FC 27 Closed Beta - Received a Code for the Wrong Region
Hello I received my code for the beta but I can’t redeem it because it says my code doesn’t work in my region . And my code has Europe on it . Yo, I’m reaching out because I’m honestly at a loss for what to do. I received my first EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta invitation on August 4th, but I immediately noticed that I had been sent a PS4 beta code. The problem is that on the EA Playtesting site, I have PlayStation 5 as my only selected platform. I don’t own a PS4, so the code isn’t useful to me. After that, I opened an EA Help case and made posts on the forums, but I haven’t been able to get any assistance or an explanation. Then, today, I received another Closed Beta invitation. For a moment I thought the issue had been corrected and that I was finally getting the proper PS5 entitlement. Instead, it was another PS4 code. At this point, I genuinely don’t understand what’s happening. I was selected to complete the 2/21-2/28 survey for a free game, and while attempting to complete the survey on my phone it just opened up a page stating that the page had expired and to try again. Upon trying to access the survey again, I am getting the following page and am unable to progress in any way. This has been confirmed to have happened in incognito mode (no cache) and on my computer as well, each results in the same page. It is the final day of beta sign-up, and I've yet to get my instructions via email. When I checked the portal, however, it said I was approved for the test. Hi EA team, I received the code but have an error message with "The voucher code is incorrect or is no longer valid.". I request a new code but still have the same issue.
