Redeemed FC27 Beta code but not showing in library
Hi, I redeemed my steam FC27 closed beta code to download in prep for tomorrow. It confirmed it was activated and I also had a steam email to confirm but there is no FC27 closed beta in my library anywhere. Any help please?

Hello I received my code for the beta but I can’t redeem it because it says my code doesn’t work in my region . And my code has Europe on it . I live in us I don’t understand why it would be a Europe region [CM edit: title]

URGENT: EA STILL WONT GIVE US OUR SURVEY CODES
Guys, it's been nearly 2 WEEKS! and we still haven't gotten our reward codes from the survey, and I chatted to the support, and it was crazy! It started off with them saying that i wasn't eligible to receive the code when I literally completed the survey the moment it came out and then they put me on a wait for 21 MINUTES just to talk to someone else who couldnt help me and they wanted me to go to the playtesting website to find help but there is NO links to contact anyone from the playtesting team at ALL. This is a sign to say that I don't think any of us will get our codes as long as we don't constantly tell them to give them to us, because EA is a very money-hungry corporation that can't even give the earned rewards to their biggest fans. I'm very ashamed of all the customer service reps and the playtest team who very clearly don't want us to get our codes because this is unacceptable! Please like this so we can make this be seen all over this forum and share your experiences too!!!!!

Hi, I was invited to take part in the survey and was ensured after 10 days since completing it I would receive the code I chose. I’m yet to receive this and it’s be around 11/12 days

I completely the playtest and the survey that came and I still haven't received my reward at all the fc26 player grant and it has been more than 10 days

Solution for PS5 users
I used the PS App, if you already have FC 26 installed or owned you need to go to it in your library and then click on it and then change version to the EA FC playtest and then you’ll see the option to download it. I’ve attached a couple of images hope this helps

Fc 27 Beta Switch 2 codes delayed?
So I got invited to Beta of FC 27 on Nintendo Switch 2, I got a email on 5 of August that the Beta is being delayed to 6 of August, but after this email, no code were sent or no further email that suggest another delay and the Beta already started for Switch 2, and I see I’m not the only one so what happened with the code?

beta not appearing SOLUTION
Support has clarified that there are issues with the game appearing in libraries and said that if it not present in your library now, it will appear on the next hour.

Dec 3rd and still no code
Dec 3rd was supposed to be the latest we get code and if there was any delays we would get a email or something, got nothing I’m hoping to get code today

Matchmaking error in ultimate team
Hi there , when I try to enter rivals game it says You lost your connection to your opponent. We'll check the match report to see who won and who lost. this pops up once I get into any rivals game and then I’m sent back to home page , pls check this and get it fixed
