Recurring Subscription Fee
I cancelled my ea play subscription a while back and I keep getting recurring subscription fees. Ea is physically stealing money from me and I can't stop it from happening. Hey Everyone! Need some help with EA play sub payment, on the app I see the payment in PKR for EA play but last time I bought a game through EA app I was charged for Indian rupee rather than Pakistani Rupee. I have confirmed through account settings that my region is Pakistan. How can I confirm that the amount shown in EA app is actually Pakistani PKR and not in Indian Rupee. Would appreciate any help I can get in this regard.
The Sims 2 + The Sims 2 Packs no longer downloadable or Playable
Hey I tried to get contacted with Epic games support either but they did not take any resposibilty and one and other live support directed to me here afterall. I did purchased EA play thru Epic Games. When I try to play The Sims 2 Legacy Edition it directing me to different game called The Sims 2 + The Sims 2 Packs and seems like this is no longer valid allocation.
been getting charged for ea play since october
i honestly dont know how im getting charged for ea play still, i have no payment methods saved and to my knowledge i cancelled the service and haven't been using it for months now, so i don't understand how im still getting charged for it. i had no clue i was even getting charged since its on a credit card i never use and never got a email from ea that i was even getting charged like many others do. im so tired of ea and will def never use this service again or buy a game from ea.Xbox/PC Pass wont work with EA Play

Currently attempting to open a case using EA Help to verify my identity but keep getting this reloaded page stating: "This issue isn't supported by advisors." I had a previous case opened roughly 2 weeks ago that was unable to verify. Is this the reason that message keeps showing up? I want to try again due to unsatisfactory effort on behalf of support team member Alternatively, is there an EA support email address available to assist me in verifying account? I want to subscribed to EA Play Pro in the United States through the EA App on PC. However, I am unable to find EA Sports FC 26 listed in the Play Pro catalog. Could you please confirm whether FC 26 is currently included in the EA Play Pro subscription in the U.S.? If it is included, I would appreciate your guidance on why it may not be appearing.
Wrongful charges from EA.
Hi, While looking for something else in my bank statements, I noticed that every two months, I'm getting a ~35$ charge. I used to have a paid annual subscription, but that was in 2022 and I didn't renew it. It ended in April 2023. It would be difficult for me to believe that the charges I am seeing to be related to that subscription as those charges started Jan 21 2025, more than 2 years after the subscription ended. Then, I was charged on March 23rd 2025, May 22nd 2025, July 21th 2025, Sept. 19th 2025, Nov 18th 2025 and Jan 17th 2026. Those are all the same amount; $34.47. In all, that's almost $300 CAD with taxes and everything. These charges are all linked to the merchant "EA ELECTR" so, if there are others linked to a different name, I do not know. My EA account information shows the items charged. As it should, my account information do state that I am not subscribing to anything. In short, there should not be any charge to my account. Example of the charges attached below. I also attached the proof that my membership had expired too. I tried to contact support, but I hit a wall with the chat bot. It can't understand that I want an explanation on a charge that isn't linked to a game. Even asking to talk to a human, all it does it loop back to the start. This need to be fixed ASAP. Support chat case number for reference Case Details: 237575712 I renewed my subscription to EA play pro tonight 2/10/2026 @ 8:45pm, the last time i did so was in november of 2025, realized i didnt want the service after noticing i have one of the games i was looking for and contacted support 20 minutes after the purchase @ 9:05pm. There I was told "I can see the entitlements created for Madden 24/25/26, STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II PREMIER EDITION, and STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II PREMIER EDITION" were accessed and the services were utilized. In 20 minutes.... So my request for a refund was denied. I did not play any games in the 20 minutes from purchase to support. I have played those titles during my last subscription run, but not this time. I need this to be remedied.EA play pro subscription
My subscription in the service has ended but it hasn't changed me for the next month and its been over 10 days it should be over but it's not ending and when im trying to renew it doesn't renew so im technically playing for free and not sure what should i do i dont want to be charged twice at the same day can i just pay it now or is it a grace days from ea plz help

So as I'm fed up of paying for a service I do not use as EA lacks good content, I wanted to cancel my subscription. However EA like the scum they are make it virtually impossible to cancel. I logged into my account and when I click to go to the 'manage my subscriptions' page, the page just constantly refreshes before ever loading up. I have tried this on my PC, Laptop and phone and every result is the same. I've tried numerous browsers and even tried incognito mode and using a VPN. After exhausting every option I try to go through the EA support to submit a ticket, I'm told I'll be "emailed soon by an agent" but when I check my case it's closed without response. I tried to re-open the case with the "Continue case" option but again it instantly closes the case with no response. EA make it impossible to contact them as they fail to provide a phone number or live chat service. It seems all too convenient that a company this size and with the amount of computer science degree employees they have that they can't even have a functional website. It appears intentional that I am unable to access the subscriptions page to cancel and infringes the consumers rights act. Utterly ridiculous it's resorted to me having to post on their public forums. EA get this sorted or I'll be exploring every possible option to take this further.EAplay
Every time the NFL madden 24 intro is over it tells me to sign back into my EA account that i installed it under, even though with my subscription had never signed me out and still can't access my saved data. Hello EA Support Team, I am contacting you regarding an unexpected charge for an EA Play Pro subscription on my account. The amount charged was $16.99 USD, under Order ID: 1011125355968. I was very surprised to see this charge because I removed my payment card from my EA account last month, and I did not authorize or intend to subscribe to EA Play Pro. I have not used any of the subscription benefits, and I canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge. For this reason, I kindly request a full refund for this transaction. Hi, I have EA Play through Xbox Ultimate, but wasn't seeing any EA Play benefits transferring across on my Playstation. In the EA app both my Xbox and Playstation accounts are linked. I took out another EA Play subscription via Playstation, but the subscription is not being recognised via EA Play and I'm not receiving the free grifts/benefits in Battlefield 6! Hello I bought ea play thinking that I would get fc 26 as a download and it isn't so could I get a refund as I meant to buy fc26 and not ea play as it Is not available for download I bought it today and have downloaded the games but not fully and didn't play them so can I get a refund on my ea play thanks
