Missing out on early access benefits due to error codes and broken game
Missed out on all the early access benefits because I kept getting error codes for the past 6 days coming on 7 everytime I try to play a mode for example hut rivals and squad battles and even wildcard every time I try to load into a eashl lobby I get the exact same error code can’t play any modes resulting on me missing out on the early access benefits I’m missing the free X factor and free icon cards in hut and the things in world of chel this is incredibly frustrating especially when you spend this much money on a game that doesn’t even work and given 0 timetable of when it will be fixed so it could be another week before it’s fixed for all I know this is beyond ridiculous
Hybrid Controls Glitch and Missing Hughes Pack in NHL 25
Description: There is an issue with hybrid controls in NHL 25 that switches inconsistently between the correct control scheme and a glitched version. 1. X Button: Brings up the defensive lineup menu instead of performing a stick lift. 2. B Button: Brings up the offensive lineup menu instead of performing a body check or slap shot. 3. A Button: Does not switch players; instead, R3 is switching players, but it works inconsistently. When the controls are incorrect, which is most of the time, it is impossible to stick lift, change players, shoot, or body check. The controls often switch between working correctly and the glitched layout, and they do not match the hybrid control diagram, making the game unplayable. Additionally, the Hughes Brothers Pack that should be included with the NHL 25 Deluxe Edition has not been received despite being part of the game description.
HUT crashes right when i open it
On ps5, I opened my starter pack and got a player with no overall rating or name. The automatically created lineup that should pop up didn't and i couldn't do anything. It showed the continue button and everything except the players in the lineup. I closed the game and now when i try to go into hut, the menu flashes and it crashes right away. I have closed my ps5, deleted the game and all data and redownloaded it but the same problem still occurs. Every year a different problem on launch, come on ea...
Still no controller vibration Xbox NHL25
All my controllers have vibration in NHL24 and all other of my games installed on my series X. But still after reinstalling NHL25 and playing a week no patch? It works on my ps5 but I prefer playing NHL with an Xbox controller. Can EA please patch this for Xbox. Getting annoying to play without vibration function that I have paid for being able to use in the game.
ERROR CODES GALORE - CANT PLAY NHL 25
This is getting beyond frustrating. I paid extra for early access to NHL 25 so I could actually enjoy the game early and get a head start, and yet here I am, completely unable to play anything. Meanwhile, everyone else is out there upgrading their teams and enjoying the early access events, and I’m stuck, missing out on everything. To make things worse, we’ve heard NOTHING from EA. No patch, no fix, no acknowledgment, and definitely no compensation. We deserve something for this disaster. I paid to get ahead, and now I’m being punished for it. I can’t play any online modes—HUT, World of Chel, Online VS, Nothing. The only thing that works is Franchise mode, and even that crashed right after my draft, so I lost all my progress. Here are the error codes I keep getting: Error Code #1: 4A7FC65FB403505-0000000000009999-8303560777938C5B Error Code #2: 74A7FC65FB4D3505-0000000000009999-CB30C4E59F25B609 My PSN ID is Masaitl-19, and I’ve been able to play on XBOX just fine with the same EA account. This is clearly an EA Sports issue. Why is it working on one system and not the other? EA, where’s the communication? Where’s the fix? I paid for early access and can’t even play. It’s ridiculous, and it needs to be sorted out ASAP.

Hello, I have a problem with packet loss in NHL 25. everything was fine in NHL 24. I have optical internet and PS is connected via cable. Can you advise me where the problem is? Alternatively, provide the IP addresses of the servers? I'm from Slovakia, how do I find out which server I'm connecting to? my provider asks me to do this to test the connection. Thank you for any advice.
Can’t Play any Online Matches
Got on today and played a few matches with my friends on World of Chel in our Club, then my game randomly crashed while loading the next match and since then, both me and my other friend can’t connect to any online modes. Trying to turn in the HUT Early access wildcard set which requires the two 80 overall wild cards plus an 84 to get the rewards. my two 80 cards are turned in but says 0/3 and they are a darker color. when I try to turn in my 84 it says error in turning in set Wondering what the issue is. Missing Hughes Choice Pack for NHL 25
I've reached out to support via chat multiple times now telling me to keep checking back and recently they told me to visit the forums so here I am. I've sent pictures of my order from Microsoft showing I pre-ordered the game in time to receive the Hughes choice pack and even offered screenshots of Microsoft showing me that I own the Hughes brothers choice pack but they say they can't do anything. With this time limited event that have sets requiring one of these cards to upgrade into the 86 cover athlete, I feel like this issue is pressing. Is there anything I can do to expedite this process or even get an answer on when I might be receiving the content I paid for? It doesn't feel great to miss out one of the reasons I paid extra for the deluxe edition of the game.Keep getting error code in HUT (PS5 Nhl 25)
Hello. I keep getting error code with "failed to retrieve data". It happens in every game mode: SB, Wildcard, HUT moments, exibition, rivals. I tried everything as power cycle, clearing cache, even hint from older NHL games with deleting and creating new lineup. Nothing helps. Yesterday everything works well. So I finished up the WC event points and Shifted Durzi & Lundell to my collection then headed on over to the exchange to put it all in my pack and my cards didn't go in. I figured oh, I must have forgot to move them. They are not in my mailbox, Not in my trade pile, I still have my 84 WC Player, but my two 80's I worked on getting are Gonzo. Anyone have any idea why this occured? I did read a blurb where if you didn't complete a set, and tried to add everything (and came up short). The players would come out of your collection and dissapear? That might have happened since my 84 Was in my active lineup and wouldn't be available to be pulled out. Any thoughts?
Can’t edit club arena - error code
I’ve had the game for a week and everything I try to change a net color, change stadium, change goal sound I get an error code. tried a new account on the club I get the same error. i tried a new club and was able to change it. can someone please fix this. ive played almost 100games in this club and d1 trying to unlock everything for esports.and now i cant even change my stadium or anything. club name is The Helmet Boys thank you
Pre-order items
Not really a tech issue, but it's deals with something in the game, out of stupidity and anger, I deleted my hut team and not thinking of it, I lost all my pre order items, is there a way I could get that team back or get the pre order items back, and also, I am not able to do the hit moments challenge anymore so I can't get the hattrick card anymore
