NHL 25 crashes all the time
Whether I am playing be a pro, woc or any other mode after about a minute my game takes me back to the dashboard with no error code. Game also did this in nhl 24 but this game crashes more than double. I’ve reset my Xbox, cleared reserve space and everything and it still crashes, the only game I have that does this. Please help.

Hello, I have a problem with packet loss in NHL 25. everything was fine in NHL 24. I have optical internet and PS is connected via cable. Can you advise me where the problem is? Alternatively, provide the IP addresses of the servers? I'm from Slovakia, how do I find out which server I'm connecting to? my provider asks me to do this to test the connection. Thank you for any advice.
Still no controller vibration Xbox NHL25
All my controllers have vibration in NHL24 and all other of my games installed on my series X. But still after reinstalling NHL25 and playing a week no patch? It works on my ps5 but I prefer playing NHL with an Xbox controller. Can EA please patch this for Xbox. Getting annoying to play without vibration function that I have paid for being able to use in the game. Update 17 October: After EA rolled out a big hotfix patch this week this is still not patched. I will not play the game anymore after this. And I will never buy NHL or any other EA game after this. I am amazed by how they treat their customers.Game Still crashing constantly
Over two weeks ago I posted a thread, as since the game came out I have been crashing out of World of Chel games constantly. After reading up on some suggestions I thought it may be caused by me game sharing as one of the EA forum people had suggested. I have since then cancelled my game share and still having the exact same issues. How has this been happening for months with no real solution in sight? When I asked for an update it was ignored. I have tried every possible fix at this point and it's quite frustrating playing this game continuously as one of the top ranked EASHL 6v6 players in the world while rocking a 10% DNF percentage having not quit one game myself. It is all from this game crashing in the middle of a game. It happens in game, it happens occasionally in the menus but 90% of the time I am in the middle of a game and it just goes back to the dashboard.
Hybrid Controls Glitch and Missing Hughes Pack in NHL 25
Description: There is an issue with hybrid controls in NHL 25 that switches inconsistently between the correct control scheme and a glitched version. 1. X Button: Brings up the defensive lineup menu instead of performing a stick lift. 2. B Button: Brings up the offensive lineup menu instead of performing a body check or slap shot. 3. A Button: Does not switch players; instead, R3 is switching players, but it works inconsistently. When the controls are incorrect, which is most of the time, it is impossible to stick lift, change players, shoot, or body check. The controls often switch between working correctly and the glitched layout, and they do not match the hybrid control diagram, making the game unplayable. Additionally, the Hughes Brothers Pack that should be included with the NHL 25 Deluxe Edition has not been received despite being part of the game description.
can't connect online
was just changing my lineup on my HUT team and was booted out w an error code. Tried to get back and it keeps saying the servers are down but no one else in the community is having a problem connecting. I've reinstalled the game. reset my router and even changed my dns setting to no avail. I also cleared my cache. nothing. i'm a die hard HUT grinder and this would be devastating right before xmas if I can't play anymore. please help!!! This happened around 6pm 12/22 eastern time and its now 9:30 pm
ERROR CODES GALORE - CANT PLAY NHL 25
This is getting beyond frustrating. I paid extra for early access to NHL 25 so I could actually enjoy the game early and get a head start, and yet here I am, completely unable to play anything. Meanwhile, everyone else is out there upgrading their teams and enjoying the early access events, and I’m stuck, missing out on everything. To make things worse, we’ve heard NOTHING from EA. No patch, no fix, no acknowledgment, and definitely no compensation. We deserve something for this disaster. I paid to get ahead, and now I’m being punished for it. I can’t play any online modes—HUT, World of Chel, Online VS, Nothing. The only thing that works is Franchise mode, and even that crashed right after my draft, so I lost all my progress. Here are the error codes I keep getting: Error Code #1: 4A7FC65FB403505-0000000000009999-8303560777938C5B Error Code #2: 74A7FC65FB4D3505-0000000000009999-CB30C4E59F25B609 My PSN ID is Masaitl-19, and I’ve been able to play on XBOX just fine with the same EA account. This is clearly an EA Sports issue. Why is it working on one system and not the other? EA, where’s the communication? Where’s the fix? I paid for early access and can’t even play. Every time I load a game I am met with this error code. I haven’t been able to play any game mode for over a week. I’ve had multiple discussions with EA, which result in my tickets being closed with “No Fix”. My nhl crashes without fail on a daily basis. I have taken my xbox apart, cleaned it entirely and have tried every single fix possible that I could find online and still nothing. EA released an update saying they fixed the issue but this has been happening on and off since NHL22 for me. Extremely frustrating as all I play is EASHL and HUT and both of my records in this modes are destroyed because of this happening constantly. I have an xbox series x.

Anytime I try to do anything online I instantly get the error code: 9D529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892 and get sent to the main menu. The game is legitimately unplayable. This has been 2 weeks now on an account that has worked and even on a brand new account made for testing. This is occurring on PS5.Missing out on early access benefits due to error codes and broken game
Missed out on all the early access benefits because I kept getting error codes for the past 6 days coming on 7 everytime I try to play a mode for example hut rivals and squad battles and even wildcard every time I try to load into a eashl lobby I get the exact same error code can’t play any modes resulting on me missing out on the early access benefits I’m missing the free X factor and free icon cards in hut and the things in world of chel this is incredibly frustrating especially when you spend this much money on a game that doesn’t even work and given 0 timetable of when it will be fixed so it could be another week before it’s fixed for all I know this is beyond ridiculous
