Re-adding old features
So way back in 2016 or 2017 the Ultimate Battle and Minigame tracks were removed from the game, alongside old gargantuar and zomboss podiums to apparently create more space to be more accessible for low storage devices. Nowawadays in 2025, mobile devices have a lot more storage space, so a few music tracks and art work wouldn't make much of a difference if they were re-added. Can they, at some point in a future update be re-added? It would really make the game more engaging and less repetitive.Crashing
The game keeps crashing and not able to collect anything won. What is up with locking plants. Before I lost my whole game (after many many years of playing) I had all the plants in expert. Now when you feature a new plant you keep it locked even if I have over 300 or more in that plant. the new tournament kicks you out before the end of the game so you cannot collect rewards. i cannot get into my garden, kicked out when selected what is the point of having rewards if the game crashes before you can finish a roundPlants vs Zombies game update disappeared my coins and diamonds
My accumulated rewards from years ago disappeared after I last updated Plants vs. Zombies. They were millions of coins and diamonds. Please update again and restore my rewards. Otherwise, I no longer want to play and will uninstall this game. I earned these rewards by following your rules and worked hard for this.Shop issues
I’ve had this ongoing issue for quite a while now where the level up plants section in the adventure tab hasn’t been there. It was fixed for a single refresh and then the next time it should’ve refreshed there was nothing there. I’ve been ignored on this issue or told the issue was fixed when it really wasn’t it’s quite aggravating because I can’t do anything about it. I just tonight spoke with one of the support agents Govind who suggested I try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, after finding out that didn’t work he assured me it was something server side that he’d pass up to the team who could find a solution as soon as possible. Govind is the only agent who actually treated me as another human being, everyone else treated me as if I was stupid and subhuman their only solution being report it as a bug which I had done 5+ times at that point.Extra hard Jurassic marsh bug
Hi, I found a bug in the Jurassic Marsh Extra Hard stage 3, after finishing the level, an ad plays. When the ad finishes, the game crashes to the home screen. When you go back into the game, it shows that stage 3 wasn’t completed, even though I’ve passed it many times. Because of this, it’s impossible to progress any further.Missing Rewards after Earned
After completing the eight task to get the 10 diamonds. When I go to claim the diamonds, the flower pops up as it’s loading, but then disappears and it still shows I have the 10 diamonds to claim. And no diamonds are given to my account. This is the second time within the last two weeks this has happened. What’s the point of completing the task if you’re not going to be credited for it.Can no longer purchase seeds after renting a plant
First off, thank you for fixing the bugs you did!! I'm happy to be able to play pinata parties again, and to earn gems, coins, and gauntlets through watching videos. My only complaint with the latest update is that it no longer offers the option to buy seed packets after I've used a rented plant. I've been playing for Years and still have Many plants left to unlock. I love that about this game, there are plenty of activities and the thrill of finally unlocking certain plants long after I've completed all the normal levels. It keeps me engaged! Please bring back the offer to buy seeds after using a rented plant though!First ever and only bug!
Hello! First, I love the game. The original was a work of art, but the second game is a masterpiece. It's so dynamic, constantly engaging, the plants and challenges are fun and so well designed. This is my favorite game! Something seems to have glitched with this most recent event, though. I have not been able to participate in the current Big Top event at all. The screen freezes when I try to open it, and the levels screen states that I'm waiting for energy I never used, to refill. It's been saying the same thing since before the event actually began. I have never had an issue like this, and I've been playing for years! I love seeing the creativity and fun you guys put into each event and I get super excited to test my skills! Please advise! Thank you! 🫶🏽 *you're doing great!*
