EA SPORTS FC 27 Beta request
Hi! I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I have a special request regarding the EA SPORTS FC 27 Beta. I’ve had my EA account since 2016, so this year marks my 10th anniversary with EA. Since FIFA 18, I’ve bought every FIFA/EA SPORTS FC game on PlayStation, and I’m also an EA Playtesting member. Unfortunately, I had issues while trying to register for the FC 27 Beta and missed the registration window because of those problems. I understand that you may not have the permission to grant Beta codes, and I completely respect that. What I’m kindly asking is if you could please escalate my case to the appropriate team or someone who has the authority to review requests like mine. If that’s not possible, could you please provide me with an official email address, contact number, or another way to reach the team responsible for Beta invitations? This would mean a lot to me, especially as I’m celebrating 10 years with EA. Hi, got the invite for the FC 27 beta on Thursday. Did the survey and everything. It was said that instructions would be sent out starting last Friday. It is the final day of beta sign-up, and I've yet to get my instructions via email. When I checked the portal, however, it said I was approved for the test. The Closed Beta for FC 27 runs from August 5, 2026 at 5 p.m UTC until August 25, 2026 at 5 p.m UTC. Where can I play the FC Closed Beta? The FC 27 Closed Beta will be available on: PlayStation®5 PlayStation®4 PC (Steam and the EA app) XBOX Series X|S XBOX One Nintendo Switch™ Nintendo Switch™ 2. The Grounds will be available on: PC (Steam and the EA app) XBOX Series X|S Nintendo Switch™ 2. What modes are available in the FC Closed Beta? Everyone will have access to The Grounds (if you’re on an applicable platform), but other modes may be limited. Your invitation email will tell you which game modes you can access. Some game modes and features might be enabled or updated during the Closed Beta as we test new content and improvements before launch. How does the FC 27 Closed Beta work? If you’re having problems redeeming your code or accessing the Closed Beta, try using our Beta access tool. The tool can help with: error messages when entering your code problems downloading the Beta confirming your invite status. How do I sign up for the Closed Beta? Players are invited to the Closed Beta. To be invited to a Closed Beta, you need to sign up for EA Playtesting or opt into marketing emails from Electronic Arts. Where do I find my Closed Beta code? If you’ve been invited to play the EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Closed Beta, we’ll send your code to the email address linked to your EA Account.If you didn’t get an email, that means you weren’t selected for this Beta. Our advisors can’t send you a code or check if you’ll be invited. Need help redeeming a Closed Beta code? Request a replacement through the Beta Code Tool. Follow our step-by-step guide on how to redeem codes. Go to the EA redemption page to enter your code. Will progress from the Closed Beta carry over? No, your progress won’t carry over to the full game when it launches. FC Closed Beta rules You must be 18 years old or older. To play the Closed Beta, you need an online connection and an EA Account. You’ll also need to accept the EA User Agreement, EA Privacy & Cookie Policy, and the Pre-release Feedback Agreement. It’s against our rules to post, stream, capture, or otherwise share content from Closed Beta gameplay and forums. Yo, I’m reaching out because I’m honestly at a loss for what to do. I received my first EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta invitation on August 4th, but I immediately noticed that I had been sent a PS4 beta code. The problem is that on the EA Playtesting site, I have PlayStation 5 as my only selected platform. I don’t own a PS4, so the code isn’t useful to me. After that, I opened an EA Help case and made posts on the forums, but I haven’t been able to get any assistance or an explanation. Then, today, I received another Closed Beta invitation. For a moment I thought the issue had been corrected and that I was finally getting the proper PS5 entitlement. Instead, it was another PS4 code. At this point, I genuinely don’t understand what’s happening. I was selected to complete the 2/21-2/28 survey for a free game, and while attempting to complete the survey on my phone it just opened up a page stating that the page had expired and to try again. Upon trying to access the survey again, I am getting the following page and am unable to progress in any way. This has been confirmed to have happened in incognito mode (no cache) and on my computer as well, each results in the same page.
