Missing easter egg collectible card and can't add in set
Issues with Easter Egg Collectible Cards and missing art I am experiencing a bug with the Easter Egg collectibles. I can see the cards in my collection, but I cannot add them to certain sets correctly: Michal Pivonka Set: I can add 1 collectible, but the 2nd one is not accepted. Patrick Flatley Set: I can add 2 collectibles, but the 1st slot remains unavailable. All the collectibles are identical, so they should work in any slot. Additionally, some of the card art is missing. Could you please look into this? As you can see in the attached screenshots, the collectibles are showing placeholder art (SDB_HUT_COLLECTIBLE64) and they are not filling the slots correctly in the Michal Pivonka and Patrick Flatley sets, even though I have the items in my collection. Since this is a limited-time event, I'm worried about missing out on the rewards due to this technical issue. I would appreciate a quick resolution. With the upcoming holidays, I'm concerned this won't be fixed in time before the event expires. I hope for a quick fix so we don't lose out on these rewards. I tried restarting the game and moving the cards in and out of the sets, but it doesn't work. The cards are split into two different stacks (2/4 and 1/4) and they won't combine. Game freezes, lags and speed up.
Im getting really frustrated with the lag, freeze and speed up packet loss. Are the servers broken because it's happening more and more. I'm a goalie so it's frustrating when it freezes, lags and speeds up on saves. Please fix tjis because it's on EA server side. It's not my internet this is the only game that does it. If you tell me to reset my modem I'll explode.
Not getting updated rosters in Be a Pro
I have my Current Default Roster set to Online Roster 4, dated 3/23/2026. I fire up Play Now with the Penguins, and it uses the current roster, trade deadline deals and all. I create a new Be a Pro and get all the way through Juniors tournament and Memorial Cup, and finally on to the Pens, the very first thing I see is Jarry in net. It’s using the very first original roster. Am I doing something wrong?wrong translations in NHL 26 packs
Hi, i bought a store pack on NHL 26 and on swedish it says you should get 20x90+ players. but when i open i only get 90 total players and get confused then i check with my friend who has english on language and there it says 20x90 OVR players. so it says wrong in swedishWorld of Chel not recording stats
Had a recent game in World of Chel (club) where my stats were not recorded. I am on PS5 and never seen this happen before. 5-1 W, but my players shows 0min ice time and 0 assists and 0 goals (I had 4G and 1A). Has anyone seen this before? Match occurred on 4/1/ 2026 at 10:30pm EST.
Glitch completing sets now completed cards are gone
Missing content from NHL 26 after completing the 90ovr and 92ovr Check my Game player sets. The game was glitching between 2-3am while completing the sets and purchasing a 90ovr from the auction house for 10,000 coins and now they are missing from my inventory. (2 92ovr and two 90ovr Check my Game players.) Also, some of the players used to complete the 90 and 92ovr sets were returned to my inventory but not all of them.Game Still Crashing
Alright at this point I have tried absolutely everything to fix NHL26 from crashing besides buying a new console. I have two Xbox series X’s due to traveling from different states and had this issue constantly on my original Xbox series X. Every game I play besides NHL runs flawlessly and I cannot say the last time it crashed. From playing hours of MLB I believe I have never once crashed mid game. I ended up buying a new Xbox for my alternate location so I wouldn’t have to pack my Xbox whenever I traveled and it is about 4 months old now and am still having the crashing issue on this game. Tonight I tried to play hut and 2/3 games have crashed. One being in the third period and the other one was 2 minutes into the first period. I have gotten my Xbox’s professionally cleaned, purchased an expansion card, upgraded internet, spent hours on threads and many videos on how to fix this issue, and truly seems there is absolutely no fix. I will not purchase another new console as my other one that is only 4 months old has this problem as well. What I have gathered it is something with an Xbox series X and every other console does not have this issue. Ea has no fix or solution to this so I would advise if you only play NHL do not purchase an Xbox series X as this game is literally unplayable on it. Doesn’t matter what mode you play. Doesn’t matter what you do to try and fix it. It will crash non stop. It is so frustrating as truly any other game you play will run with no issues at all. Just don’t waste your time or money trying to fix it. Nothing will work. This issue has been going on for a few NHL year cycles and still no fix.

I'm getting this freaking error every time I try to play any game of any kind within the WOC. It started out when I was going back into ProAm to play and now I'm getting the error no matter what kinda match I try to start in CHEL. Please help EA forum mods or whoever. I've tried all the standard to troubleshooting steps and am at a loss.WHAT IS THIS SAVE ANIMATION
In what world is this an actual save animation. Like cmon this can’t be for real. This game is such a joke and isn’t fun to play. I like to try to have fun but can never get around to actually having fun cause of BS like this. Long way to go before you have a good game again. This has been a problem for a few years now. Every once in a while the jerseys will wipe and go to black and white. The logos will change to the ducks logo and be black and white. It takes a considerable amount of time to remake my jerseys and it’s been annoying for a long time now. I hope it can be fixedTOS pack players untradable
Just purchased 2 TOS packs. 1 single player pack and one 3 player pack. The single player pack let me auction the OHL player I received. The second pack which gave me a double of that OHL player was untradable as well as the 2 other OHL players I received. How are the players untradable? I purchased these packs and it doesn’t state untradable. I also see the same TOS (Team of the Season) players for auction by others. PLEASE HELP. I believe this is a glitch. Provided proof with screen shots. My 8 year old son and I play together and he’s really bummed that we spent $70 on these packs and can’t even auction the unwanted OHL players. I have trouble shorter both the game and my Xbox and I am also wired to the internet. I have tried to upgrade my xp player a couple times and I get an error code and after the last time I tried to upgrade, the game deleted my upgrade token. Is there a fix for this?
