Nothing is downloading!
I followed the steps , redeemed the code which works. But it is not downloading anything. I checked my transaction history and I see it was redeemed. Not sure what to do.

Playtest + Survey Issues
I was sent a code for the FC playtest, and it worked for about an hour or two, but when I went to play more the next day, all that was there was a message that stated "The EA Sports FC Playtest is currently unavailable. Please check your invite e-mail for more details on when the playtest will be available." I thought that would resolve itself but it hasn't after a few days and it looks like I'm not the only one with this problem. The second issue is that I was going to put all of this in the survey that was sent out earlier today but when I clicked the link to fill it out it said "The maximum number of responses for this group has been met." And again it looks like I am not the only one with this problem. Would love to know if anyone knows more about this and if we can get any info about possible fixes for both problems.

FC26 play test
Hi people It may be some others have had this issue, I've entered the code on series X, followed the steps in game library etc but I have nothing under E or FC or any sign of the play test anywhere. Tried the code again and says already redeemed, I have no idea where the actual game is lol. Anyone found the same issue ?

Hello, I redeemed the latest code and downloaded the game. But upon installing it's saying playtest is unavailable and to check the email, even though the email says it will be available throughout the playtest period which is two weeks long

Hi, I’m trying to access the FC playtesting forum, but I get this message: Access Denied You do not have access to this area of the community or it doesn't exist It seems like a permissions issue. Can someone look into it? Thanks.

Solution for PS5 users
I used the PS App, if you already have FC 26 installed or owned you need to go to it in your library and then click on it and then change version to the EA FC playtest and then you’ll see the option to download it. I’ve attached a couple of images hope this helps
