Nothing is downloading!
I followed the steps , redeemed the code which works. But it is not downloading anything. I checked my transaction history and I see it was redeemed. Not sure what to do.

Survey says it's received the max # of responses?...
I tried to answer the survey minutes after I received the email about doing so and in exchange get a free game code, but it immediately said it's received the max number of responses. I waited a few days and tried again but same message. I think it's a bug?

"Can't find what you're looking for"
I entered the provided PlayStation 5 code, and the playtest appeared. However, when I clicked to download, it displayed a message saying, "Can't find what you're looking for." I tried redeeming the code again, but it said, "This code has already been used. Check what you entered and try again." Could you please let me know if there's anything else I need to do to access the playtest? Thank you!

I redeemed my code to Xbox and nothing downloaded…
I had an Xbox Series X code which redeemed fine and found the playtest but I can’t find it to download anywhere. I’ve checked the add-ons to EAFC26 and tried redeeming again but nothing is working

Didn’t use my code on right platform
I recently broke my laptop and when I put the code in I put it in the website on Microsoft redeem when I can only play on my Xbox. I then tried to then put the code in my Xbox and said already in use. Can I have another code for my Xbox so I can Playtest?

Need access to playtesting forum for FC playtesting. I have access to the playtesting, and I know it isn’t an account issue because I’ve always been able to access skate insider forums whilst the game was still under NDA

Different code for today's playtest
Hiya, I was wondering if I could get a PC code for today's playtest, I received a PS5 code but I don't currently have access to my PlayStation as it's stored away on the other side of the UK 😂 Would really appreciate it if possible to get a PC code instead! Thanks

No game to download
I m on PS5, this morning I entered the redeem code. It found the title of the download. I click download and after a few seconds it returns me to the playstation home screen. No download took place. It is in my transaction history and wont ket me use the code again but nothing has downloaded.
