Skate 3 map & hall of meat.
I have been playing skate only since last week as I completely lost track of the news it came out as a free trial since last year. Ive been playing it and the controls and feels of it are as good as skate 3 but it seems to have a huge lack in the amount of mega ramps and absolute chaos like the 'hall of meat' sections we had in skate 3. I loved 'steep' as well for the amount of super mega descents it gave for totally impossible high flying, high speed insanity it gave. While San Vansterdam is packed with a good amount of skate spots, for a game coming out in 2026, it feels quite small and lacking day/night cycles, certain polish to the overall graphics, lack of music, and the size of the map feels also quite small. I get there is the isle of grom, but I think it would be great to also add skate 3 map as either a dlc or an accessible map in game. Also a suggestion to bring back 'hall of meat' for some chaotic fun. Hope this feedback helps.
The Zexy challenges are fun
I understand they’re not for everyone but I really enjoyed these challenges. My preferred play style is to grind out a crazy line for hours and this scratches that itch. I thought the rooftop manual one was really satisfying to hit clean. Don’t get me wrong, there are a couple tasks that aren’t very flattering to the game’s mechanics (ex: darkslide onto the big rail). These were more frustrating than I think they’re supposed to be. I hope that similar challenges in the future are more aware of this. I just want to let the devs know that the variety of challenges is appreciated. Please continue to cater challenges to all types of players - realistic, crazy lines, score chasers, whatever. CheersMore Life to The city
Sometimes the game when there is not a lot of players in the map feels a bit disapointing, i would love to see more NPC's around the map and especially Interacting with each others like they did in Skate 3, even the ability to trigger them in a pursuit when they are angry at you this was a very good thing and honestly very entertaining to see how Lively the world used to be in Skate 3, i would like this Vibe to be applied to Skate. too, let me know what you all think about this.
More options on controller figuration
A new controller or a old controller can worn down to the point where the input does not register properly on timing. There should be a slider to do how much pulling rate of a trigger on the controller that’s pulling to give more input without pulling it all the way down to get input.
Clothing/modification requests
Generic clothing I'd like to see down the line. I'd like some more tank tops in various colors. I'm hoping the blue/purple punk pants return in the shop at some point. I would like to see a skinny fit version of the leopard pants. I think the leather jacket could do with a longer cut version. Layering tattoos would be an amazing feature later. I would also like to see more short sleeve button down shirt options. Maybe even with an option to have them open with a t-shirt underneath. Some flat caps and bandanas would also be a nice addition to the hat accessories. gloves would be another accessory I'd like down the line.Tricks.
Hey Devs! Just wanted to say you're doing great love the game have since playtest and it just keeps getting better . I'm just wondering when we're going to get new tricks . I would really love to see nightmare flips (the ability to double varial flip) possibly Dolphin flips because those look so clean and nice and of course old school tricks like casper slides and primos/rail slides . I know you've got a lot to do to make the game beautiful each update and again, you're doing great . This is just a friendly reminder from a skater of what we'd love to see in the future 🫶🏼 Keep up the good work and I'll see you in the streets of San Van !
Game Crashes entire PCs
I am completely and totally not alone on this. I have been able to see that this is happening to any user who uses an Nvidia graphics card paired with an AMD CPU for the most part. I have an RTX 5080 with a 9700X. Literally just google “the new skate game crashes my entire computer” and see what you find. This game crashes my entire computer every single time I launch it. Not just kind of crashes it, it fully resets and restarts my entire computer.. I am not alone in this, and it has not been acknowledged not a single time during bug talks at all. This issue has been persisting for over six months now and has prevented me from completely and totally playing the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game more times than I can count. I have verified the integrity of all the files more times than I can count. I have reinstalled windows on my computer in hopes that it would fix the issue, but it did not. I have completely and totally reinstalled every single driver on my system in order to try to fix the issue, but this is not a me issue. This is a you issue. I loved to play skate 3 missions. Own the spot, Kill the spot, Photos, Own the Lot, Filming, Contests, Jams, Team Challenges and all this missions could be Online and Offline but the missions of Skate. are so boring and repetitive. That is not funny and there is no history on the game, basically there is no reason to do the missions because it doesn't funny and it don't add nothing to the game, it's just a way to farm some points to the season pass. Please add new kind of missions like there is in Skate 3!!Skate Season 4 key art.
I don’t know if they’ll end up doing it. But it’ll be cool if eventually later down the road if the devs and the entire team will plan on updating the box art similar to how Fortnite does it. Where every season Battlepass that comes out, the box art/ key art gets updated to basically let people know the vibe of what the season is all about. Since Season 4 is summer vibe i figured to kinda make a custom key art to see how it’ll look. And here’s how it came out, so far I can imagine Season 4 to look similar like this if the key art ends up getting updated.
turning lacks any fluidity or realistic motion
Unlike all the previous Skate titles Skate. has almost no fluidity or realistic motion when turning as if there is no such thing as inertia. The current motion is snappy and looks very ugly specially when recording any footage from a slight distance, that's when you really see how bad it looks. It's the most basic and most used part of skateboarding and for a game that has so many amazing looking animations I'm honestly blown away that such a fundamental movement has no proper animation. PLEASE address this
