Hello, I redeemed the latest code and downloaded the game. I was sent a code for the FC playtest, and it worked for about an hour or two, but when I went to play more the next day, all that was there was a message that stated "The EA Sports FC Playtest is currently unavailable. Please check your invite e-mail for more details on when the playtest will be available." I thought that would resolve itself but it hasn't after a few days and it looks like I'm not the only one with this problem. The second issue is that I was going to put all of this in the survey that was sent out earlier today but when I clicked the link to fill it out it said "The maximum number of responses for this group has been met." And again it looks like I am not the only one with this problem. Would love to know if anyone knows more about this and if we can get any info about possible fixes for both problems.218Views0likes11CommentsPlaytest survey not working

Finally got the playtest downloaded and excited to go but when opening the game, I have a message saying. “The EA Sports FC Playtest is currently unavailable. Please check your email invite for details on when the playtest will be available.” I have checked my email and it states between 6th Nov to 18th Nov but won’t let me on. Hi people It may be some others have had this issue, I've entered the code on series X, followed the steps in game library etc but I have nothing under E or FC or any sign of the play test anywhere. Tried the code again and says already redeemed, I have no idea where the actual game is lol. I used the PS App, if you already have FC 26 installed or owned you need to go to it in your library and then click on it and then change version to the EA FC playtest and then you’ll see the option to download it. I tried to answer the survey minutes after I received the email about doing so and in exchange get a free game code, but it immediately said it's received the max number of responses.
