the EA app or steam. I got the £100 phantom edition via steam too. Theory 1: Doing a bit more research into the issue, I have seen others report similar issues on the bf6 general discussion thread of Javelin anti cheat falsely detecting overlay or macro software such as Logitech GHUB, as well as MSI afterburner/rivatuner. Theory 2: Others have suggested this could be due to joining AI/Bot Portal servers to level up guns, again I believe a permanent ban for joining these servers is completely unjust.. a temporary ban 7-14days maybe to warn users not to join, but a permanent ban for joining servers which are built into the game is a bit ridiculous. Especially considering they now have a game mode "casual breakthrough". Another related thread which has a lot of people stating the same thing - I was just banned in BF6 | EA Forums - 12735886 Case #230937512 2nd DEC 1st appeal denied, looked like a copy paste generic response. 16 DEC 2nd appeal denied, same response as before. 18 DEC 3rd appeal denied, slightly different response, still looked like a copy paste 18 DEC 4th appeal denied, same response as last time, denied after 1 hour.. 18 DEC 5th appeal denied, same response as last time, denied after 1 hour..Insanely High level players
I keep running into high level players that have far less hours (409h) into the game that I do, which isn't that unexplainable, I can understand using REDSEC to get more XP and even some bot lobbies that boost you, yet every so often I run into levels upwards of 300, highest I've seen was around level 400. My most recent was during a TDM match, most players were around my level or less, but a level 346 PC player was in the game and was rather hard to take down by most means unless I got lucky with a claymore or a teammate took him by surprise, whiched ended with him only having a K/D outcome of 15/5 which isn't odd to me outright... I might be considered just toxic or even just looking for something that isnt there, but it feels like the guy might be a cheat or at least using XP based exploits. I just need to know if anyone else has ran into people like this and have considered it suspicious. [Edited by CM]
Crossplay Forced ON now
I had been playing on PC with crossplay off for about 5 weeks, now it seems even if I have it turned off I'm still in sessions with a lot of controller players, I had not seen a crontroller icon in the scoreboard for 5 weeks, now after the recent update, I see them all again, why are we forced to crossplay with consoles, what's the big deal EA/Dice/BFS. This is why we can't have nice things, I do not want to play against console users. EDIT: Please reconsider your community and give us the option to turn OFF crossplay !Big Parties!
Can we please have the ability to have more than one squad in a party? Me and the boys moved over from COD 6 and we’d have 8 guys playing together. It was a good time. I want to be able to have those memories with battlefield but I can’t right now. It’s always awkward when there’s one or two guys that can’t play with us because of the party limitations. Keep the squads at 4 but please let us play together!
I don't want to play with players who use controllers!
I hereby request that DICE finally start doing what it proudly claims to do. Namely, listening to players. By that I mean listening to PC players as well, not just players with controllers. So far, DICE has only pretended to do so. It is completely deaf to the extreme aim assist that we are forced to endure from players with controllers. I am asking for nothing more than for us to have the same right to turn off cross-play as players with controllers have.
BRING BATTLEFIELD HEROES BACK!
I still remember playing Battlefield Heroes like it was yesterday. It was just fun, no stress, and no need to try too hard. The art style was unique, the gameplay was simple but addictive, and every match felt different. You could play alone or with friends and always have a good time. So many years have passed, but no game has ever taken its place. Even after 10 years, people still miss it and talk about it. That says a lot. Battlefield Heroes had something special that modern games just don't have anymore. It didn’t aim for realism or competition. It was simply a fun game meant to enjoy, and that’s why it worked. After waiting this long, it truly deserves to come back. Bring Battlefield Heroes back.
