Graphical Issue / Missing Assets in Easter Grudge Match Sets
I would like to report a graphical bug regarding the new Easter Grudge Match event assets. In the Michal Pivonka exchange set, the card art is not rendering correctly. Instead of the intended graphics, the cards are showing red placeholder text (e.g., 'SDB_HUT_COLLECTIBLE64'). This appears to be an issue with the latest content update or localized strings. Could you please look into this or let me know if a fix is being deployed? Currently, the cards are indistinguishable from one another, making it impossible to complete sets without trial and error. I have to manually test each card to see which set it fits into, as there are no visual identifiers Thank you."
Drop In Skater Glitch
I’m experiencing an issue with trying to get back into a 3v3 club lobby with my club “Cold As Puck”. We had a drop in skater who we tried to get rid of by leaving the lobby and starting a new one like we would usually do, however when we try to create one the “ghost” skater is still in the lobby and it says invalid game session. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I have reset my console, I’ve restarted my console, I’ve cleared my consoles cache. I’m out of ideas and do not want to have to create a new club. Just to note, club 6v6 works just fine as well as any other club mode.
Missing Easter Collectible
I have completed the hidden sets in XP season 1, cup chase season 3, and customization exchange, as well as the grudge match, season 2, and pwhl moments, and claimed both hidden objectives. however I am still missing a collectible when i go to fill out the sets. Can someone take a look at my account? Would really like to be able to get my rewards for participatingCustom teams disappeared
My son and I built atleast 20 custom teams in Xbox NHL 26 (to mimic NCAA) teams, and sadly they have disappeared. We’ve checked the active rosters menu, tried reselecting online rosters and the custom rosters as active, but the teams don’t show up. This is quite disappointing and was many hours of work. Any ideas?wrong translations in NHL 26 packs
Hi, i bought a store pack on NHL 26 and on swedish it says you should get 20x90+ players. but when i open i only get 90 total players and get confused then i check with my friend who has english on language and there it says 20x90 OVR players. so it says wrong in swedishPost-Update 1.4 input lag
Hi. It's been a week since the last patch, and the game still isn't working properly. It's not just the slow menu in the HUT or the laggy pack opening, which others have reported, but also the constant input lag during matches. I know not everyone has this issue, but I've been experiencing it for seven days now. After last week's patch, the game became barely playable for me. Until last Wednesday, before the patch, the game ran flawlessly, without any input lag. I also read on the forum that someone is having a problem where their team suddenly slows down, for example, towards the end of a match. I'm experiencing similar issues. Even though my entire match is sluggish, there are times when it gets a little better, or suddenly worse, so much so that the AI players don't even know what they're doing. It's becoming very irritating. I don't know how I lasted a week, but I'm already physically and mentally exhausted because the conditions I play in demand 200% concentration, which ultimately exhausts me. But most importantly, there is no fun in playing this game, even if you manage to win. It's hard to create any good plays, even shots come out weird, and it's hard to position yourself defensively and switch players in time. Sometimes it seems like the match starts at the right pace, but after 10-15 seconds, input lag appears. Network status during the match shows the same values as always (24-29 ms), even before the update, so they don't affect the input lag. The game feels like it's being played with a 100 ms delay. I forgot to mention that a slight delay is noticeable even in Moments, which are supposedly played offline but are somehow tied to the server connection. Ranked, HUT Champion, and Wild Card are a complete pain. I've tried everything – turning off my router/modem + resetting to factory defaults, setting different DNS, unplugging the console for a while, reconfiguring the network on the console, reinstalling the game, use two different controllers, rebuilding the database... All to no avail. Of course, I checked to make sure it isn't an issue unrelated to the NHL, but the console and other games run normally. I even launched HUT in NHL 25 and everything seems to work fine there. If anyone else is experiencing a similar problem, please join the discussion or at least give them a thumbs up, as it's unclear if the Team is aware of the issue. Until this is fixed, I think I'll give up on playing NHL, as it's not fun. Team, please do something. Thank you. Playstation, central-east Europe.NHL 26 Be a pro acceleration cap
I’ve created so many be a pros of all different sizes ranging from 6’5 230 to 5’11 185 not once have I ever gotten above 89 acceleration. Even as a playmaker or offensive d man at 5’11 185. And I k ow it doesn’t grow through playing. I know many people are having this same issue, and as someone who as bought every nhl game since nhl 14, and never complained on here about anything, I want to know if yall can look into please. Please fix this issue. Or at at least knowledge you know about it. Because I have spent to many hours trying to either research how to get it. Or re creating be a pros to try and get and it and I have never. What is going on?
Game freezes, lags and speed up.
Im getting really frustrated with the lag, freeze and speed up packet loss. Are the servers broken because it's happening more and more. I'm a goalie so it's frustrating when it freezes, lags and speeds up on saves. Please fix tjis because it's on EA server side. It's not my internet this is the only game that does it. If you tell me to reset my modem I'll explode.
