game pass expired but still active on xbox app

Game Pass Premium&EA Play ISSUE
Hi all, I purchased a Rog Ally, and it came with 3 months of game pass premium, which includes EA play! How exciting! EXCEPT: I cannot get EA play to work for downloading games. I have tried everything. Uninstalled and reinstalling both apps, tried to install from Xbox app, unlinked and relinked my accounts, restarted my system, contacted support, the list goes on and I can’t get an EA PLAY game to download, even though it’s all linked, same email, everything! I was truly looking forward to trying out EA play to see if I’d want to continue a subscription in the future; but this has absolutely turned me away from it. Hello, I used my debit card to purchase the EA Play Pro Subscription, and it worked perfectly. However, when I tried to use the debit card to purchase the individual game, it declined. I'm perplexed as to how this could happen when the payment site is the same for purchasing the EA Play Pro Subscription and any individual game. I mean, if the card isn't eligible for the EA Play site, it shouldn't work on the EA Play Pro subscription either, but it did. Hello, I need help with a refund issue. I had an EA Play annual subscription for $39.99. I upgraded to EA Play Pro monthly and was charged $16.99, and the Pro subscription is active. The system was supposed to refund the $39.99 from my EA Play annual subscription, but the refund failed. In my order history, it shows the refund as “FAILED”. It has been exactly 3 days since I paid for an EA Play subscription via Epic Games, and I still have absolutely zero access to the service. I have already contacted Epic Games support, and they explicitly stated that the activation process is managed entirely by EA, effectively pointing the finger at you. As a paying customer, I am sick and tired of being stuck in the middle of your failed technical integration with Epic. There is no option to link accounts on the Epic side, and your EA App just throws meaningless error messages whenever I try to launch a game I paid for. I'm so frustrated with EA support. So i verified my student status with Student beans website and they have a link to EA for a student discount so I wanted to purchase it. However it didn't work out I get to the official site where it clearly shows that there is a promotion active that ends November 19 we are not there yet so then the discount should work. Yet it do not work so i figure maybe its a issue with my email being with the wife name so made new account with my own email matching my name issue still there. both time i contact EA help and do the useless chat! one rep says its a known issue and will be solved soon they are working on it the other rep says that the image I share isn't the official EA site which it clearly is in the image. This is clearly illegal false advertisement and just straight up foolishness multiple reps all different stories this use of chat only for support is BS since the reps can just end the chat and force you to start a new one over and over if they do not know a answer I had to start a chat a total of 17 time with absolutely no help and its ridiculous.
