Hello, I’m writing regarding a missing reward from an EA Playtesting survey that I completed on February 21st.I was supposed to receive a game code (F1 25 Iconic Edition), but I never received anything. I have already contacted EA Support multiple times. Each time my account was checked and confirmed to be fine. I was told this was a known issue affecting multiple players and that the case was escalated. However, my cases have now been closed twice without any resolution, and it has been over a month since I completed the survey. At this point, I would really appreciate it if someone from the team could look into this, as I’ve been waiting for quite a long time with no outcome. I tried to answer the survey minutes after I received the email about doing so and in exchange get a free game code, but it immediately said it's received the max number of responses. I entered the provided PlayStation 5 code, and the playtest appeared. However, when I clicked to download, it displayed a message saying, "Can't find what you're looking for." I tried redeeming the code again, but it said, "This code has already been used. Check what you entered and try again." Could you please let me know if there's anything else I need to do to access the playtest? I m on PS5, this morning I entered the redeem code. It found the title of the download. I click download and after a few seconds it returns me to the playstation home screen. No download took place.
